Our daughter has attended the nursery full time since she was 5 1/2 months old (currently is almost 2yo). We have loved the strong connections that she has had with her carers, who have truly looked after and cared for her. She has grown and developed so well under their care and we highly recommend
the nursery, especially to those looking for a nurturing environment for your young baby.

All staff at Little Elms are very warm and welcoming. Both my children have absolutely loved attending nursery and have felt very safe and secure here. Communication is good and management are organised and always happy to answer any questions.
Would highly recommend.

Fantastic warm, welcoming and professional staff. My daughter settled so quickly at Little Elms and loves being there. She eats well and is constantly being developed to learn new skills in a fun and relaxed way. There is a new theme each month with specific developmental areas. As a result, my daughter's
walking, language and social skills have all grown. The spaces are clean, bright and stimulating. The staff know every child regardless of what room they're officially in and always makes the time to say hello. I've always felt consistently informed about my daughter and enjoy regular pictures of her day. Couldn't recommend the nursery any more!

Little Elms have been brilliant. It is a super nurturing atmosphere where all the staff genuinely care about the children and enjoy what they do. The nursery feels small and personal like a home-from-home. Staff take a lot of time to understand and value the individual needs and personalities of the
different children. We are very happy with our experience.

I searched for a nursery for my son for a long time but none of them seemed fitting, then I came across Little Elms, and one of the things that stood out for me most was when you call the nursery you get the children’s voice at the start of the phone call I think this was a really sweet touch, the staff
are extremely polite and friendly, very welcoming. My son has learned and grown so much in the time he’s spent at Little Elms, I love that I can access the family app to see what my child has eaten, or things he did that day. I really do appreciate the hard work they put in to make sure my son is safe and well looked after. I know he’s very happy here because he’s so excited in the morning to go to nursery and see all his friends and teachers and that really makes my day to know he’s happy going to nursery.

The most amazing place! Everyone is so professional and so smart, as a mother that works, feedback and reports are so important it makes you feel less guilty about not spending that much more time with them. These guys reassure me constantly of my child's development, happiness and sadness at times.
My child feels safe, happy and warm. And that is all a mother could wish for. Thank you Little Elms, we love you.

My daughter attended this nursery from just before her first birthday until she was three and a half years old. She was well looked after throughout her time and built very close relationships with all the staff. The manager is absolutely lovely and I have never had any worries about leaving my daughter
there. I have signed up for my other daughter to attend when I return to work.

My oldest started at Little Elms when it first opened and both my children have loved attending this nursery; it's been like their second home. The management and staff are fantastic and accommodating. They have been supportive of my son's special dietary needs. The cook is amazing! Both my children
have thrived here, received excellent care and preparation for school. I would recommend this nursery to friends and family.

My daughter left Little Elms in September after 3 years there. We were very happy with Little Elms over the years and I still have a pang when I think of the wonderful staff and her great time there!
Her development both socially and academically is right on track and they have great extracurricular
activities like Computer Club, French, Zumba and also field trips to Museums and the Seaside, which she greatly benefitted from.
The staff are great, they really care about the children and always seem calm and unfazed by any general chaos, inevitable in a room full of little ones. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Elms Catford.

I'm so glad that we chose Little Elms Daycare Catford for our daughter. She started in June and has gone from strength to strength in the last few months. She is a shy child who is wary of strangers but is becoming more confident by the week. Her language and social skills are both improved. The staff
are excellent and supportive to the child as well as the family. She looks forward to attending and I feel reassured that she is well looked after. There is a good range of activities and toys and they make good use of the outside space, encouraging outdoor play in all weathers. She often comes home clutching some artwork and telling me about what she got up to with her friends. They receive nutritious meals cooked on the premises.There is good communication from staff regarding what is happening generally in the nursery and what the children have been learning. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

Our little one has been at Little Elms Catford full time for the past 7 weeks and I can say so far so good.
Good bonds have been built with the careworker and our little one reaches to the careworker most of the time upon drop off and always seems happy upon pick up. On the odd occasion when there
are tears, the staff know how to distract from me leaving and the tears normally stop within a minute. Our child appears to be eating and sleeping well whilst at nursery now so has relaxed into the daily routine, thanks to those looking after him. The team seem to spend a varying amount of time on different play and learning activities (including brief French singing classes) and we often receive fun pictures at the end of the day.
All staff are friendly and communicate well. There were a couple of tiny admin problems upon opening but all appears to be running smoothly now. The facilities are good and clean as all brand new. The weekly menus seem good and varied.
Currently happy.
