Overall Experience

This is a fantastic nursery and our son settled quickly, which we were worried about following Covid isolations and him not meeting new people. The staff are friendly and communicate amazingly, with an addition of the app which keeps you even more up to date on what he has been getting up to - complete

with photos of activities. We are so happy we chose this nursery.

Overall Experience

Cannot recommend highly enough!
Both my boys have been looked after by Cliffe House Day Nursery Baildon since they were 7-months-old.
At first, it was hard for me to leave a baby with "strangers" but the team is very professional and caring.
My boys always go with a smile...that's the best reassurance

for a parent.
(Now one of them is at school and the other one is a pre-schooler).

Overall Experience

All staff have been fantastic in helping my little boy settle into the nursery. He comes home every night smiling and happy and tells me he's had a great day and that he's happy at nursery. He says he especially loves playing outside on the slide and castle.

Overall Experience

Being a first-time parent, the process of enrollment (given the Covid restrictions) to now with our daughter attending the nursery has been outstanding. The nursery is very accommodating to any request. It was never a problem to call and see how our daughter was getting on.
Throughout the day we are

informed via an app of what she's getting up to, from her first breakfast meal to her last sip of water of the day before we pick her up. There are pictures to see her working on projects and activities.
We are then greeted and told about her day face to face with a full breakdown daily. It's all taken at her own pace and watching my daughter's confidence grow to now pretty much leaping from my arms with a smile on her face into the staff's arms at morning drop off is really a testament to the care and education she's receiving.

Overall Experience

Great care and attention to my daughter. She loves attending the nursery and is always so happy when I drop her off.
I receive regular updates of her day on the app as well as photos of the activities she is involved in.

Overall Experience

Staff are really great, communication is wonderful and my little one has a great day every time they attend! We were welcomed warmly and felt really supported in starting our nursery journey.
Our little one eats better than we do with a wide array of food on the menu and the activities that we see

Overall Experience

Such lovely friendly staff. My little one loves it here and it’s brilliant to see all the staff know her name despite her only attending one day a week. Meals are always healthy and varied, which is something important to us. My 2-year-old has progressed so well, building her confidence and language

Overall Experience

Cliffe House Day Nursery Baildon is a great nursery. My child really enjoys his time there. The activities they do are really inventive and offer so much development for the children. The food is great and you can get the recipes to make at home too, which I think is a great idea. The staff are lovely

and I really appreciate the time taken at the end of the day to talk through what has been done and know what has been enjoyed. I love the fact there isn't a lot of plastic toys around and more natural materials are used, this encourages so much more learning through play and investigation. Also no screens which I saw in a lot of other places that I looked around and that put me off, when my child doesn't have screen time. I am so happy we picked this nursery and see my child's development moving on. I would recommend highly!

Overall Experience

Our eldest son attended Cliffe House Day Nursery Baildon before the start of Covid-19, which unfortunately coincided with the arrival of our second child. Due to Covid-19, he stopped going for nearly a year and both the boys had very limited interaction with other children and people in general. When

they restarted nursery in February, they were both very apprehensive about going, however the staff have been brilliant at welcoming our sons back and making them feel right at home. The boys have settled in in a short space of time and love their time there. The staff always provide updates on how they have been, what activities they've been doing and what food they have eaten throughout the day. The outdoor facilities are clean, tidy and provide a great place for the children to play and learn.

Overall Experience

Our little girl has just turned 3 years old and has been attending Cliffe House Day Nursery Baildon since she was around 18 months old. The nursery is a lovely place with caring staff who provide a range of stimulating activities. Communication with parents is very good also. We are provided with regular

updates in various formats. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family. The play and learning areas both indoors and outdoors are fantastic. Our little girl has always enjoyed attending nursery.

I couldn’t be happier with Cliffe House Day Nursery Baildon; my eldest went there from 8 months until the age of 3 and now my youngest is there and has been since January 2021. He’s settled in really well. The staff are so lovely and personable. They are always so happy to see him every morning. A fantastic

Overall Experience

Our granddaughter has recently started at this nursery throughout Covid-19 so there were lots of restrictions and worries as her mum, as I was unable to enter the building. The settling in sessions were strange but the worries were soon gone, as staff instantly made them feel welcome. At twenty two

months old, my daughter just marched right in with the staff, which was amazing as she is normally wary of people. The staff are great and the set up is lovely, there is a virtual tour available and the nursery is also very clean, which you can see through the large windows. We visited a a couple of nurseries and this was by far the most welcoming, where my daughter was happy to just toddle in without her mum. My daughter has just started potty training and she feels comfortable to use the potty. The staff are observant and empathetic. Even under two, she always has a story of what she has done at nursery, she particularly talks about food. The nursery are super amazing with allergies and dietary requirements which is a great relief.

Overall Experience

The staff are very friendly, helpful and always there to answer any questions needed. I love how they put pictures on Facebook, so we can see our children playing and have fun. My little girl has come along so much since starting and is learning new things all the time. I'm very happy with her progress.

Overall Experience

Great variety of activities and learning through play. My son has come on massively, as a result of his experience at Cliffe House. Staff are excellent and go out of their way to make sure children are happy and settled, as well as addressing any parental concerns and providing regular updates.
