The staff are kind, welcoming, and know the children very well. They go above and beyond to make sure that provision follows children’s interests and needs, and also that all children’s needs are met. The areas of provision are constantly changing and represent a wide range of learning opportunities.
The outdoor area is a particularly nice area of provision, allowing children to explore and learn whatever the weather. The focus on language development, song and music are strong. Behaviour management is excellent - staff show consistency in their language and encourage children in a positive manner, to do the right thing. Handover information is detailed and bespoke, and policies are tightly followed (e.g. accident forms, medication procedures etc). It is clear that the staff are passionate about the children, and the leadership team oversee their teams efficiently. The leadership of the nursery is excellent - managers are visible around the provision on a daily basis.

My daughter started at Emma’s Angels when she was one. She had previously been at another local nursery which we were very unhappy with and had made us anxious about leaving her. The staff at Emma’s Angels were absolutely amazing in supporting her and us as parents. The atmosphere in the baby room was
like home from home, kind, caring, all the children play together and are caring of one another. Each child is treated as an individual. This has continued throughout toddler and preschool rooms for both my son and daughter, who have loved going and made some lovely friends (as have we). I’m so pleased we changed nursery and so grateful to Emma’s Angels for all their support over the past 4 years in helping us raise happy, confident and kind children. Thank you!

Emma's Angels Nursery are fantastic, so welcoming. My son was 6 months old when he started and they looked after him so well and continue to do so. All the team are friendly and caring which is so important to a parent. The setting is great and they do so many fun activities. My son has developed so
much and I credit the team at Emma's Angels for this as they really encourage all areas of development in a caring environment.

A lovely setting with caring and enthusiastic staff. Activities are varied and the children have lots of outdoors time in the outdoor area and walks on The Billing. Optional activities such as swimming are also available. The price represents great value.

Since my child started this nursery, I have been so pleased she is so happy to go and there are never any tears. The staff are amazing and have helped my child develop, she is such a sociable little girl and I really believe this is somewhat down to the nursery. There have been circumstances when I
haven't had childcare for my girl and Emma's Angels have always helped me out last minute. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has attended Emma's Angels since 2012. He has been in the baby, toddler and preschool rooms. We have all been very happy with the care he has received. The setting is clean and safe. Toys are modern, in great condition and there's lots of them! All the food is freshly prepared on site by a wonderful
cook. The nursery staff are professional but have fun with the children. Overall, highly recommended.

Emma's Angels is a fantastic nursery. The staff are very friendly and so kind and caring. They are always planning exciting events and trips out and do so much each day just in the nursery. The food is excellent and all made on site. I couldn't ask for a better nursery, it makes leaving my loved one
so much easier.

We have always found the nursery to be a caring, supportive and nurturing environment. Both of our children are/have been extremely happy there. We have formed great relationships with the staff and other parents and our children have made brilliant personal and social progress. The preparation for
school that our eldest child had meant they have settled into reception well and excelled. We wouldn't send our children any where else!

I am very pleased with the level of care, learning and play within the nursery. Both heads of room in toddlers and now preschool have been lovely to work with and always provide us a comprehensive preview of our children's abilities and accomplishments whilst in their care. Time is always taken by staff
to provide us with a detailed review of the day. This is something I always look forward to. My children really enjoy their time at Nursery and are encouraged to interact with other children but also to play with staff. Both enjoy their meal times and get a good varied diet. Overall please with Emma's Angels.

My daughter has been at nursery for 4 months. She settled in really easily. The staff are friendly and my daughter gets on well with them all. They always seem to be doing fun things. The best thing is the on line system where you can log on and watch them play! In the early days this was really helpful.
They always seem to have delicious dinners and the opening times work really well with our working hours. Overall, I have been very happy with Emma's Angels and my daughter will be happy there for the next few years.
