Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you are happy overall with the care we provide your child and we always strive to give the best early years foundation that we can by helping our little ones create as many moments of awe and wonder as they can in order to grow and thrive. To address your point about our staff, our deputy manager has met with your wife and explained that all our staff are trained to a high standard of Level Three NVQ or are an apprentice working toward this qualification and staff are balanced out across the rooms. It is unfortunate that we have had three members of staff leave from one room. However, each one has been with us for roughly two years and the only reason they have chosen to leave is to further their careers at university or to take a different career route. We are recruiting at present and we will ensure this will cause little, if any, disruption to our rooms.
