Tiddlywinks' 4th Nursery in Manchester is located at Clayton Sure Start Children’s Centre and is carrying on the tradition of providing high-quality, child centred day care for children aged from four months up to school age.

The nursery provide 15 hours free early education for two and three-year-olds through Government funding and these sessions enable children to develop their language, build relationships with their peers and provide the children with a foundation of learning within the EYFS to prepare them for school and life.

A key-carer system enables the nursery to ensure a planned curriculum is tailored to the needs of an individual child. Key-carers ensure that each individual child is supported on a day to day basis and aims to develop a bond with the child and help them to feel safe, protected and cherished while they are away from home.

Nursery environments are designed to be stimulating, encourage the children to explore, take calculated risks and provide them with time and space to consolidate their learning.

Tiddlywinks recognise parents as the first educators for their children and work alongside them to support their child’s learning. Staff are always available to speak to parents/carers who may need advice, guidance or have any concerns with regards to their children.

My daughter really enjoyed her time in the nursery. I am pleased and glad that she has been looked after really well, in terms of meals, naps and diaper changing. She is always engaged with all the great activities planned for them which I really feel helps with her development.

We are honestly over the moon that our daughter gets to go to this nursery. The staff are just incredible. They go above and beyond to give the children the best experience. She is so bonded with the staff and loves them to bits. The activities they do with the children are lovely and show clear links
to education and development. The food that the children get served makes us jealous! Such a diverse range of deliciousness! We have recommended them to others who have now also signed their baby up. We value that we trust them implicitly.

My daughter has been in preschool since September. She settled in well to Tiddlywinks and has loved making new friends. She loves the staff and always comes home talking about all the fun they get up. We loved the stay-and-play for parents to attend and it was special to get to see a day in the life
at nursery! She's come on loads over the last few months with her writing and phonics and the preschool have helped prepare her for big school in a few months time. I get updates and pictures weekly on the app and a breakdown of her development and areas and activities they are working on to support her at the end of each term. I'm grateful to all the staff at Tiddlywinks for making her first experience of school such a lovely one!

My little girl has settled really well. She comes home and is so excited to tell me all about her day what she has been learning about and what fun activities she has been doing. She has made lots of friends and has amazing bonds with the staff within the nursery. It's like home from home and a second

The nursery is great. They do loads of activities in the day with our child. The carers all give us feedback at the end of the day and are so good with him. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. They use an app as well if you want to check up and see what they are doing, which is really
