Boat House Day Nursery has been purpose-built to offer a bright and stimulating environment in which children can develop towards the challenges of full-time education.

The facility includes a purpose-designed soft play area, an indoor adventure play area and a sensory theatre, while biometric and CCTV security offers parents additional peace of mind.

Boat House Day Nursery offers excellent facilities. Each room creates an environment that has been designed with a focus on the unique needs of children.
Outdoor play is an important part of the nursery's approach and extra-curricular activities include Spanish lessons, music, dance and movement.

There are a number of additional features that enhance their nursery facilities including a Sensory Theatre and a large indoor adventure play area, designed especially for their older children and not forgetting their babies and toddlers, they have a purpose designed soft play area.

To complement their facilities they also have an imaginative toy town, where their children's imagination has no boundaries, an area for parents to relax and have refreshments while visiting, and ample parking and drop-off zones.

My daughter has settled well in nursery, and she enjoys seeing the staff. She's progressed and learned so much already in the two months she has been there. The app is a bonus, so we can see what she does daily.

Our son currently attends Boat House Day Nursery three days a week and is in the Babies and Waddlers class. He absolutely loves attending nursery, and it is amazing to see how much he has developed since being there; it’s wonderful to see his speech coming on. The care and attention he receives from

Boat House Nursery has helped both my son and my daughter! My son isn’t there anymore as he left in July for reception but my daughter is still there.
My daughter absolutely loves nursery and gets really excited to go.
The staff are amazing at what they do and give a great helping hand when needed.
They’ve helped me and my family a lot and I am grateful for everything they’ve done for my children.

My son has attended this nursery from Babies and Waddlers right through to preschool 2. Every single member of staff has always been brilliant and is so helpful. They have taught my son so much throughout his time there and I am so glad I sent my son to this nursery as they were so so supportive and

My son had an amazing experience at the Boathouse Day nursery in the 15 months he attended. He wasn't able to talk when he first started in April 2022, just before his little sister was born and with our support and the support of all the nursery staff (especially his key worker), he has left the nursery
talking properly and is ready to start school in September.
We cannot recommend this nursery enough; I don't believe my son would have been ready for school without their help, and we will always be grateful for that.
The staff are brilliant, the food is excellent quality (was always eaten!), and the facilities are great for all the children.


Thank you Boat House Day Nursery for the brilliant experience, I can't wait for my daughter to attend when she's old enough!

The nursery is excellent and has been a huge support when managing referrals and extra support for my little boy who has additional needs. Since starting at Boat House his social skills have advanced massively and he has now begun to say some words. I believe a massive reason for this is the one-to-one
attention and sessions he has with the staff at Boat House. My younger daughter has also been attending Boat House since she was 5 months old and has really settled in developing good independence and confidence from the routine.

Have a very good experience with Boat House Nursery. My kid enjoys playing there and the staff are very helpful and support him a lot. My little boy has been attending Boat House Nursery for just under two years. He always enjoys himself when he goes, he has friends he always talks about and the staff are amazing with him I always feel happy when dropping him off as I know he is well looked after and it's a safe environment.

My little boy loves it at Boat House. He runs into nursery ready for a cuddle with his key worker and he enjoys every minute of his day there. His development is coming on so well since starting and I’m so glad he goes there. The staff are always lovely with me and his other caregivers and open and

Our son has been going to the Boat House from being 11 months old and is now aged 3 years old. Attending nursery has definitely helped his development and interactions with other children. The staff are lovely with the children and take the time to keep parents updated. Whenever I collect our son from
nursery he and all the other children are always happily playing. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter has been here since the baby room and is now in toddlers. She absolutely loves going to nursery and since being here her speech and development has come on so much. All the staff are friendly and brilliant at what they do. Best nursery around!

My little girl has been attending Boat House Day Nursery since around August, September 2020 and she has come on so much since then. She is two and a half now and her speech, manners and intelligence has come on leaps and bounds and I know a lot of it is from her attending nursery and being around other
children, learning from the activities that the staff do with the children. Every week she comes home with something new she has learnt. She has settled in very well to the environment and we have never had any issues. The toddler room staff are great and always ensure that they let me know how she has been that day. I am happy with the food that is provided too and I would highly recommend a child to go there.
