We have a designated cleaning company who are very thorough. We also have a onsite maintenance manager. The staff are a committed professional team of mixed ages who are extremely fond of their key children. We totally refute the comments in this review. The reviewer refused to meet with us to discuss concerns and CCTV does not verify the comments.
