I have two children, and they have both attended Snapdragons Nursery Shirehampton.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care and consideration the staff provide all of the children.
My eldest had speech and language issues, and the team signposted me on how to make a referral and then implemented
some 1:1 sessions to help him overcome this, in addition to helping him really come out of his shell and setting him up for school readiness.
They were even amazing during the Covid pandemic, providing online support and videos that entertain and provide ideas for sensory play.
My daughter, who is two in July, still attends the nursery, and I again can't find fault the baby's team are wonderful - even though my daughter is a true handful.
If I were to have any more children, they would only be sent to snapdragons.
They are expensive, but in my opinion, they are worth every penny.

Snapdragons Nursery Shirehampton is a fantastic nursery. My little one absolutely loves it, and the staff are excellent. I can confidently leave my child here knowing that she is always in good hands. Thorough handovers, a variety of meals provided and plenty of different activities to keep her busy
throughout the day. We found that after visiting other nurseries in the area, this one was by far the best.

Snapdragon Nursery has been a great place for my little boy to settle into.
The baby team welcomed us with open arms, even with how hesitant we were about leaving him for the first time. You can really see how much they care for the children and develop happy relationships with them. He loves going
to nursery, and for us as parents, it really eases us knowing he's in a safe and happy environment. Thank you, Snapdragon!

My second child is currently in the nursery, having received an excellent experience with my first child at Snapdragons. Their enthusiasm, care for the children and attention to detail remain outstanding. All the staff are friendly and approachable and clearly have a passion for early years education.

My little one is happy to go to the nursery every morning. He has developed many independent skills, great relationships with staff and children and is learning about letters and numbers.
Staff always have time to go handovers with great dedication.
Excellent communication with management.

Snapdragons have been a wonderful nursery for our son, and I feel he really benefits from the two and a half days he does a week. I am super impressed with the staff and the feedback we get on a daily basis, as well as the updates we receive weekly. I know that my son really enjoys himself while there,
and he always has a big grin on his face at both drop-offs and pick-ups, which can only be a good thing. All the staff are lovely, and my son's keyworker has been amazing, in particular. We would (and have) recommended Snapdragons and are very happy with our experience thus far.

Our experience with the nursery has been excellent. As first-time parents, we have been reassured by how informative the team are, how attentive they are to our daughter and how flexible and pragmatic they are. Our daughter loves it here. They offer a variety of activities, which has had a very positive
impact on her development. She is provided with a very healthy and varied diet and somehow manages to sleep much better here than she does at home. We are extremely happy with our experience at Snapdragons.

My daughter has settled in very well and looks forward to attending nursery. They do lots of fun activities, which she enjoys and has built up a good relationship with her key worker. Overall, communication is good about changes, updates and any other important information. The staff are always friendly

An excellent nursery. My little boy started during a Covid lockdown, and I still felt completely supported and in the know in regards to him starting. Since starting, I can't fault the care he receives. He loves going to nursery and is so happy. Communication is great,t and all the staff he works with
are dedicated, approachable and caring. We are so pleased with his key worker, and she is so dedicated to her job and the children she works with. My boy has formed such a great bond with her, and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her care. In fact, all the staff we have met are amazing and so good with the little ones!
Since being in babies, he has come on leaps and bounds with his development. The staff definitely know and understand him as an individual and provide lots of exciting, fun learning opportunities.
Highly recommended!
The food is amazing... never a meal not enjoyed. Such variety and choice. Definitely one of the better nursery menus around!

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 11-months-old. My experience with all of the staff in person and by email has been fantastic. The key workers in 'Babies' are skilled, kind and fill me with confidence that my child is being well taken care of. I can tell they genuinely care and adore
the babies in their care. I am kept up to date weekly with pictures and comments through the app, and time is taken each day at pick up and drop off to check-in and fully inform me of how my child has been. She has so much fun, and her confidence has grown. I cannot imagine sending my daughter anywhere else. Highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

We were impressed by the standard of the nursery environment and the friendliness of staff from the first visit. We find the staff know our little one very well and feel confident she will be safe and happy whenever we drop her off. The activities, environment and food sound great and we love seeing

Fantastic nursery. Can’t recommend Snapdragons Nursery Shirehampton enough. My daughter started with them at ten months old and settled in very quickly. She absolutely loves attending and can’t wait to get through the door each morning. I have been pleased with her progress and development. All the
staff take a genuine interest in the children, get to know their personality and quirks. The staff are helpful and friendly to parents, give a good insight into how the day has been at pick up. The food is excellent, good variety and quality all cooked fresh, children are encouraged to self serve and develop good eating habits. The app is updated regularly with pictures and learning points, which is lovely to see and is another way parents are kept up to date on children’s days and development.

We love Snapdragons. Both my 3-year-old and 1-year-old have attended and are very happy here. The staff are both caring, professional and thought-out the Covid period; they have kept us all informed about cases in the nursery and procedural detail. The nursery environment is both calm and stimulating
for the kids, the staff help to structure the children's mind and expand their imagination. One-on-one communication has been accessible during the pandemic, but it is clear that we are free to ask questions or follow up with staff via email if there is not adequate time during handover. The nursery has been absolutely essential during this difficult time, especially for building their social skills and confidence.

Our daughter has settled incredibly well at Snapdragons during very challenging circumstances for all. This is down to the evident care and warmth of her key worker and the staff generally. The facilities at Snapdragons are great, and our daughter particularly enjoys playing in the Forest School and
the soft play. Staff take time to develop stimulating and varied activities. But most importantly, they take time to develop nurturing bonds with these in their cares. We are so grateful for how much the staff give to our child, and how much she enjoys her time there.

Staff are all very friendly and approachable and I feel they do a great job of looking after my little boy. They are kind and considerate to him, and always willing to discuss development and behaviour with me. They do lots of different activities making sure my little boy has a fun and varied day.
We get updates at the end of each day and regular photos showing us what our child has been up to. The food always sounds lovely, and any illness or accidents are dealt with well. My little boy is generally happy to attend nursery each day and always comes home with a smile!
