Really supportive team. Our child struggled to adapt to nursery, he wouldn't settle at his previous nursery but the team really helped him settle. Visiting home first really helped him familiarise with the staff. One staff member in particular has especially good in settling him.

Both of my children went to this Nursery. They both settled in very well and all staff are lovely and are very welcoming making it easy for me as a parent to leave my child for the day. Both of my children definitely picked up a lot here, especially my eldest with his speech

My little girl has been attending Brighter Beginnings for the last 6 months. She absolutely loves her days there - she runs straight in without looking back. The children are well looked after and kept entertained / educated through different activities each day. My little girl has definitely progressed
and reached many more milestones since attending this nursery.

This nursery has been nothing but amazing for our 2 year old. She started this nursery because we had to relocate to the area. I was very worried about my 2 year old as she is a very shy toddler and took 4-5 months to adjust at her previous child minder. The manager and the staff were very supportive
throughout, they were reassuring and made sure our little one was adjusted gradually in to the system. They were very accommodating of all our requests. They even delayed up grading our little one to the next room because of how she she was and how long it took for her to settle in the first place. I cannot recomment the nursery enough. The building seems to be purpose built, catering children's needs. The staff are very professional yet more like friends which just makes it so much easier to trust them with our little ones. Cannot praise them enough!

My son started in November 2024, his speech and confidence have come on amazingly; he started using his manners after a few weeks! His teachers are supportive of him and have really helped his transition into nursery. The food provided has really helped with him trying new food he wouldn't have at home.
I was hesitant about going back to work but this nursery and the staff have been so welcoming and informative that I'm completely at ease with leaving my son here. Thank you so much for all that you do!

My 2 Daughters who are 2 and 3 started at Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery Chadderton at the start of January 2025.
I chose Brighter Beginnings because of their exploratory approach to children's learning and the care, compassion and person centred approach all of the staff demonstrated when we visited
and continue to demonstrate today.
My youngest (2 years old) settled almost immediately.
Her key worker is fantastic, she's put her time and effort into making sure my baby feels comfortable and able to express herself at nursery. She's only been attending 2 weeks and already loves nursery!
My eldest (3 years old) has taken a little longer to settle however, no fault of the nursery, Her key worker is amazing, unlike my youngest, she just needs to grow a little more confidence and the staff at Brighter Beginnings are pulling out all the stops to make that happen.
I know leaving your babies with other people can be daunting but honestly you couldn't choose a better place!

I was looking for a nursery for my child and as soon as I walked into Brighter Beginnings, I knew it was the nursery for us.
All the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They have been incredible at settling my child into a nursery which is a brand new experience for us all.
Since
starting, we have received frequent emails about exciting events and other bits of information, this is great communication from the nursery.

I'm so pleased with Brighter Beginnings in Chadderton. My daughter has just turned 1 and attends full-time. She has settled very quickly and I am certain that is because of the staff, they are fantastic. The nursery itself is beautiful and calming but full of wonderful toys and activities for the children
to fill their day. We are a vegan family and they provide all of her meals fully aligned with our wishes. I would recommend this nursery to a friend in a heartbeat.

My son has only just started his normal hours at Brighter Beginnings and I cannot believe how he has settled and that is down to the staff. His settling-in period was faultless! It allowed him the opportunity to be introduced to the environment on gradual terms and it has been so beneficial. The home
visit prior to him starting was wonderful too.
The space is calm and welcoming and has facilities (including a large outdoor area) to entertain whilst allowing children to explore and thrive.
The app is a fantastic way for parents to be kept up to date with their child's day and helped me to feel comfortable in leaving him. The communication between staff and parents is also brilliant and they seem to genuinely care for each child and make the effort to get to know them. I was nervous about my son being in the care of someone else, but I can wholeheartedly say, I have no regrets and long may that continue! Thank you for making my son feel so comfortable and me as his mum.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for our son. From the very start, the team has been exceptional in supporting his transition into nursery life, even though he found settling in a little challenging. Their patience and care have made all the difference.
The
staff in his room are incredibly attentive, providing the reassurance and encouragement he needs to feel more comfortable each day. Their consistent communication keeps us informed and confident about his progress, which is so important as parents. The manager has also been outstanding. She is always available at the end of an email, ready to answer any questions. Her dedication and approachable nature reflect the overall quality of the nursery.
We're truly so pleased we chose Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for our son and would wholeheartedly recommend it to other families. It's a nurturing, supportive and professional environment that we're grateful to be part of.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was one year old, and I couldn't be happier with the experience we've had. She only goes for two days a week, but in that time, I've noticed such incredible growth in her development.
The staff and the manager are truly wonderful - so helpful and
supportive. It's clear that they genuinely care about the children and work hard to create a nurturing, fun, and stimulating environment. My daughter loves going in and looks forward to seeing her key workers, who she's formed such lovely bonds with.
One of the most amazing things is seeing her create special friendships with the other children, which I know will be such a valuable foundation for her transition to school. I'm so grateful to the team for all the effort they put into making the nursery a place where she feels happy, safe, and excited to learn.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

My son, who currently goes to Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, Chadderton, and my daughter also went there. I do not have any bad words to say other than good, they have always been amazing with my boy, he has grown so much in many ways but his personality and his speech have been thanks to his nursery.
He's built good relationships with staff and has learnt a lot being there which he comes home and adapts the learning skills at home too.

I could not recommend Chadderton Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery enough! From my child's first day, we have felt welcomed, cared for and supported. My child runs into nursery with a big smile and on collection is sad to leave after a great day of fun and messy activities. All the staff and management
are very helpful and the home-cooked meals daily are great. Would highly recommend it to any parent looking for childcare in the area.

My son has been with the nursery since 18 months old and has been supported by all members off staff throughout. I have kept him here as I feel that the nursery has helped my son develop. I would have loved more parent evenings to see where he was up to through the early years stages.

My daughter took a while to settle in at nursery and the staff were so patient with her. She has really taken to her key worker, who has done her best to make my daughter feel so comfortable and build up her confidence in a nursery setting. My daughter has finally settled after 3 months of hard work
from the staff and she is beginning to enjoy her time at Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery. As a mum, the staff reassured me and my husband keeping us updated on how she was doing on the app. Thank you so much to all the staff and I look forward to my daughters future at brighter beginnings.

Great experience so far, my child has settled in nicely. Welcoming environment and his needs are catered for. There's a range of things for him to do whilst he's at the nursery. He comes back exhausted which means he's had a busy day.

My name is Ashleigh, I have worked in childcare for over 10 years and I have been at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for 8 years. I started at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton as a level 3 practitioner and then progressed into different roles such as room leader, and deputy Manager and now I am a senior Manager. I have been the Manager for 4 years now and very proud of myself and my nursery for what environment and care we provide for the children.


I have gained lots of knowledge during my time and this has helped me provide a calm, stimulating environment to understand child development and be able to put this into practice for myself and my team. I have worked with all ages of children and am passionate about providing children with high-quality education and various opportunities while attending Brighter Beginning Chadderton.


When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family going on walks and visiting places. I also love going on holidays and creating ever-lasting memories with Family and friends.

My name is Jenny, I have worked in childcare for over 12 years. I have worked at Brighter Beginnings for 9 years. During my time at Brighter Beginnings, I have progressed from a practitioner to an assistant manager. I am also in the process of completing my level 5 in leadership and management whilst being the room supervisor of babies.


Throughout my time in childcare, I have had a deep passion for working with babies; under two’s. It allows me to be part of their early development journey. With my 12 years of experience and having my own child, I have a lot of knowledge and skills around child development. I use knowledge and skills to make sure each child has the best possible start to their early years as this is when the brain grows the most.


Following on from this I deliver brilliant babies training to staff members across the company.


I am passionate about creating a calming, nurturing and stimulating environment for each child to believe in different aspects of their development.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on walks and reading books.

My name is Hollie and I am Deputy Manager and Room Leader of the Independent Inventors (3-5 year old room). I have worked at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for up to 4 years. In these past 4 years, I have completed both a traineeship and my level 3 qualification with the company. After finishing these I stepped up into senior roles with both ages 2-3 years and 3-5 years. I love being outside promoting our children to become curious and caring towards the world around them! I have a passion for my new allotment in our outdoor space planting growing and showing children the processes of the different cycles of nature.

I have a natural passion to lead and guide my staff in providing the best for our children at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton.


In my spare time, I enjoy going out with friends, going to the gym and travelling around exploring new places!

Hello, my name is Holly. I am the room leader in Little Explorers. I have been working in childcare for 9 years and at Brighter Beginnings Chadderton for 4 years.


I Completed my Level 2 and Level 3 in childcare and have recently progressed to a room leader role working with children 15months – 2 years.


I have two children who are my world A Little girl aged 5 and a little Boy aged 4 in my spare time I like to do lots of family days and spend time with my friends socialising.


I love messy play and get creative with the children, you will see me doing lots of this within my playroom.
