My son had two head injuries in a week at the nursery and I had to find out about these injuries at home. For the second injury, we had to spend the whole night at A&E as doctors wanted to make sure that it was safe for him to sleep as the bump was huge. The nursery had no idea in both incidents that
he was injured. They claim that he didn't let him be checked, although the incident happened hours before I collected him. Never sent him there again, but unluckily I made the payment on that particular day for a whole month. They don't want to pay it back. I have been waiting for the Director to contact me for almost a month now.

My son attends The Garden Nursery. At first myself and my wife were very apprehensive in leaving our child with anybody. When looking around nurseries we really liked the large outdoor space and the big rooms. Our boy is a bit wild at times and could do with running off some steam. The manager showed
us around and put us at ease straight away.
I don’t normally do reviews, but having picked him up this afternoon he was deeply upset because he will not be able to go to nursery for over a week. They had parties, performances and a visit from Father Christmas.
I would highly recommend this nursery, the staff are friendly, the children are friendly and the parents are friendly. It’s like a home from home and my sons always looks forward to coming from nursery. The best thing is if we recommend a child we then get 20% off our next months fees. Drop in and take a look.

The Garden Nursery and all the staff have made my daughter so welcome, she settled in very quickly and loves going there every day, which made my going back to work much easier to cope with.
The variety of activities and extra classes held throughout the week are amazing and in just a few months I
feel she has hugely benefited from attending this lovely nursery.
After spending time researching several nurseries in the area I found the fee's very competitive, which is a bonus and the meals are fabulous too!

The Garden Nursery was good when my son first started but unfortunately, I had to move him to another nursery due to him being extremely unhappy there. Attempts to resolve issues we had were pretty much non-existent and I felt I was told how things should be rather than try to listen to what I had to
say and respond to my comments. Finding the right key person is very important and unfortunately, I couldn't get my son to feel like he was in a safe space.
The pre-school location at Glebe Hall is in my opinion not very suitable for children to stay all day there as it is a converted church hall. Garden Nursery is very small and there was a smell of damp. On a good note, the nursery is very flexible and offer good options for someone who is on a budget and need flexibility.
