Such an incredible setting with brilliant kind staff who have done so much for our son who has been here since he was 11 months old. He is always made to feel welcome when he arrives. Happy with the food. The outside area is also a highlight. Highly recommend the manager and her great team. We were
lucky to find this place.

My son has been going for 2 years. He is very happy there and has made lots of friends. They do interesting activities, which I enjoy hearing about at pick-up. He is always talking about the things he has learnt. I see his confidence grow and his skills develop each day.
The staff are always so helpful,
you can see they are fully invested in all the children's wellbeing and development. I really do feel that they care for each and every child. The food is healthy and varied. I would highly recommend Old Kent Road.

My daughter has grown and developed so well at Old Kent Road Nursery. She has learned many skills, but what stands out the most is the effort the staff goes to make the children feel welcome and cared for - my daughter loves going and has made a real connection with her keyworker and other staff.

It's my daughter's last month at Old Kent Road Nursery and as usual, the team have done a brilliant job of helping her get ready for her future. We particularly enjoyed her graduation which was well organised and included a personal story about each child graduating - a lovely touch. Thanks to everyone
for everything over the last few years and we look forward to next year when our youngest joins.

I love Old Kent Road Nursery so much. Since the birth of our second son, they have really supported his older brother in the challenges that come with a growing family. I feel they genuinely know and care about the children and offer a wide variety of activities, stay and plays and learning. Our second
son has recently started there too which has so far been a great success.

Old Kent Road Nursery is fantastic. The staff are very kind to both kids and parents. And they are ace at getting the kids to learn - from new words to acquiring new skills - much appreciated since we are going through the potty training days!
Another plus is their garden space. It's really nicely
equipped, with nice activity games, well suited, especially for high-energy kids!
We are very happy with our toddler son attending nursery with them. We highly recommend it.

This place truly cares about all the kids. Don't be fooled by the location. This nursery is an oasis off the Old Kent Road. I have two children there, baby room and toddler/preschool room, and they are both so happy. The educators are passionate and playful. The management team are approachable, fair
and extremely caring. I looked at 9 nurseries in person in the area when I first moved from abroad and this was by far a standout.

Highly recommended!
Our daughter has been attending Old Kent Road Nursery for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. She absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment where our daughter feels safe and happy every
day. They truly go above and beyond in making sure the children are well looked after, and it's clear that they genuinely care about each child's individual needs.
From creative activities to outdoor play, the nursery provides a balanced and engaging experience that has helped our daughter grow in confidence and independence. We've seen her develop new skills, make friends, and flourish in this wonderful setting.

A few weeks ago, the nursery demonstrated exemplary professionalism during an emergency situation. A fire broke out in a neighbouring building less than 100 yards from the nursery, prompting an immediate evacuation. Without prior knowledge of the incident, my wife and I were relieved to learn that the
nursery staff efficiently relocated all the children to a sister facility. We were promptly notified via phone, text message, and email once the evacuation was complete, reassuring us of our daughter's safety. The team managed the situation with remarkable calm and competence, prioritising both safety and clear communication throughout the process. The fire was quickly extinguished, and the children remained calm and unperturbed during the transition. The smooth and well-coordinated response to this incident has greatly reinforced our confidence in the nursery's commitment to the safety and well-being of our daughter, leaving us, along with other parents, thoroughly impressed.

This is such a happy place for my daughter to be. She loves going there and enjoying all the lovely and very creative activities put together by the staff for her! There is never a dull day!
Food is also wonderful and they cater to each child's needs.

The team really care about the children and knows them so well, tailoring their approach to each individual child. My daughter is so happy and at home at nursery, she barely looks back when we drop her off!
The food is healthy, varied and interesting and they encourage positive mealtimes with all
the children eating together.
I love that they embrace the different cultural backgrounds and languages the children have at home, and encourage them to share these with others in the group. Our daughter is encouraged to develop new skills, build relationships with her friends and grow into a confident person.

My son has been to this nursery since he was nine months old. The amazing staff supported us through his autism diagnosis, and have always done everything they could and more to help his development.
I will be forever grateful to the staff for taking such amazing care of my son and giving him the safe

Our daughter has attended Bird in Bush Nursery for a year and a half and has really enjoyed her experience. The staff are brilliantly caring and accommodating, and I credit them with helping us settle in and take on the challenges of raising a 3-year-old. Whatever mood our daughter is in at drop off,
she is always happy and chatty after her days at nursery.

Our child loves being at nursery and has connected well with all of the nursery teachers. At first, it took a while to figure out communication about what our child needs but now we find it quite smooth and we feel listened to.
The only thing I could speak negatively about is the app. I find it to
be very inconsistent. Updates are extremely delayed and I assume some are completely missing. For example, some days according to the app there has been no nappy change but I can tell there actually has so either it’s not being updated or the app is glitching. I was also expecting to get more frequent updates on the app about what’s happening at nursery with pictures. We’ve had it only a handful of times. In my view, the whole point of the app is so that we can see what’s happening while we’re apart but with it being inconsistent and often very delayed it kind of defeats the purpose.
