All 4 of my children have attended Just Imagine, my eldest being nearly 13 so they have seen all my children grow up. My twins started here last September and they have settled in very quickly and have progressed so well in the toddler room, the staff is so lovely, caring, and welcoming. Two ladies
in particular are fantastic! My girls are happy at Just Imagine and I've never had any issues. The manager also needs a mention as she's brilliant and always goes above and beyond to help, she does a fantastic job making sure the children have a good experience at nursery. I 100% Recommend Just Imagine, the manager and her team of lovely ladies are just the best!

My son has thrived since attending Just Imagine. The staff treat him like family, and he is always happy and content to go in. He has only attended for a short period but I can already see a difference in his confidence and learning. I would recommend Just Imagine as a nursery.

Great nursery and after-school club setting. Both of my children enjoy their time at Just Imagine and have formed fantastic relationships with the staff and have great bonds with other children. There is so much support from all the staff. There are no negatives.

My little girl has attended since September 2023 and is in the Big Room for two days a week.
The thing I love the most about this nursery is the wonderful, kind, caring and welcoming staff. I know when I drop her off at nursery, she is in safe hands. She is always happy when I collect her and says
she’s had a nice day. It took her a little while to settle into nursery when she first joined but the cuddles and care from the staff members really helped.
The activities that the nursery does with the children are fun and I love seeing what she comes home with. She loves to dance and it’s lovely to see the staff dancing along with her.
We love the dressing-up days.
The room size for a big room is a nice size and loads going on for the children.
The garden may be small but, for me, was reason I chose this nursery so that staff can keep an eye on the children and encourage queuing for the slide etc rather than a huge outdoor area where not all children can be watched at the same time,

The staff are amazing. My little girl was so shy and I was so worried about her being with other people other than me, they helped her settle so well and gave her the patience she needed! She comes home wanting to go back every day and even on the weekend. Thank you so much.

My daughter has been going to the Just Imagine nursery for two years now and we are so pleased with nurturing and supportive environment the staff create for her every day.
I love that there are more “organised” sessions with larger groups where everyone learns about a topic a week or for a few weeks,
but they also take into account each child’s individual preferences and allow them to grow their own interests. (Hence why my girl has time to draw and colour in about 27849374 masterpieces everyday!).
You can tell the staff really try to create a special experience for the children everyday through creative activities, decor, outside guests etc.
We are definitely going to miss them when she goes to school next year. But we’ll be coming back for after school club!

My son started in September and settled in straight away! Everyone was so welcoming and on day one he came out with a best friend. On his first day they said ‘he’s made himself at home’ which is so nice to hear. My son is a little shy at times but he has really come out of his shell so much here in
the last few months and we all notice this. So thank you to you all at Just Imagine!

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers. She always mentions two particular staff members, they are her absolute favourites. I love to see my daughter having a special bond with her teachers, I think they doing a brilliant job. The manager is very nice and
always helpful when you have any questions or if you need any help. Especially if you are a first-time parent like myself. The manager is the person who will explain everything clearly and help you with anything you need to know. I have to mention that the menu given to children is lush. My daughter attending Just Imagine Day Nursery for 2 years already and I never regret choosing this nursery for her. We are very thankful for all staff doing such a great job

My daughter has attended Just Imagine since she was 2. She's now 4 and getting ready to go to primary school and I'm genuinely going to be sad to say goodbye to this setting. My daughter absolutely adores this nursery and all the staff. Who genuinely does care for the kids there, the encouragement,
activities and enrichment that she gets are amazing. As a parent, it's always really daunting to leave your kids in the hands of someone else but I know when my daughter is there she is well taken care of, and she loves it. She speaks fondly of her teachers and cannot wait to go in every day. The manager and her team go out of their way every day to make sure they are well taken care of and that us parents are updated making sure we get to see all their early memories when we can't be there. If I could score higher I would.

When my son started at this nursery he has come on leaps and bounds. Thank you to all the staff for making him feel so welcome in this lovely setting I like to call my son’s second home. The manager is always on hand if you have any problem big or small.

Both my children have attended Just Imagine Station Avenue, and I could not recommend it enough. All staff are lovely and are kind and caring. Both my children settled in well with my second being just 6 months old when she started.

My son joined this wonderful preschool in January and I have seen him grow in confidence from the day he went in.
He was welcomed with open arms and huge smiles from all staff and children.
He regularly tells me of his achievements and how he makes new friends and plays games.
He had gone from
a shy, retired little boy who would hide if anyone spoke to him to bounding around talking to everyone.
It is a warm and welcoming group with the children’s safety and happiness at the forefront.
It is giving him the great start ahead of him starting school.

We are always so happy with the nursery. Our little boy loves going in, has a great connection with the staff and runs out beaming! We can now see what he has learnt as he is talking a lot more and remembers more which is so sweet.

My little boy has been at Just Imagine Wickford - Station Avenue Day Nursery since he was 10 months old. He settled into the baby room so well and had an amazing fourteen months in there. He was always happy to go in and had a good bond with all the ladies in the room. Having moved across to the toddler
room now, his character is really evolving and he's learning so much. He's so comfortable at the nursery and I barely get a bye as he walks in to have breakfast with his friends. Thank you to all the amazing ladies.

It’s a big step, leaving your children somewhere new with people you don’t know but the team are so friendly, passionate and caring that trusting them with your children is really easy and our children really look forward to going, which speaks volumes. So much so, that one of mine insists on going
back for holiday club now he’s in school!
They have really taken the time to get to know both our children and work on areas where they can help them develop. We also get lots of artwork, messages from management and daily updates on the app on what they’ve been eating etc.
We have been part of the Just Imagine Day Nursery family for nearly two years now and we really struck gold!

Very kind teachers, passionate and helpful.

My daughter just started in January and was crying at the beginning until she settled well, she made new friends and now is very excited about going to this nursery. I met some nice staff, also the management is very helpful and professional.
I would recommend this nursery 100%.

We have been attending the nursery now for many years and have had many different staff all caring for our children. They are all very friendly, helpful and always put our children's needs first. My children love attending the nursery and we are very happy leaving them in their care.

Hi, I’m Katie, Nursery Manager. I joined Just Imagine Wickford – Station Avenue in January 2012. I have over 12 years of early years experience within all age ranges, including safeguarding and SEND. I was a senior practitioner for 6 years and have progressed to Nursery Manager.


I am passionate about my job role and aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriched environment for the children within our care, enabling them to learn and grow.
