Teddie Tots Day Nursery provides parents and their children with a warm and welcoming nursery setting, providing children with care and support during their early years.

Staff at Teddie Tots Day Nursery carefully plan around each child's individual needs to help them to deliver sensitive learning experiences and to support child-initiated and spontaneous play activities.

During their time at the nursery, meals are freshly prepared on-site daily to ensure children's nutritional needs are met.

Staff are DBS checked and Pediatric first-aid trained, both of which are updated annually. While staff participate in courses regularly to ensure their knowledge and training is up-to-date and that children are provided with the best care and learning facilities.

Teddies Tots Day Nursery has been so welcoming to us as new parents and has settled us and my son into the nursery so well. Staff are always smiley and friendly. In the last week alone, I have already seen a change in my son, particularly around his eating habits. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our child thoroughly enjoys coming to Teddies Tots Day Nursery, the staff seem very attentive and interact with the children to help enhance their fine and gross motor skills. Our child has a great relationship with the staff and his peers in the setting.

I can definitely recommend this nursery - the staff have been amazing and my son has enjoyed it from day one. It was daunting finding a nursery for my son being a first-time mum but I am so glad we chose Teddies Tots. He is coming on in leaps and bounds! The app they use is great; it's reassuring to
be able to check in to see what he's been up to in terms of his activities and even to see what and how much he has eaten/slept throughout the day. It's very comforting when you're working full-time to know that your child is having a great day at nursery!

Teddies Tots is a fantastic nursery, it's my children's home away from home!
My son has thrived here and I couldn't imagine him going anywhere else!
The staff are so caring and loving towards all the children like they are their own and are happy to answer any questions and queries I may have.
I
would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous family-feel nursery!

My baby started at Teddies Tots back in December and we are absolutely delighted with every aspect of this nursery. There are always plenty of learning experiences happening and we receive regular photos/videos of these. Our little girl bounces in every morning and when we collect her she is always
smiling. She has only attended for a short while but we can already see how she is beginning to hit new milestones in her learning. I cannot thank the friendly staff enough for helping our little girl settle in so quickly. Teddies Tots really is a special place.

My daughter attends the preschool class at Teddies Tots Day Nursery. From the beginning, I could tell that the staff take their role as caregivers, teachers and protectors very seriously. They offer a warm, comforting environment for my daughter, who comes out smiling every single time. I love the structure
that they have during their week, the learning theme/plan for the week ahead for everyone, as well as their individual goals for each child, to help work on certain skills that may benefit from being strengthened. They clearly want what's best for the children there and put their all into making the children's day feel happy.

I've had an overall positive experience to date with Teddies Tots. My assessment is based on the perceived level of happiness of my child and general observed wholesome development in key areas such as speech, interest in academics, creativity and curiosity as well as sociability. I'd also like to add
that interactions with staff has been excellent with a seamless dual communication flow. They have been great with exercising flexibility when requests were made for consultations to address concerns and provide peace of mind.

I have two children in attendance at Teddies Tots, and it is an amazing nursery with an excellent team. The staff are brilliant; a lot of them have been there for a long time, which speaks volumes. The staff are excellent, and the children love the nursery and the staff. It is clean and tidy, and the
children have fun and learn something new every day. I recommend the nursery to anyone who asks me where my children go. Teddies Tots is definitely one of the best nurseries in the area.

Staff are all really helpful and friendly.
Settling in our daughter quickly, meant that by the third week, she was happy to go.
The daily updates are really good to see, especially observations and food intake.

I cannot recommend this nursery more. We are so lucky to live down the road and find it. The staff actually couldn't be kinder and more supportive - never do they not smile. After two weeks, my daughter loves it, and I am so happy. They also have an app, which is fantastic to see what your little one
is up to!

We had to leave the nursery due to personal reasons but I want to mention that our experience with Teddies Tots has been amazing. Our 1-year-old son settled in so fast and he loved the staff, he was blowing kisses to them and looked very happy every time I picked him up. This gave me the peace of mind
that he is in good hands. I loved everything about this nursery!

The best nursery in town! I couldn’t ask for more from the staff - they are attentive, caring, listen to what we have to say, and nothing is ever too much. I take great comfort knowing that my child is happy and comfortable at nursery, and I know she’s receiving the best care. The rooms are spacious

My son will be starting school in September and has been at Teddies Tots Day Nursery ever since he turned 1. We are so happy and appreciative of the care he has received. He was diagnosed with diabetes during his time at Teddies Tots and they didn’t hesitate to rise to the challenge and have many members
of the team now trained to cater to my son’s medical needs and constant monitoring throughout the day, they have been a great support. He is always happy to go to nursery and learns so much. He has made many friends and created close bonds with many of the teachers whose names he includes when telling us who his best friends are. The communication between the nursery and parents is excellent. I feel confident that my son is safe and thriving at Teddies Tots Day Nursery, I would highly recommend them.

Teddies Tots nursery has been great for both of my girls (age 18m and 3.5yrs). My little one settled in so quickly despite being a lockdown baby and it has made my return to work much easier and less stressful. The staff are all very friendly and management are very approachable. I can feel confident
knowing my children are being looked after well and also learning a lot. Over the years the nursery has grown in size and the facilities are great including their outdoor space and indoor soft play. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been delighted with Teddies Tots since our daughter first started attending as an 18-month-old. She loves her days there and we’ve seen her language, learning and social skills come on leaps and bounds. All of the staff and especially her key worker, show genuine warmth and interest in our daughter,
and we feel well appraised of her progress. The nursery feels like one big family and we couldn’t be happier with her care.

My baby has been at Teddies Tots since January and they have made my transition back to work so much smoother than I anticipated! My older son went there a few years again and I was happy with it then but it has improved so much more. My child is always so happy there and I love being kept up to date
by the app. I don’t worry about him from the point I drop him to when I pick him up, which is essential when you’re a working Mummy!

As soon as we visited Teddies Tots for the first time, we instantly knew we wanted our little one to enrol there. The nursery is warm and welcoming and the staff are very freindly and caring. Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hello I am Chloe the nursery manager for Teddies Tots Nursery. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and education and have been working in daycare settings for more than 11 years. Throughout the years I have worked my way up to nursery manager completing many courses to develop my knowledge and to support the families I work with. I have now been a nursery manager for over 6 years so have lots of experience in this role. My passion is for the children and families who come through the setting supporting all families through the early milestones before the children head off to “big school” I also have a passion for mentoring a staff team to provide them with opportunities to grow and develop to bringing out their passions so the children and families receive the best care and education possible. We have a fantastic team and one which I am very proud to be working with.


In my personal life I enjoy walking, running and generally keeping fit and healthy and try to promote this with our children and families too. I also enjoy knitting and watering my many house plants.
