My daughter started at Happitots Nursery Robroyston six months ago and has come on so much since. When she first started at the nursery when she was 18 months old when she was only happy being left with one of two very close family members. She settled well in the nursery within weeks and now loves
going in and sings songs all the way home. All of the staff are so friendly and engaging, making her transition to the 2-4 room easy for her. Friends and family have all noticed such a boost in her confidence since joining the nursery. I had asked the nursery to focus with her on her speech which has come on so much and they also offer her a wide variety of toys and activities both indoors and out.

Our son, who has been with the nursery since he was 8 months old, is always happy to go to the nursery. The staff in sunbeam are amazing with him.
It's lovely to see all the engaging and fun activities that the kids get to do in his room. And as a parent, I feel good leaving him at the nursery, knowing
he will have a great time.

Our son has been at Happitots for 3 months now and team in his room have been great at welcoming him. Initially, he was upset being dropped off and collected, probably the same as most 1-year-olds, but now he loves going and we've seen his development jump forward. We've also been supported hugely in
a recent allergy query with our son, the team have been great at adapting his meals and snacks. We love the feedback of his day via the app, it's great to keep in touch with his day to day, especially when you get photos sharing their activities. You can see when you're there that the team in his room really care about the kids, and it's really encouraging as a parent to see that. We've only been at the nursery 3 months and due to Covid only been inside for the last few weeks so there are some areas we can't comment on for example we haven't seen the garden and for a view on Facilities/Learning/Resources we don't feel we've had enough time to rate these properly, but we're positively optimistic.

My daughter started at Happitots Robroyston in October 2021. I was very nervous about leaving her at first because of the pandemic and especially since I couldn’t go into the nursery with her, it was incredibly difficult to hand her over to a masked stranger and off into a strange place.
However,
the staff have always been amazing and my daughter is thriving at this nursery. She runs off in the morning and doesn’t look back. She is learning lots and I see new things in her every week that she has learned. The staff are so lovely and caring and my daughter has developed close bonds with many of them.
The nursery has particularly improved since the new manager took over. We have noticed big improvements in communication and a real effort to involve us.
We would absolutely recommend this nursery to other families and would like to thank all the staff for all that they do for our daughter.

My grandson was two when he started the nursery. My daughter and I were worried as he was a very active toddler. He settled in with no issues. The staff are amazing with him, the bond he has with the staff is the best you could ask for. My daughter felt secure that he was well looked after. My grandson
came on in leaps and bounds, learning so quickly. He loves nursery and we struggle to get him out.

My son has attended Enchanted Forest Nursery for 15 months now and loves it. The staff helped him to settle in and know and care for him really well. He has come on well with his speech and social skills so much since he started and has formed lovely friendships. My husband and I love receiving all
of the little pieces of artwork that he makes as well as his daily diary entries. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both my children love going to Enchanted Forest Nursery Robroyston and have so much fun there. The staff are friendly and caring and I know my children are always well looked after whilst there. I cannot recommend using this nursery enough.

Both of my children have attended Enchanted Forest nursery for over 2 years. Since starting as babies, they have both come on so well thanks to all the staff who looked after them from the baby room right to 2-3yrs and 3-5yrs room. One thing I especially love is the online journals that each child has
that the staff fill out each day, telling you everything that they have eaten for the day, if they have had a nap, had a wet or dirty nappy/ had an accident and what activities they have done on that day. Another favourite thing of mine is that they can add photos to the online journal so, at the end of each day, I can log on and see what they have been doing and show my children the photos to encourage conversation on what they did at nursery today.

I was really worried about my daughter starting nursery however, the staff at Enchanted Forest are all lovely and made my daughter and myself feel welcome. My daughter settled in straight away and I can now go to work and not have to worry about her. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

This nursery has provided a safe and vibrant educational environment for my son to grow and flourish. For the moment he entered Enchanted Forest Nursery all the staff have been so trustworthy, enthusiastic, kind, creative, hard-working and inspiring through the educational activities they provide for
all the children. Their level of care provided is fantastic as they let me know every detail of what he has eaten, when he has slept, what activities he has taken part in and take a genuine interest in his wellbeing. I can’t thank all the staff enough for this and it truly is a wonderful place for my baby to grow in the care of these outstanding childcare professionals. He has developed drastically with all the amazing resources, outdoor learning experiences, nutritious meals and opportunities to develop social skills with both adults and children. I could not recommend this nursery and its staff enough. Thanks for everything you do for our son and our family.

My son has attended this nursery for almost 3 years and absolutely loves it! All the staff are great and the kids get loads of outdoor play. I have seen a huge difference in my boy since starting this nursery and his daily progress is lovely to watch! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone

Amazing nursery with excellent staff. My daughter took longer than expected to settle in but they worked with us on a phased settling in period which really worked well. Now my daughter skips in through the doors and is such a happy and confident girl. She has made new friends and loves every day there.
There is a great range of activities and plenty of time to play outdoors every day. Can't recommend highly enough!! Thank you.

My youngest son and two nieces attend Enchanted Forest. I chose this nursery based on location, price and facilities. The staff are so friendly and are brilliant at settling the children. I'm kept well informed with a daily diary, facebook and weekly email updates. There seem to be loads of well planned
seasonal activities for the children. The only thing I feel the nursery is maybe missing is yearly summer or pantomime outing!

I had my daughter in a few different nurseries but she wasn't settling and I was never settled either when I was leaving her. As soon as we went for a visit to Enchanted Forest Nursery in Robroyston, She loved it, she didn't want to come home after her settle in days. The nursery is so bright and the
cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are all so friendly and loving towards all the kids. My daughter is sometimes a bit strange first thing in the mornings but the teachers are always great at settling her in. The security in the nursery is very good as well, I don't have any concerns about her safety when I am leaving her. I love the updates I get each week about what she is eating and learning about as we can carry on some of her subjects in the house with her. I love that the food menu week to week varies but is also very healthy. She has always been a very fussy eater but since starting in this nursery she is much better now. This is a 5-star nursery.

Enchanted Forest is a fantastic nursery.
The staff are extremely kind and friendly and show your little one so much love and care. My son loves to go to nursery and loves the staff in his room.
The staff always give an in-depth rundown of his day and keeps me updated either in person or via email
on each of the topics they cover.
The nursery always keeps me well informed which is fantastic, especially when you are working all day. It's nice to hear all about what your child has been up to. I would highly recommend Enchanted Forest Nursery to anyone looking for a safe, reliable nursery for their little one.

My daughter has been difficult to settle due to being extremely attached to me. The staff have put a lot of time into trying to work out the things she likes and dislikes to aid in her settlement there. The girls are very patient with her from what I have seen thus far. Can definitely see a difference
now when we go in the morning... less tears!

I have already recommended this nursery to a few friends with children of similar ages to mine, my 13-month old has been in Enchanted Forest since she was 9 months old and she is clearly very happy there, from whenever I drop her off and pick her up again later in the day. I feel the staff are always
extremely friendly, caring and I know my daughter is in good hands with them. The meal selection at the nursery is great and I love that the children have a different meal every day for variety.
