My daughter has been attending nursery since August 2022 she had a little break in 2023 when I finished university and was waiting to start work. The nursery has drastically improved since new management has taken over. All staff are very welcoming and approachable. My daughter loves attending nursery
and it's evident she has built good relationships with all the staff and made some good friends. My daughter can be a fussy eater and I'm always updated on how her eating has been and alternative they provided if she didn't want what was on the menu. Her learning and development has improved greatly throughout the years too. I would highly recommend using Happitots Robroyston.

The standard of support my daughter receives is incredible! She has a fantastic relationship with her key worker and all other staff. My daughter's confidence has grown so much and I believe this is due to the constant support she receives. Her communication is improving all the time with the guidance
of the team!

I'm very happy with the way the nursery is currently managed and the level of service and care provided. Every morning when I drop off my son I can see that the children are happy and well looked after by the staff.

My children have been attending the nursery for over a year and have such a good relationship with the staff. The staff are great and have the children outdoors as much as possible. They are very helpful and understanding.

Excellent nursery and excellent staff. Warm, friendly and make you feel so welcome. The staff have been a great help and support to myself and my son. Great vibe and my son loves it, he is always exhausted after a day at nursery which shows he's had a great busy day. Would highly recommend this nursery
to anyone, all the staff do an amazing job!

My son attends Happitots Robroyston and he absolutely loves it. Since the new management took over, the nursery has improved significantly and I have no complaints at all about the service. I know my son is happy, well cared for, nurtured, and encouraged to reach his potential. The staff are absolutely
fantastic and make sure I am kept up to date on his development and what they are working on. My son will be going to school this year and is feeling very anxious about it, the nursery staff have been great and are going out of their way to help him prepare for the transition. I know he will be so sad when the time comes to leave Happitots.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for more than a year and we have seen a real improvement in facilities and quality of childcare provided over time. They spend good time outdoors in the nursery along with multiple activities indoors which is great for their development. Really happy with

All staff members are fantastic with the children. There have been a lot of changes with the new management and all for the better such an improvement in the nursery. My son has been here for 8 months now and his development has come on so far.

My son has been going to this nursery since 2022, he really enjoys coming here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of toys/activities indoors and outdoors. Would 100% recommend.

Both my children attend the nursery and they love not only the staff but also the surroundings and environment they are learning and growing in. Staff really take the time to know the children’s likes and dislikes and what they enjoy doing and would like to learn or do more of.

My daughter has been going here since October 2023, and all I can say it has been excellent. My daughter gets excited about going to nursery and that is enough for me. Very friendly staff and management, if anything happens to my child I am always kept in the loop, I am always kept up-to-date with what
my child eats throughout the day and how often her nappy has been changed and that puts me at ease as a mother. The app is fab also. My daughter has grown so much since only being there for a few months and I am very happy with that, the nursery is always kept clean and tidy. The kids' safety is one if not their main priority.

She has good management, she thinks about everything and all the employees are kind and polite and pay good attention to the children. The kindergarten is always clean and tidy and children can play safely.

Very good nursery. My daughter has been here for a number of years. I have found the staff always to be lovely and friendly. There were a number of issues in the past but management has been trying really hard to keep everything running smoothly.

All staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and lovely people to approach. Did their best to try settle the baby in his first week. Kept me updated on the baby's daily movements from nappy to feeding to sleep times. Gave feedback at the end of the shift on how the baby got on throughout
the day.

My son has been attending Happitots since April 2021 and loves it. The staff are so friendly and really care about the children. They have a great selection of activities, toys and garden area and he bounces out of nursery each day saying "I had so much fun at nursery!". There was a period during the
staffing crisis we considered moving him, but are now so glad we didn't; it's really turned around.

My daughter has recently started at the nursery and from her first settle was made to feel very welcome by all the staff who all took an interest in what she has been doing. My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery always looking forward to attending and enjoys coming home and telling us
all about her day which seems very busy. In only a short space of time, I have noticed that she seems more entertained by new things and has already taken a strong interest in knowing her colour numbers. I can't wait to see how much more progress she continues to make and think the girls are all doing a fantastic job supporting my daughter's development already

My daughter has been attending Happitots Nursery Robryston for the past 3 years. She has been enjoying it every day. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. They are able to accommodate all her needs, big or small. There's always loads of activities going around and loads of arts and crafts which my
daughter loves. Plenty of ideas and interests for her to explore from drawing to construction side to role play toys and staff encourage children for outdoor play as much as possible. Their outdoor play area has been refurbished last year with loads of space for playing or riding scooters, balance bikes etc. The current management has really brought up positive changes into the nursery.

I would definitely not recommend this nursery. It has been in a staffing crisis and rooms have regularly had to close leaving parents incredibly stressed finding last-minute childcare. The baby room has recently had to close for four weeks as they weren’t able to staff it. Such a shame as it is in a
great location and the staff that are there in the rooms are lovely.

We are incredibly saddened to read your review, it is not the service we wish to provide. Sadly, as you have correctly stated we are having to close rooms due to shortages in our workforce. Above anything, as always, we have to put our children first and never compromise on their safety. We are unable to open if we do not have enough staff to safely care for our children. We regret the disruption this causes our parents, but we cannot compromise on safety. We are progressing with our recruitment strategy to ensure we resolve these issues moving forward. It has been a pleasure having your child at our nursery and we are truly saddened to have caused you disruption.
