I am very happy with the nursery, so is my daughter who's been going there since the nursery opened. She even told us the other day she preferred going to nursery than being with us!
The staff is attentive to our needs, they're always very friendly and approachable, happy to help in any way.
The
manager has always responded extremely quickly to any problems in an appropriate and helpful manner.
I like the fact that they have a cook on site, the children always eat freshly made meals. They make sure to take the children out every day, for a least a short session, even with challenging weather. The nursery is also clean whenever I pop in.
The only real downside is the rather heavy price. However, when compared to other nurseries in Woking, they are open an extra hour per day than most and the closeness to the train station is ideal when both parents are commuters like we are. They also have been understanding whenever we got stuck on unreliable trains.
I would happily recommend!

My son started at the nursery in the summer and I was very impressed with the efforts of the staff to help him settle in. They were extremely caring and also supported me in the transition by providing me with updates on his progress. I feel confident that he is safe and happy there and would definitely
recommend this nursery to others.

Bright Horizons is very well organised and communication with parents is excellent (via weekly newsletters,
noticeboard and the daily information sheets). Staff are helpful and approachable. They have well-planned activities for kids all throughout the day. My child talks constantly about Nursery and
often role plays teacher at home with his little brother. He has made friends, he has picked up a lot in English and his vocabulary is having constant addition. With baking, painting, computing and daily play in the park, no wonder he wants to come to Nursery every day. They encourage the parents to fill out my Learning sticker so that they can understand a child more. Over the weekends also he does not want to be home and wants to go out or get involved in a lot of activities. He has lost interest in I-pad which is a major PLUS as a parent. I am very satisfied as a parent with the nursery. I am thankful to the nursery staff for playing a big part in my child's learning and development journey.

Staff are enthusiastic - they treat the children as individuals, not cattle. They are not stuck in their ways. Learning is taken seriously - lots of fresh ideas and new activities all the time. Manager has brilliant interpersonal skills - she responds to any queries promptly and is very much a 'yes'
person. This nursery likes to do things properly - no short cutting or TV days. Space is wonderful - everything is shiny and new and clean. Children who attend are very calm, they get on well as a group. Not as many illnesses as with other nurseries, due to excellent hygiene. The nursery values and supports diversity.
Our son's key worker has taken the initiative to go beyond his existing knowledge and training, to creatively adapt the EYFS to our son's individual learning style. He has carried out his own research and offered us ideas on how to stretch our son's development in a way that has inspired our imagination and increased our confidence to be more involved in our child's learning.

Our son has thrived at Bright Horizons. He was used to having a nanny and lived overseas, so nursery was a very new experience. We need not have worried. The settling in plan was gentle and the staff have had our son's welfare at the core from the start. The settling in sessions were handled brilliantly
and at a pace that suited our son (and us) which was important. By the time he started properly, he was ready.


The staff are passionate about providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment. From the staff who welcome you at the door to the staff in the room, to the fabulous on-site chef and housekeeping, the children are all welcomed with a smile and happy attitude.


Bright Horizons hits every mark on the big issues but it's the little things where the team shines. We've been touched by the care that has been put into making our son feel comfortable and happy. It's a home from home and we couldn't have chosen anywhere better to begin his nursery adventures.

Very happy with this nursery. Staff really take care about teaching the children instead of just keeping them busy for a few hours, as it happens in other nurseries.
Very clean and tidy, so you do not feel that your child is left in a messy place.

I am so excited with this nursery; it is a shame that it wasn't built one year ago when I was searching a nursery for my daughter.
The nursery is beautiful, clean, organised. The classes have the resources the kids need to develop their skills. The staff is lovely and well prepared. The management
are very good as well.
My daughter has changed her mood since she is there: better organised, behaviour, she is enthusiastic about going to the nursery.
I love it, I am so happy and I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My child has been attending Bright Horizons for some time now and they continue each and every day to exceed any parents expectations from a school. From the teachers to the facilities to the quality of education, this school really does go above and beyond.


My child is so happy and comes home with

The teachers give 100% attention and have genuinely care for each child. They make the school such a happy place as they make each child feel special and they have such enthusiasm about teaching and learning.

This school continues to impress me each and every day! My daughter is attending Bright Horizons Woking full time and she absolutely loves it.


The teachers are phenomenal, they take the time to ensure each and every child is happy and learning great new things. Every teacher is passionate about

children and they make learning so much fun for the children.


The facilities are incredible and my daughter has learnt so much from being at this really great school. I really am impressed.


You know the school is the best when you child, after being at school all day, still wants to continue playing when it is time to go home. My daughter is so happy at this school and this gives me, as a mum, a happy heart just knowing that my child is happy at school and is learning so many new and wonderful things.

Moving to Woking with my only child and being a PhD student wasn't an easy experience. I spent 8 months looking for a good nursery for my daughter. Having a very bad experience with previous nurseries and babysitters, I decided that I should take care of my daughter myself and I should not trust anyone.
That was the case until this brand new nursery opened. It is only 3 minutes walk from my home. To be honest, I'm still impressed. I haven't even imagined that I would find such a great place for my little one. My daughter and I are really blessed to find a nursery of such high standards. I'm extremely satisfied with every single service provided. All members of the administration team are very welcoming, understanding, thoughtful, and helpful. All staff are very well-trained, trustful, patient, kind, and warmhearted. My daughter and I love them so much. I'm really thankful and I'm really speechless...

We are very happy indeed with our choice of nursery - it has really helped our son to thrive and become more sociable. He took a while to settle at the beginning, and staff were extremely patient and helpful in making him feel comfortable and well looked after. He now clearly loves going there each

My daughter has settled well within the nursery, she loves the staff that look after her, I always know she is well cared for, they are fantastic and so caring, she loves all the messy play they do in the room. There are always many activities for her to do, and she adores the garden free flow which

I am pleased to say that Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery surpassed my expectations in every single area above, they stood head and shoulders above the rest.


But the deciding factor for us was how we and my son felt around the carers, and I'm pleased to say the team are fantastic! We felt a connection immediately, they just seemed to care more than any of the other carers we met, they were very friendly and we could just sense that it was in their nature to be caring, they had a real passion for their profession and performed their duties with pride.They were exactly the type of people I felt at ease leaving my son behind with.


If you live in Woking, it would be a crime not to meet them.

BrightHorizons Woking nursery is the best choice for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. I am really lucky to have chosen this, the staff are very cooperative and caring. She loves them and doesn't want to come back home at times. The food standard is nice and learning techniques are very innovative,

20 month old son has been at the nursery for about 6 weeks now - I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. The staff have all taken a real interest in him and know him so well already. They go above and beyond to keep him happy and entertained. Outdoor garden facilities are great and they've
been on a couple of outings to the park, library etc. Great location and as long as the staff keep up the good work, this will be an outstanding nursery.
