Banana Moon Sale Day Nursery is a friendly nursery set in a wonderful fully renovated Victorian building. The nursery has been graded 'Good' with 'outstanding features' by Ofsted (November 2018). A full day care service is provided for children aged three months to five years, in a safe and nurturing environment with highly experienced and qualified staff.

Ideally located close to Sale's town centre and Sale Metro link station the nursery also benefits from a large car park. Parents who commute via metro link to the city centre will often leave their car at the nursery free of charge.

All children at Banana Moon Sale benefit from various activities all included in the fees. Optional swimming lessons are also available. The nursery provides children with a purposeful and stimulating learning environment where they can thrive and develop.

Banana Moon Sale has four main rooms: baby floor with two main rooms and direct access to the large garden, Toddler room with separate sleep room. A pre-school floor which also benefits from direct access to the large garden area. Al children also have access to the sensory room and soft play room. These areas of the nursery help to enhance children's learning and allow the nursery to offer a range of exciting activities every day.

A team of dedicated and highly skilled staff members have been carefully selected for their enthusiasm, dedication and skills and collectively have decades of experience in the childcare sector, striving to provide quality care and early education.

All practitioners hold full paediatric first-aid training and the majority of staff are level 3 or above or working towards this.

I would just like to say how wonderful I have found the nursery over the years. My little girl started when she was around 9 months old and stayed there until she was 4 and my little boy, now 18 months, has been there around 9 months and is extremely enjoying his time there. The team are fantastic and
they are extremely good at catering for the individual needs of each child. Family’s are updated on daily activities and photos of what their children have been up to. I love clicking on whilst at work to see what he has been up to throughout the day. I would highly recommend the staff and nursery to anyone considering it for there child.

I can honestly 100% recommend Banana Moon, Sale. My daughter was only 6 months when lockdown struck, so she hadn't had much opportunity for social interaction with anyone who wasn't her immediate family. The staff at Banana Moon were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make her transition
into nursery life as smooth as possible. She loves it! She's constantly picking up new words and skills, and seeing the fun that she's having with her little friends on the app each day never fails to brighten up my day. The staff are all fabulous: dedicated and hard-working. I'm so glad that I chose to send my daughter to Banana Moon.

I have nothing but praise for Banana Moon Sale. My daughter attended and loved it and now my son attends, he also loves being there. The staff are great with the kids and parents alike. So many fun activities to do in the day and the food menu is fantastic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, nursery have
been amazing, professional, informative and supportive. They've also been keeping all of our spirits up with Milly & Billy outside, their antics have been great. I recommend Banana Moon Sale every chance I get.

This is an outstanding nursery. My daughter has been attending since September and absolutely loves going. The staff are great with her, as soon as I drop her off she doesn't even give me a second glance and runs off happily without even saying goodbye! She has developed a great bond with the staff
there who are all clearly very well qualified and love their jobs. Communication is great, at pick up time there is always a report on how she has been during the day. Information is also shared daily in her diary via the app, so you get live feedback on what she has been up to, including pictures/what she has eaten/what activities she has participated in/when her nappy has been changed etc. I highly recommend this nursery.

This is a great nursery, the staff are superb and always have strong open communication. My daughter loves it here and she has developed massively since attending Banana Moon. We are so fond of the staff, as they are very genuine and have a real interest in what they do, as the activities and engagement
with the kids seem endless. As parents we have complete confidence and peace of mind when she is in nursery, keep up the good work and thanks.

Our little boy has been going to Banana Moon for just over six months and we couldn’t recommend it more. On the days which he is there I know he is being looked after, well-fed and enjoys lots of opportunities to socialise with other babies and adults. I feel completely at ease. The staff are warm and
genuinely care about him, it has been lovely watching him build his confidence and now he happily goes into nursery without looking back. They also provide updates on his development which is really nice and they are there if I ever need anything or want to check anything.

My daughter's been attending Banana Moon in Sale since she was six months old and has progressed really well. The staff are amazing, friendly and really take pride in their work and create strong bonds with both the child and parents. There is a wide range of freshly cooked meals for the children which
has helped my child to try different foods. I couldn't praise enough and would highly recommend.

My son was one year old when he started at Banana Moon. He has come a long way in the last ten months. We were back and forth on making the decisions of him joining Banana Moon but in retrospect, it is one of the best decisions we made. The staff are wonderful. My son enjoyed going to the nursery, made
new friends. They actively engage kids in various activities throughout the day. A big thanks and kudos to the team at Banana Moon.
We are sad that we are moving and have to leave you. All interactions with staff/management have been very pleasant and positive.

My daughter has been at Banana Moon Day Nursery Sale since the nursery opened. The staff have been exceptional in every way. They have helped my daughter blossom into the amazing little girl she is now.
She has enjoyed every minute spent at Banana Moon and was very sad to leave, but the staff helped
her understand and prepared her for the next step of primary school.
She always has plenty to say when we collected her at the end of the day about all the wonderful things she had done, the tasty new foods she had eaten and the things she had learnt. I would love to name the staff but not can’t on here, they are all fantastic!
Cannot fault and can only highly recommend Banana Moon. Loving, caring and patient!

At 8 months old it was time for my son to start nursery. We found Banana Moon via recommendation from family. The team at Banana Moon, Sale, has been excellent with my son, so much my other is also attending. We finish soon for big school but I just wanted to review an excellent and warm team on their
efforts. Keep it up. My son has had a great start in a wonderful environment.

Banana Moon has been an amazing nursery for my daughter. She has come along so much with her speech and has gained so much confidence within herself. She enjoys all the meals and often has seconds! Some days I struggle to get her home as she's having so much fun!

Room run by a qualified teacher. Her and her staff seem genuinely to care about the children's welfare and progress.

Banana Moon nursery is Sale is one of the best nurseries. The things I liked about Banana Moon is the feedback given every day by the teachers i.e., for whatsoever the time your child is in the nursery they give the whole information, what they have done and all. Teaching is good. Information related
to the event to be taken place is the next few days are also emailed beforehand. Overall it's a good nursery. I would like to recommend my friends for this nursery already I have done it. Thank you.

My little boy goes here and since starting his level of learning has improved by miles. His speech is fantastic and he's recognising sounds, spelling and can even work out simple addition and subtraction. My son attends Banana Moon in Sale two days a week. He is always very excited to go to nursery and talks about all the fun activities he does including stretch 'n' grow and music lessons.
All of the staff are very friendly, and trained to a high standard including some of them being qualified primary
school teachers.
I always feel welcomed and at ease when dropping my son off in the morning and picking him up.
They always give a good handover of what he's been doing that day, what he's eaten, how long he's slept for etc.
The nursery is very clean, equipment is to a high standard.
I have no doubt that my son is being very well looked after and has everything he needs.

My daughter has attended Banana Moon for nearly two years now. Every group she has been in has been excellent. The time and care each child receives is great and my daughter enjoys the daily and weekly activities that they have planned.

My daughter was very upset whilst she was settling into nursery (aged one) but the staff at Banana Moon were so lovely and patient, it didn't take long before she was happily sitting down to have her breakfast when we dropped her off.
She is developing so quickly and it's lovely to hear new words
and songs coming through her speech. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Banana Moon Sale.

We recently started this nursery - just at the end of August, where we were previously, we had a bad experience and we were afraid to leave our daughter anywhere. The staff at Banana Moon were supportive, respected our requests and paid extra attention to our daughter to ensure her adjustment process
went smoothly. She was never left to cry - always given extra cuddles when needed. In a short space of time, she moved from being a hyper clingy child to an independent toddler. She loves being with the nursery staff and the children. The painting, outside play, sensory, story time, music, are all activities she thoroughly enjoys. The little review cards we get every day fills us in and I'm always shocked at the exciting different foods that is served every day. Ultimately my daughter is excited to go there and is happy at Banana Moon.

My daughter loves her time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Sale. This is the first place she had been to without me and she settled in really well. She gets excited when we turn the corner and she realises where she's going! The staff are lovely and know what my daughter enjoys playing with the toy animals
so have them ready for her when she arrives which is a lovely attention to detail. I'm always impressed by the variety of food that she eats whilst there too! The nursery itself is clean and airy and most importantly welcoming!
