My daughter has attended Storybook Day Nursery since she was one year of age. She is now coming up to four and currently in Storybook Day Nursery preschool. I cannot fault Storybook Day Nursery. They truly are an amazing nursery in every sense of the word. They follow the early years curriculum so thoroughly
and their compassion and care for every child in the setting is simply amazing. Leaving your child in childcare is one of the hardest things a parent can do and you have to wholeheartedly trust who you leave your children with. I wholeheartedly trust Storybook Day Nursery to look after my daughter and my current six month old daughter who will be starting at Storybook Day Nursery in September 2021. My daughter is bright, kind, funny, charismatic and she amazes me more with her knowledge every day and I owe so much of the little girl she has become to Storybook Day Nursery. We fell in love with Storybook Day Nursery from the moment we viewed it and we have never looked back. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the Storybook Day Nursery family.

My son who has now started primary school went to Storybook Day Nursery for three years and now my daughter goes there. The nursery is fantastic, the kids get lots of attention, the management are always running events and enrichment for the kids and the staff are amazing! The nursery is wonderfully
decorated and very clean. The garden is great and the food tastes delicious, I know this as parents get to taste at parents evening. Both my children love Storybook Day Nursery and it’s staff. I struggled to find a nursery I liked when visiting but with Storybook Day Nursery, I felt happy with the atmosphere from my first visit! The nursery really feels like a family and there is a big emphasis on education and getting ready for school which I love!

My daughter has been going to Storybook Day Nursery for around two years, I feel I have a very good understanding of the nursery and how it works. In short, I think they are a team of incredible staff that are as close to flawless as could possibly be achieved. As a parent I can see how my daughter
has flourished and her confidence grown. They have supported her with all of her needs and helped her develop in all aspects. I am also a teacher and from that point of view, I think they are fantastic. The feedback we receive from Storybook Day Nursery and from my daughter proves how engaging their lessons are. My daughter comes home and wants to role play nursery again! Finally, they are the most caring group of educational practitioners I have ever come across. There is literally no other place I would leave my child, other than family maybe!

Storybook Day Nursery is an amazing nursery. The staff are fantastic in every way and I am so grateful. My child has progressed so well since starting here and the staff do a variety of brilliant activities with the children.

At the height of the pandemic, my daughter's Kindergarten closed to key worker children. We were left in limbo at short notice. I contacted the manager at Storybook who took me through their thorough yet efficient admissions process. The nursery was able to accommodate us within days of our enquiry.
The settling in process was exemplary and the staff were welcoming and highly skilled at making my daughter feel at ease. The facilities were great including a sensory room and her day was filled with varied activities. My daughter without exception, every day remarked on the deliciousness of the meals which I found out were prepared freshly in the on-site kitchen. The end of day handover was meticulous and arrived promptly without fail to my email. I felt so reassured she was in great hands and I would not hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to family/friends.

My daughter started to attend Storybook Day Nursery from when she was nearly 1 year old up until the summer holiday just before she started Reception.
She absolutely loved going to Storybook. My daughter still has a great memory about her nursery. The staff there are outstanding, the activities they
plan on a daily basis and the preparation they offered to get my daughter ready for the big school was amazing.
The nursery also offers great food choice each week, homemade and balanced diet!
Nursery sends daily detailed reports via email to parents at the end of each day where you can see what your little ones have been up to.
The children classes are spacious and well organised. The outside garden is also very good for the little ones to enjoy throughout the year.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough, it truly provides an outstanding environment for children to grow and flourish. Our child spent two and a half years at Storybook where the team displayed a wealth of expertise, love kindness and understanding. Aiming to achieve the very best outcomes for all
children. Storybook were instrumental in securing the additional support required by our child as they transitioned to reception class. All professionals involved commented on the professionalism and sheer determination of the team who made a world of difference to all of us as a family.

Storybook Day Nursery is an amazing setting. The staff are all so caring and welcoming. My child enjoyed his one and a half years at this nursery and didn't want to leave. The education and planned activities are all tailored to the children's age and needs. The facilities and resources are amazing
- especially the outdoor garden that my son absolutely loved. The management is excellent and I was always informed in advance of any extra or special activities. The daily reports were very informative, stating what my child did in the day and what he had eaten.

We checked at least 15 nurseries in both Thurrock and Havering and Storybook was by far the best choice in the area. With very professional staff, beautifully decorated rooms and extremely clean, Storybook nursery provided to our daughter the best environment to develop and grow and her achievements
since attending have been outstanding. She attended only the Pre-school room, but she loved her teachers and made a lot of friends. I highly recommend it to any parent who wants to invest in their kids' future.
