Being rated 'Good' by OFSTED in July 2023, Banana Moon Day Nursery Croydon creates a loving and caring environment for children, where parents' views are always considered and valued.

The children receive age-appropriate care from the passionate, experienced staff. Children's learning, development and progress are shared individually with parents via a secure App and in regular parent meetings.

The nursery employs a qualified full-time chef to provide nutritionally-balanced meals each day. Croydon Local Authority awarded the nursery FIVE STAR in November 2024 for Hygiene and Food Safety.

Nursery facilities include air-conditioned rooms, fresh air ventilation, a separate sensory room, a monitored sleep room and a large secure outdoor play area.

The nursery has been like a second home to my daughter. She loves it and always goes in every time very excited. Staff are so friendly and professional and throughout the pandemic and re-opening were very organised to get everything adapted to the new recommendations. My daughter has made fantastic
progress and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend Banana Moon!

Banana Moon is a fantastic nursery for my son. They go above and beyond and provide an amazing space for children to learn and develop. My son has come on leaps and bounds in his time here and thoroughly enjoys himself. This is credit to the amazing team at Banana Moon.

It has been a memorable experience. My son, I think was the first baby in the nursery, and it is such a joy to now see him graduate. He has had a fantastic time at the nursery, made many friends and loves his teachers. You can also see the progress he makes in the nursery. I will highly recommend Banana

I am extremely happy with this nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was just over 1 year old and she always loved it. She made lots of little friends there. The staff have always been amazing and taken any kind of feedback on board. My daughter is going to school this year so she will miss
her time at this nursery, so a big thank you for taking such good care of my little princess.

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. She’s been attending since she was just over a year. The settling in process was great and flexible, based on the needs of the child. She has always been happy, well cared for and the staff feel like family. There are very few staff changes which speaks
for itself. Food has always been great and there is good communication and a common-sense approach to illness/accidents. Staff make a real effort with activities and use real energy which must be hard to do consistently. I also feel that I know the staff in other rooms and the management which is helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Fantastic in every way.

My son goes to Banana Moon three afternoons per week, the days he is not going he gets upset because he loves to be there. His learning progress is amazing. Banana Moons system is great we as parents are so happy and confident that the staff look after their children as a proper family. This us an outstanding
place and a second home for my son.
He loves to draw and paint he is always talking about the activities that they do on a daily basis and the food is great too.

My son settled so well at Banana Moon he thoroughly enjoys his day with his friends. He is learning lots and always shares his experiences with us. The setting is always set up well with a variety of activities and various topics covered. The staff are all very welcoming and supportive, we would highly
recommend this nursery. We also love the idea of now using an app to keep connected throughout the day.

My experience has been pleasant, the daily feedback is very good. The nursery gives up to date information on activities and events coming up. The activities carried out are very relevant to the different day to day events like father's day, mother's day etc.
My kid gives very good feedback and is
always happy to go to nursery every day. He has formed a good relationship with cares and other kids. The nursery safeguarding measures are very good.

When my daughter started walking at nursery I was very worried because she didn't know the language. But after one week she was walking. Everyone was os careful and caring. I recommend to all parents Banna Moon.

My little 13-month-old daughter goes to this nursery and she absolutely loves it! The staff are extremely friendly and, every day when I pick my little munchkin up, they give me an update on her day. The nursery itself isn't big but has all the facilities the kids would ever need, including an enclosed
outside space for the sunnier days. The menu is also very good - meals vary and are well balanced, although our little one seems to be developing a sweet-tooth! Overall I'm very happy with the nursery and the service we receive and would recommend it to other parents.
