Blossom Years has been providing exceptional and distinctive childcare since 2004: '20 years in Early Years'.

Over the years, Blossom Years has developed its ethos around a unique child-led approach, which is evident in every aspect of the nursery's environment. The nursery is implementing its new direction / vision, on their journey working on being accredited for the incredible pedagogy:
' The Curiosity Approach'. The Curiosity Approach® is a modern day approach to Early Childhood. It’s a beautiful recipe book of wonderful ingredients, carefully mixed together with experience, passion and a love of Early Childhood.

This pedagogy is born from experiences, that have shaped their educational philosophy, drawing inspiration from EARLY YEARS pioneers like Reggio, Montessori, and Steiner.

The nursery offers a welcoming and engaging setting where children feel safe and are encouraged to engage in challenging and exploratory activities.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces provide continuous access to loose parts play and authentic, open-ended resources.
When children are approaching pre-school age they will transfer to their Forest School Nursery for nature immersion and holistic development.

Forest School learning is an educational approach that emphasises outdoor, nature-based learning experiences. It originated in Scandinavia and has since spread globally, focusing on child-led exploration and development in a natural environment.
The positive impact of such environments on children's development is well-researched and documented.
