A day covers 6 hours (2 sessions of 3 hours each) - minimum commitment is two days.

Anya is the Founder of Alba Nurseries. As a mother to a toddler, she has seen first hand the impact that a great nursery school can have on a child's ability to thrive, regardless of their background.
For the last few years she has been a school Governor within a group of schools run by the Haberdashers Company. They currently run 10 secondary and 5 primary schools around the UK. As a Link Governor for SEND and Adapt & Thrive, her focus is on making sure that no pupil is left behind and that all receive the very best of opportunities.
She has over 20 years of experience in professional roles involving building of companies - typically, with a social impact focus, including three of her own ventures.
Anya was an Investor in Residence at Google for Startups, the winner of the Women in Finance “Specialist Investor of the Year” award and has been featured in many publications, including the Financial Times, Techworld and by the BBC.

30+ years of experience in the early years sector, Level 6 qualified, a co-founder of Little Fingers school, Montessori Teaching Diploma, deeply passionate about child development and the real heart and soul of our school.
Suzanne has a variety of experience working with children both professionally and as a volunteer in the youth sector. She attained her NNEB in 1989 and gained her Montessori Teaching Diploma in 1996 alongside Lesley. Suzanne has promoted and taught Music throughout her many years in childcare and continues to promote music within the early years.
Suzanne also obtained her BA(Hons) in Children's Development and Learning with University of Reading in 2009 and has achieved Early Years Professional Status. She is now an Early Years teacher.

30+ years of experience in the early years sector, Level 6 qualified, a co-founder of Little Fingers school, Montessori Teaching Diploma, had her own children attend Alba Little Fingers - Teeny Bopper's sister nursery (now all grown up).
Educated in French at a school in Switzerland, she attained her NNEB in 1990, and has a vast wealth of experience working with young children as a nanny and in Nursery Education.
Lesley was responsible for settling up and running a shoppers creche in Slough and was the officer in charge of a 48 place day nursery.
Lesley attained her Montessori Teaching Diploma in 1996. Putting her knowledge into practice, Lesley and Suzanne set up Little Fingers Montessori School Windsor and eighteen months later took over the running of Teeny Boppers Montessori in Slough.
Lesley continued updating her knowledge and obtained her BA(Hons) in Children's Development and Learning with University of Reading in 2009. She has achieved Early Years Professional Status and is now an Early Years teacher.
