My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now, and in the short space of time, I have seen her confidence, independence and knowledge grow. The staff at this nursery love the children as if they were their own and my daughter is so happy to go to nursery, when we drop her off she
just runs in without saying bye as she's so excited to see her friends and teachers. She was able to settle in very quickly to the nursery and the staff were so understanding and knew exactly what to do so I didn't need to worry.
If I have any questions or concerns they are very quick to resolve this, they are understanding and they care about my child. If you're looking for a nursery I would recommend Little Diamonds, they have no issues with showing you around so you can see how the children interact with each other. It's a very lovely nursery, and your child would definitely be happy here.

Both my children attend the nursery. One is now confident with his peers and building his own friendships which is down to the support and encouragement he has received at the nursery. They both love attending and the staff are always friendly and approachable.

I am extremely disheartened due to my experience with this nursery. The staff members failed to follow safeguarding procedures while my son was there, which is a huge concern for any parent. Additionally, the nursery is very disorganised and lacks any sense of structure. My son's contract was terminated
and the nursery refused to use my childcare grant during the last month of his stay, which was completely unfounded and adverse for me and my son. Furthermore, the nursery provided very little feedback on my child's progress and daily habits, which made me feel uninformed and disconnected from my child's development. To top it off, the nursery charges extra fees to some parents who receive financial assistance (in my case a student finance grant) for their child's fees, which I think just reflects the ethos of this nursery. I would strongly advise anyone considering a place for their child here to read the contract in detail before making a decision.

Upon reading this comment, all we have to say in our response, that we cannot offer any parent underlying or deviant prices that can be misinterpreted as she would not comply with our payment schedule. Unfortunately we were not able to continue to offer the placement. Therefore, the last date was 28th of February 2023.

Little Diamonds is a superb nursery on many counts. The staff are exceptionally friendly and supportive of the children. The facilities are very good and the food is loved by our son who is quite fussy at the best of times. Most importantly the only thing that we have ever witnessed when we attend is
a child focused approach, the staff just radiate kindness. The way they have struggled on throughout the pandemic is admirable. Both my wife and I offer the establishment 5 stars unreservedly.

The atmosphere in Little Diamonds is great, with positive vibes and welcoming. I feel safe and content leaving my child with the staff. Even the management team are very friendly and welcoming and demonstrate that they genuinely care for all the children.
My child has been attending the nursery for
just over a year now since she was 8 months and she loves going there every morning. She brings home samples of real baking and cooking. She loves the mud kitchen. We see lots of variety of different activities the staff set out. We can see she has developed a huge amount since she joined Little Diamonds and I receive daily feedback from the staff which is very helpful. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants their child to develop socially as well as in lots of other ways. We both give Five stars.

My daughter started at Little Diamonds recently and I was very impressed with the way they handled her (and my) settling in.
The current climate has made the simplest things a challenge but I never felt like I was having to make any big compromises because of it. I was able to see my daughter interact
with the staff and other children safely, which in turn made me feel much happier about leaving her.
I’ve been impressed with the activities they’ve undertaken and with their flexibility around drop off and pick up times. I really do feel like they put the children at the forefront of their decisions.
My daughter has also really enjoyed the food and it’s great to see such variety every day.

This nursery and all the staff are great and have helped develop my daughter into a friendly, sociable and intelligent girl. She loves going there and knows all the staff members’ names off by heart. She also loves the food which is home-cooked fresh every day.

Our little boy adores Little Diamonds, the team are incredible, kind and so fun with him. It is so reassuring to know he is so happy going there whilst we go to work.
The daily update on his progress and picture updates are precious amidst my working day and I really appreciate the time they take
to do this every day.

Little Diamonds is a wonderful nursery and my son is really happy there.
He’s always been a clingy child but engrossed himself so well and is very well looked after and adored by the team. Having visited all the nurseries in the area, I definitely recommend them.

Have been really impressed with the way the nursery has responded to my children’s individual needs. One had difficulty settling and they gave him all the extra cuddles and time he needed. They also went out of their way to support his language development difficulties. With a lot of thanks to them,
his speech has come along marvellously and he is a confident and happy boy. Really appreciated the way they also support my daughter’s advanced language and cognitive abilities by matching her with a room that fits with her development rather than rigidly going by chronological age. Either way, amazing differentiation in care. Both my kids talk about wanting to go to nursery frequently and it makes me feel a lot better when I drop them off!

My daughter settled in straight away. She loves waking up to go to nursery. As a parent I love seeing how happy my child is going to nursery, she always comes home with a clean nappy and she’s always tidy. I’m also happy with how they’ve managed during the pandemic.

The staff are extremely sensitive and gentle with the children. They get to know their characters well and create a fun, safe environment for them to develop and play in. Our daughter has been very happy there and we feel she is much loved by the staff which is all you want really!

My son has attended Little Diamonds since he was 1 year old and is now over 3 years. My son finds it hard to adapt at times and has some sensory issues. The staff have been amazing with my son and he has come on in leaps and bounds! The detailed feedback every day is fab as are photos sent through on
the secure app. Very happy with my nursery choice.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 years now. She started when she was a baby. The gradual increase in our daughter’s development through being at this nursery has been fantastic and she has bags of confidence. They are great at interacting with the children and take development very seriously.
The staff are very professional and work very very hard and there are key members of staff who have been there since my daughter started and they have been incredible throughout. My daughter adores them all so so much. The nursery has been incredible through this crisis that we have all had to face and they have kept infections away from the nursery and that’s a huge effort from the management who run this nursery who have been amazing at every step. I’ve had to deal with bad situations at nursery myself and they’ve stepped up and helped when I needed it. I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery but all I would say is they are brilliant and my daughter loves it here so much.

We have had experience of 6 nurseries and pre schools over the years, and we have been most impressed with Little Diamonds.
My youngest son has been attending since Covid, and it has been a true silver lining to the pandemic. He thoroughly enjoys going, and I cannot believe how fast he has developed
in that time. He can count to 20, recognises double-digit numbers correctly, has been learning about Rosa Parks, can write his name legibly and his speech has really improved.
The first time we visited we were impressed with how well the children played collaboratively in the garden, with mature consideration for their peers. This is clearly emanating from the ethos of the staff, who have shown nothing but love for my littlun' and amazing patience and understanding for us, his parents.
They have bent over backwards to accommodate us, and always have the children's best interest at heart.
We really are fortunate, and I am sure my boy will be streets ahead when he starts primary school!

I am a mother of a child who is currently attending Little Diamonds at Hermon Hill, my child gets up every morning talking about nursery as she gets ready. She will be singing in the car on the way and talks about the practitioners she is with at nursery. My daughter runs into the gates and is welcomed
by a member of staff who is always happy, smiley and calm. I find that this reassures me that I can be approachable to talk to her and other practitioners at the nursery if I have any messages to say on any particular day. My daughter is engaged in lots of WOW activities because she always talks about her day when we get home. The meals at nursery are prepared fresh on a daily basis and this helps me know that my child is receiving the nutrition she needs. The outdoor space at Little Diamonds is amazing and provided lots of physical activities for the development of my child. I receive feedback via the Wiker app and this is amazing.

I could not be happier with our experience at Little Diamonds. My daughter (just turned one) started just after lockdown and we were still able to have a settling in period (where we sat outside for one hour a day with the key worker). Now she is attending 4 full days a week and every day we get a
detailed report (via an app) on what she has eaten and done during the day. I have always felt they have been honest with us on how she is getting on (for example there was a period she wasn’t eating much or napping). The menu at the nursery is very healthy and varied. Our daughter is very happy there and all of the nursery workers are friendly and have welcomed her with open arms (they all know her name). The nursery has been particularly good during Covid-19 as they have been able to section off the outside area to keep the children’s “bubbles” separate and also there are a few entrances/exits to the nursery. When I’m at work I’m able to relax knowing she is happy and in safe hands.

Little Diamonds is a wonderful nursery! Every member of staff knows my child's name and she is slowly learning all theirs. They have supported our parenting style at nursery and are observant of each and every detail.
Living far away from family, we had not left her before my return to work. The staff
were exemplary in how they settled her in, working together and with me and my husband, and now she jumps into her buggy on the days she attends asking to go to nursery.
The management is very visible, hands on and communicate very well with parents and the children.
The activities and toys are excellent and varied, and outside play is encouraged all year round, which is really important for us. There is a mud kitchen, a planting area, tunnels and water tables that are there all year round. The thought is put into the creative activities and they have fostered a budding artist in my daughter.
The menus are balanced and fresh, and the staff pay attention to what my daughter eats.
