Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-School, is a warm and welcoming nursery providing high-quality care and delivering outstanding outcomes for their children. Open Monday - Friday 7:30pm - 6:30pm, 51 weeks of the year.

They offer stimulating and engaging spaces for children to grow and develop in, with lots of natural resources providing fantastic opportunities for children to explore, play and learn.

Their highly trained practitioners believe in nurturing children’s individual interests to help them develop and grow in all areas of their education and well being. Learning through play is at the heart of what they do.

Freshly prepared meals are offered on site, catering for allergies and special dietary requirements.

The ethos which is followed is believed that children should be allowed to be children and the adults who look after them should believe that too. They use real and authentic items in play which provides many more learning opportunities and encourages children to have proper experiences.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! All the staff are so caring towards our toddler - we know she's in safe hands there, and she's grown so much in confidence since she started at Daybreak Nursery Amersham. She has fun every day and is learning so much. We're so grateful to all the staff for taking such wonderful
care of our child.

We are very happy with the care our little one has been receiving at Daybreak Nursery Amersham. The settling-up sessions and the continuous feedback from the staff every day are great to put our minds at ease. This is a great nursery, and my daughter really thrives in here. The staff genuinely cares about each and every child in their care, and I'm always blown away by how happy my daughter seems when I pick her up, as well as by the enthusiasm with which the staff tell me about her day. My daughter has quite
a strong separation anxiety, and the nursery staff always makes sure that her favourite staff member is the one that greets her when she arrives, which really helps with the tears. They really tend to each child's individual needs, and I always feel that I'm leaving her in the safest possible hands.

My experience of Daybreak Nursery is outstanding from the quality of care that is received, I see it each time I drop my child off in the morning and when I collect them. Food is a big issue with my child but they seem to eat most things. As long as my child is happy, then I value the staff who can
look after them every day five days a week.

I looked around many nurseries in the area and found that this nursery was by far the best! They had a nice group of staff members that made us as a family feel very welcome and although there was a waiting list I was lucky enough to be able to start my child when I wanted.

We have been impressed with Daybreak Nurseries Amersham Chiltern Avenue and the support they give our son. This reflects in our son's reaction to going to nursery and the way in which he loves the staff. Staff always provide a variety of activities for our son to experience and learn from.

Our experience of Daybreak in Amersham is very positive. Our daughter always seems happy to go in, and content when we pick her up. The staff are so friendly and warm towards our daughter and there is the flexibility we need on booking extra sessions, which is so critical for managing work and home
life. There has been a decent amount of consistency on staffing which is appreciated.

Lovely nursery. We joined last minute when I went back to work a bit suddenly. The staff did everything possible to make the transition easy for me and the baby. That was over a year ago now. They continue to be a wonderful and accommodating bunch, especially the nursery manager. They are always bending
over backwards to help and deal with our, sometimes, picky requests! They have also had great communication and procedure with COVID-related matters. My daughter doesn't even look back to say bye when I drop her off. She loves it!

We were new to the area and were very nervous about finding a suitable nursery for my then 4, and 2 and a half year old (with very different personalities).
Daybreak had the perfect setup for us - a Big Sunshine’s room and a separate Little Sunshine’s room with a common outdoor space. The staff were
extremely friendly and warm meaning both kids settled in far quicker than expected. Over the 12 months we were there, so many friendships were made and it was clear they were really enjoying their time at nursery. The curiosity approach paired with some structured sessions allowed our kids to explore and develop their interests but also focus them on essential skills development.
The staff were always great at dealing with tricky challenges such as a very fussy eater, the rollercoaster of emotions children experience and adapting to the ‘new normal’ post-Covid
The nursery feels like a family and somewhere the children were happy to be.
I would highly recommend this nursery!

My child has been with Daybreak since he was 9-months-old (starting off at Amersham Town Centre). He thoroughly enjoys nursery and the range of activities they do.
The setting is great with a recent refurbishment and they have a great outside space that they use daily. All of the staff are friendly,
approachable and caring.

Daybreak Amersham is our third nursery (as we have moved twice) and it is by far the best. The staff really make this place. They are kind, attentive and very communicative and always take time to talk to us and give useful feedback.
The educational emails are really helpful too with geat photos, that
always brighten my day at work.
Daybreak has great facilities, is lovely and bright and always clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daybreak to other families.

My little girl stared at Daybreak when she was 10 months old. The settling period was so helpful. She had time in the nursery with me and without, and her main carers visited her at home so they understood her better and they were familiar to her. She has really loved her time at Daybreak and has travelled
from baby room through Little Sunshines in the preschool. I have to say I have always felt the staff really care about her. They have all made an effort to know her and go the extra mile. The emergency days have also been so helpful as I work a shift pattern and at times have needed time not in her usual hours. Thank you so much to all.

I have been in the childcare industry since 1997 and during this time seen many changes in childcare. My past roles have varied from being a children’s holiday representative, a Nanny, a Forest School Leader, Early Years teaching assistant and a Nursery Manager.
