Our little one has been enrolled at Banana Moon Day Nursery Catterick Garrison since he was 5 months old.
From the moment we viewed the nursery, we knew it was the place for him. It is a fantastic nursery with great facilities, large, open spaces with everything that the little ones need but what really
makes it the best is the staff. They really take time to get to know each of the little ones, their likes and dislikes and it's wonderful when they share our excitement when the children achieve something special. They are always doing lots of fun things, themed activities throughout the year, visits in the local area and there are plenty of parent and child events to take part in. The team are great at accommodating any last-minute changes for a working mum which I am incredibly grateful for. Our little one has grown and developed so much and that is hugely down to his time at Banana Moon. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parents looking in the area.

My little boy has thrived since starting at Banana Moon Day Nursery. With all the resources available he can be creative, drawing and painting and has just started writing. The staff are amazing and are invested in each and every child. Lovely nursery.

We've used Banana Moon Day Nursery since June 2021 and I couldn't thank them enough. The staff have helped my little girl come out of her shell from a bad experience with another nursery, she has then left for "big school" and if it wasn't for the nursery, I don't think she would have been ready but
still loves coming back each day to pick up her sister and tell the staff how her day has been at big school.
We still use Banana Moon for my 1-year-old and she's come on leaps and bounds in only a month, we did the stay and play which helped her get used to the staff and the environment before she started.
All the staff are amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

The staff at Banana Moon have been fantastic, helping to settle in my two boys. They have been so reassuring and supportive and I would highly recommend them. My boys both love the days they spend there.

I've been using Banana Moon Day Nursery since June 2016 for my two children and I couldn't rate them any higher. The staff, facilities, even parking are excellent.
Both of my children have grown with the help and guidance from the staff. Neither of them has wanted to leave the nursery and wish it could
be their "big school".

My experience with the nursery in regards to the progression and safeguarding of my youngest son, and the standard of care and genuine influence they have on the children is top tier. Your staff go above and beyond to accommodate all the children within their care. As a father of children with SEN,
I have noticed my son has grown exponentially since his arrival at Banana Moon. They really make you feel at ease, even when the kids have had accidents and are very reassuring during the early phase when, as a parent, the panic sets in.
Overall the experience thus far has been incredible, when the time eventually comes for my child to finish his term with the nursery it will be a sad day as the experience and standard setting from the nursery is top tier and I am sure it will be something very hard for anyone elsewhere to replicate.

We have used the nursery since my oldest was 2 and he has just graduated as a confident boy ready for school with knowledge of counting, recognising letters and road safety.
My other two are still there for another 2 years and have come on leaps and bounds. My little boy was behind in most things
he has done rolling, walking and talking but with the help and tips from the nursery he is becoming an independent little boy.
The food is good too as my oldest comes home talking about how amazing the food is and loves the cook.

Banana Moon Day Nursery Catterick Garrison is a wonderful nursery, the manager and the team have been extremely supportive of both myself and my son since he enrolled in April/May 2023.
The nursery is very child-focused and has an extensive range of activities and learning and my little boy gets excited
to share what he has been up to each day.
The staff are fabulous at engaging the children, communicating well with parents and making adaptations for each child's needs. As a parent, I have felt confident about my child's safety and development whilst being in the team's care.

The nursery has been absolutely incredible in helping my child overcome her separation anxiety. They have followed my child's routine and been there for her when she was struggling to sleep; they tried different ways and found a nap time routine for her, be that cuddling her whilst singing nursery rhymes
or taking her for a walk in the pram. Every single member of the baby room has been amazing. The manager and assistant manager have always been responsive, kind and caring towards myself when I've called to check on my child. Amazing nursery and has amazing daily activities. The food provided is also exceptional.

Banana Moon has been our children's nursery for the past year. They have been very accommodating to my child's sensory needs from offering alternate meals or accepting healthy packed lunches. They have a good key-person approach and my children have bonded with their key people and can't wait to come
to nursery. Handovers are great and the app is much appreciated as we love to hear about our children's days. We love the activities on offer and the soft play room was a big hit.

Previously Karen worked in a school setting, and all of the meals here are homemade, devising the seasonal menus herself.

Karen has also recently won Culinary Star of the Year, the first ever awarded at our Midnight Moon Awards. So we are so proud of her achievement.

Lisa is one of our longest-serving members of the team. Joining us in 2016, she celebrated her 8th year with us in 2024.

Lisa is one of the Mini Moon Room Leaders and has such a positive attitude to life.

When not at work she loves to spend time with her husband and dog, and is a very good singer too! You can often hear her singing along with the children and has the occasional boogie with them too.

Lisa also hosts our weekly free Stay and lay sessions, for children 0-2 years old..............and likes to get messy!!!!
