The staff are all very polite and friendly. Love the app they use to keep you updated on food intake and activities being done. Highly recommended. He cannot wait until the summer scheme starts for all the amazing activities they have planned. Good work.

We have been using The Ark now for a few years for both our children. They love going in in the mornings and always have plenty to tell us after. The app is a great resource to keep updated during the days they are there. They have great outdoor facilities, and when the weather is dry, they spend a
lot of time outside in the fresh air. The staff are all very friendly and great with the kids.

My little boy has just turned one and started The Ark Nursery in May. I felt very anxious when he started the nursery and afraid he would not settle, but he is having a ball and settling in well. The girls are brilliant and put you at ease, and when I first contacted the nursery, I knew I had made the
right choice for my son. You get regular updates on the app, which is great and helps to reduce any anxiety you have when you see your little one enjoying nursery and playing away. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

The Ark Day nursery is amazing! Our kids have been there since they were babies, and now they're in after school club.
All the staff are lovely. It's so good to go to work and know that the kids are happy and well looked after. Nothing is a problem for the staff. My youngest has had health problems
from birth, and The Ark has been really helpful in catering for his needs.
I feel totally informed anytime the kids are there with great updates on the family app and photos. It's lovely to see them developing alongside their peers. Great friendships made.

My daughter started with The Ark in Spring 2020, since then, she has progressed so much in all aspects of development. The Ark has had such a positive impact on her learning and social skills. She is always very excited to get in the door when we arrive!
The staff are all very friendly and always keep
me updated with feedback after every visit. The family news feed app is a welcomed and great service they provide.
I would definitely recommend The Ark to others.

My 9-month-old has just started The Ark a few weeks ago. Being my first child, I was worried about having to leave him, however, the staff and atmosphere at The Ark were immediately welcoming and calming, and leaving my baby on his first day was not as stressful or as tearful as I imagined, as I knew
he was being well looked after. The Ark send lots of updates throughout the day, so I know when he’s eating, sleeping, and pictures of him playing, great seeing him so happy and content, which makes mummy happy and content too. Highly recommend The Ark!

This is a safe and very friendly environment, and the team at The Ark are fantastic. My son has gone through most of the rooms and has enjoyed it very much. My daughter will be starting in the new year, and I feel happy and content they are well looked after. During Covid times, the kids missed out
on socialising, but they are great at encouraging development and interaction, and this has helped when kids only got to see their parents... This is fantastic a daycare and a really great team of girls.

The Ark have a fantastic set-up, the staff are lovely, and most importantly, I feel comfortable leaving my son there knowing that he is being well looked after. It is great getting updates throughout the day on the app, so I can see what he is up to, what’s he’s eaten, etc. I would highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Ark Day Nursery enough. I moved my son to them once they opened, and he stayed until finishing primary school, and he loved every single day he spent there. My daughter went in at one and is in the after schools room already! The warm welcome you receive from the staff is second
to none. I felt completely confident leaving my children there from day one. The care and attention they receive are excellent, there are endless fun activities, so much so, that getting your child out the door at home time can be difficult. To me, that says it all, home from home care, what more would you want!

My eight month daughter has only started The Ark Day Nursery a couple of weeks ago but when we were choosing between a few local nurseries, The Ark Day Nursery was consistently mentioned to us as being brilliant, so we knew it was the right nursery for us. Even with Covid-19, our daughter was able to
have settle in days which definitely made it easier for me when I left her for my first day back at work. The communication from the staff is brilliant, they update us numerous times a day on the app and provide photos which is just amazing reassurance when you see your baby smiling and having a ball.

I have returned back to work after my second child. My 1st child went to The Ark Day Nursery since he was ten months and it was fantastic. My child loved going and I knew he was well looked after and developed so many skills. Knowing that my second child was going to The Ark Day Nursery made returning
to work so much easier. The settling in period has been seamless and it has felt that I am leaving my child with people I know and trust. My older child now goes to after schools and after a year of being away from childcare he has went back so happily and has settled in already. I feel this is due to being at The Ark Day Nursery before as well as the staff's high level of professionalism and rapport that they have with the children.

The Ark is excellent. Since settling in our son in 2020, they have been beyond brilliant, welcoming and professional. They have ensured our son has had a happy settling in period, engagement and they seem to have a really positive relationship with him. They communicate with us (as parents) to aim to
achieve the same goals throughout our son's development. Honestly, I would highly recommend The Ark as they frequently go above and beyond. Their facilities are fantastic, the outdoor space with a garden is such a good resource for any child.

The Ark Nursery is fantastically well run, and its hard-working and dedicated staff are second to none. You only have to see how excited my child gets every time I drop her off to know the care and attention that she receives. I’m a great fan of outdoor play, and it’s one of The Arks priorities, and
the on-site cook ensures all good is freshly made. The parking and ease of access is another great bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else, so much so that I’ve been very lucky to get a spot for my second daughter next month!

As a parent of a child who has been in The Ark Day Nursery from ten months old I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much. My daughter loves The Ark Day Nursery and is now in the third room. Each room move has been such an easy transition for my
daughter who has loved the staff and and the large amount of daily activities. I could not recommend The Ark Day Nursery enough and I am very thankful for all care, effort and attention they provide on a daily basis.

My little boy is three and a half and has been going to The Ark Day Nursery since he was nine months old and he just loves it! He’s always doing different activities and the communication is second to none with the app that they use to keep us updated throughout the day. The staff are all so friendly

This nursery is 1st class in every way. Firstly, the facilities are spotless and well catered for each age group. The Ark staff are all fabulous, friendly, approachable and go out of their way to provide for the children's every want and need. My 5-year-old son currently attends after school and full
days during holiday periods. The team do an incredible scheme - full of practical, educational activities whilst also enjoying trips out to local amenities. My son has thrived since attending The Ark and thoroughly enjoys his time here. It is very evident why The Ark remains in such high demand. They go above and beyond, and I could not recommend the team highly enough.

The Ark is a really excellent nursery that we have been using since 2019 when our first child started on a full-time basis. Our second baby has also just recently started, which shows how much we value their care. The staff are very caring and really do their best to look after the children to a very
high standard. They are very accommodating with whatever additional needs or requests you might have, and the activities are so varied and educational. My son especially has come on so much since being at The Ark, and my little girl who has only just started has settled in really well. Thanks so much to you all for such great care.

This is my daughter's 5th year now, and she loves attending breakfast club and after school. They have a great balance of organised activities and free play, but there is also support for homework if required.
Their summer scheme is outstanding with trips and different themes every day, overall well
recommended.
The staff and children are like friends, which is lovely to see and build every child's confidence.
