My girl attended the Baildon branch during the lockdown while our local nursery was closed. The staff here have been absolutely amazing. They tailored the care to exactly what my girl needed and helped her grow. Very happy with everything they have done for us.

We looked at lots of nurseries and childminders but Cliffe House stood out as the most welcoming, professional setting. We were not disappointed!
The staff at Cliffe House are fantastic. Every one of them is friendly, caring and very attentive to the children. They work well as a team which is reflected
in good communication with smooth hand overs.
My little boy absolutely loves coming here and gets excited as we pull up.
It is very clean and the home-cooked food always smells delicious.

Fantastically efficient and accommodating especially during this difficult period. Wonderful staff, kind and caring. Lots of different and varied activities that keep the children entertained. Would highly recommend.

My son started nursery at Cliffe House Baildon in January, aged 17 months. We are so pleased with his progress so far, he has grown in confidence and clearly loves all the wonderful members of staff who care for him. He takes part in a varied range of activities, including the messy play. Within a few
weeks he was eating all the meals provided and is becoming more independent. The daily reports we receive are excellent and we feel confident that our son will continue to thrive at nursery.

We have been very pleased with the service so far. Our 8-month-old has been welcomed, settled and cared for beautifully and as if she was their own. A daily report on paper is appreciated to see how her day has been and what she's been up to and eaten. Staff and management are very approachable and
caring and have made us and our little girl feel very welcome. As part of the service, we can check on the website to see what our baby has been up to. Thank you all.

My 3-year-old son has been at this nursery since age 12 months. He has now been in each room and is currently in the pre-school room. All staff are courteous and friendly. All staff are approachable. It is a bright, clean and tidy nursery building. The staff always have a smile for the children. They
remain professional with the parents/guardians. My eldest son has learnt lots, made friends, become sociable and confident. My youngest son (just 12 months) has had his 1st full day in the baby room this week and I had forgotten how daunting it is to leave your child in someone else's care. However, I am confident that he will be cared for in a loving, nurturing manner.

My granddaughter started at this nursery after attending two previous settings. Since starting, she has absolutely blossomed in all her developmental areas! The staff at the nursery are very welcoming to the children and their families. They keep you well informed of all our granddaughters activities
and achievements, and I keep up to date of activities by following posts on social media.
The catering staff are excellent, and my granddaughter enjoys her meals every day; often having second helpings!
I have nothing but praise for the setting and the professional staff here. Thank you all so much!

The staff at Cliffe House have really helped my child transition from one room to the next. She is now in the oldest room at the nursery and she has barely noticed, having a keyworker who was in with her before and having friends in the new room. The staff are always available to chat and my child has
a great time there.

Our daughter has been at Cliffe House for almost a year now, progressing from the baby room into Red room.
We're extremely happy with her development and happiness when attending nursery - 4 full days a week. The staff are friendly and give a good overview of how her day has gone when we pick her
up. We especially enjoy hearing about any funny or memorable moments that member of staff has experienced (of which there are many!).
Staff are always happy to answer any specific queries or requests we may have (most recently around toilet training). The range of different meals/food is impressive and activities undertaken differ week on week.
Walking in on a morning and being greeted with a smile by management is a nice touch closely followed by our daughter running towards the nearest member of staff for a cuddle before breakfast - this is testament to the nursery and how much she loves being there. Thank you.

I cannot praise Cliffe House enough. In my experience, the staff are really professional and friendly and the service brilliant.
My older child came here for 4 years until starting reception and now my little one comes 4 days a week. He has settled extremely well and really enjoys his time at Cliffe
House. The staff are really caring and helpful, especially at times when we’re suffering with seasonal illnesses!
It’s such a relief to have a great nursery to entrust your child to so that you can go to work.

The nursery staff give us a lot of confidence. The whole team take excellent care of our children. It feels like they really care about the kids and in turn, our kids have a great relationship with them. We were impressed before signing up, and now 8 months later we know it was the right choice.

We have been using Cliffe House Nursery since 2015 when my first son started at 9 months and went till he started reception last September. My youngest (age 2) now attends and for both of them, it has been an amazing experience. All the staff are very enthusiastic, caring and hardworking in delivering
fun activities on a daily basis and we love how they get as excited as us when the children master new skills! Both my children have grown attached to all members in the relaxed environment and so have we. In fact, I have difficulty getting them to come home at pick up.
My youngest has several food allergies and the staff have been amazing in dealing with this in terms of keeping him included in all activities, offering alternative food options and even making special desserts so he doesn't miss out on things. They go above and beyond daily and this is why I feel so comfortable leaving my children in their care. Keep up the good work!

My 15 month little girl goes 3 days a week and loves the baby room and her friends there. She is excited to toddle up to the door in the mornings, gobbles up all the food and gets stuck in to the messy play. Everyone is caring and attentive. We couldn't ask for more.

We've been using Cliffe House for 4 years since our eldest was two. Our second child is now 2 and has been going since I returned to work in 2018.
The staff are all really caring and nurturing and both our children have been comfortable with all the adults in the room. The nursery pairs the children
with keyworkers they have a good bond with after a settling in period which we really like.
The management are approachable and easy to talk to. They'll listen to any queries or concerns you have and work to resolve it asap.
The children are always happy and do loads of really interesting activities. They have great outdoor spaces and spend lots of time outside exploring.
We've been really happy with the level of care they've provided for both our children. I happily recommend them to all my friends in the area.

My 3-year-old has been coming to Cliff House for 18 months now and currently in his last 6 months before starting school.
He loves going and literally runs in.
He's always telling me about what he gets up to, drawing, reading, painting, baking, etc.
The change in him has been incredible.
The staff
are all fantastic, not one goes past without saying hello/morning.
Each morning they welcome my son with the same enthusiasm.
The food he eats sounds lovely and he enjoys it. We will certainly miss Cliffe House and its staff come July when he leaves.

Our son joined Cliffe House in August and we are very pleased to have selected this nursery. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. The level of care and attention reflects on how well our son has settled into the nursery. The activities provide our son with lots of learning opportunities
and he enjoys sharing all that he has learned at home. The feedback we receive when we pick our son up is always in such great detail. We have great confidence in sending our son to this nursery and we are thankful for their hard work, persistence and care.

Moved to Bradford in August. My little girl joined Cliffe House. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything you ask. She also settled in no time. I feel very happy now to leave her there and so glad I chose Cliffe House. The outdoor area is also amazing. Safety entering
and leaving is also a star.
