We are sorry that our payment terms do not align how you would like them to however as mentioned we do have to have set payment terms to ensure payments for our nearly 200 families are reconciled on time as stated in our terms and conditions which are given when joining Safari Childcare. We are pleased that you are happy with the care and early education your little one receives and if it wasn’t for the payment terms you feel Safari would be rated good or excellent which is brilliant news. We will take your feedback on board and when reviewing payments dates if we are able to make changes we will, of course, look into this.
