Thank you for your review, we are glad that your daughter enjoyed her time with us, she settled in well, it was lovely to see her gain her confidence and start talking. Our terms and conditions do state that fees are payable during episodes of absence be it sickness or holidays, we have costs that continue even when children are absent. Leaving the nursery to then rejoin after a two-week holiday is still considered a holiday where fees are still payable. We wish you all the best for the future.
