Banana Moon Day Nursery, Ashmore, provides a safe and caring environment for children aged from three months to five-years-old and is open 7.30-6.30pm 51 weeks of the year.

Banana Moon is able to offer sessions from a half day 7.30-1pm or 1-6.30pm to five days a week 7.30-6.30pm.

CCTV is installed in all rooms and operates a biometric fingerprint entry system, ensuring the safety of the children and staff.

Banana Moon offers two outdoor secure areas, one for children under two and another for those over two, ensuring all children have plenty of outside space to run around and have fun.

A range of age-appropriate rooms provide the ideal environment for inquisitive young minds, helping them to learn through exploration and discovery. Every child has the opportunity to develop their skills and at a pace that is suitable to them.

The nursery offers an in-house kitchen where nutritionally-balanced meals and snacks are freshly prepared each day. Special dietary requirements and allergies are catered for where possible.

He gets on with all the kids. They are very understanding all the time. They promote healthy eating. They have a good system. They have a key person for that child and overall the facilities are great.

My child loves coming to nursery here, she also came home at Christmas with a Christmas pack with a gift and cards and things she made that will be keepsakes. I feel safe and secure knowing she’s well looked after at Banana Moon.

I feel at complete ease with dropping my daughter off at baby moons room all of the staff are extremely friendly and always provide lovely pictures of all the things they get up to. I can see how much she enjoys it and makes me extremely happy to see how much faster she is developing since attending

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore for 15 months now, since she was 7 months old. She absolutely loves going and often asks for the staff by name when at home. The bond she has built with the baby room staff is lovely, we couldn’t wish for a better experience.
She attends
3 full days a week and enjoys exploring different activities each day, various food options each day and loves to play outdoors when possible.
We genuinely believe that nursery have helped to shape the loving, caring and kind person Isabelle is becoming. We are so glad we chose Banana Moon Ashmore.

Happy with my son's progress and the support and communication from all staff.
He enjoys his time there as he's very happy when collecting him as he tells me all the stuff he's been doing. Also, the art work sent home over Christmas was lovely to see.

My son has just recently started at Banana Moon, when he first started his speech was very limited and his confidence was very little. However since starting his speech has improved rapidly! He's become a much more happy and confident boy and the staff are amazing! I could not fault them at Banana Moon

I am so glad that we chose to send our daughter to Banana Moon! The staff are amazing, we are always well informed about what has happened at nursery each day. We love seeing all the daily photos of her learning. Each day she goes there is always something different for her to do. If I ever have any
queries they always respond back to me quickly. They go above and beyond, we really enjoy the stay and play sessions and the parent consultations. We know she is well fed, loved and cared for here. Thank you!

I was really hesitant about putting my child into nursery I viewed a few other nurseries before coming to Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore. I didn’t feel comfortable and confident with them but Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore staff are wonderful and very friendly and supportive. My child has settled
in amazingly at the nursery. I feel very confident that my child’s needs are met and that she also feels comfortable when at the nursery.

My son has been attending Nursery for over 3 months. At the start, he was very upset and anxious, and I can see an improvement each time I drop him off.


His key worker, whom we refer to as his 'nursery mom' as he bonded with her straight away. I have also spoken with another staff member a few times

who helps settle him when his key worker isn't there.


The team have been brilliant and I would recommend Banana Moon to anyone.

Excellent nursery. My daughter loves coming and talks about the things she does at nursery all the time. The feedback from staff both face to face and on the mobile app is useful as I don’t always do the pick up for my daughter and therefore it is lovely to get pictures and details about her day from
staff remotely. Staff are always approachable and offer advice when requested. We have noticed a vast improvement on her language skills and confidence since attending.

All of the staff at Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore are extremely friendly and accommodating. They do lots of different activities with the children which I think is great. My daughter took a while to get used to nursery but now she loves it and that is due to the staff. Every time we pick her up they
give us a handover of what she has been doing and eating which is really useful.

He gets on so well in the full moons room, considering he was out of the nursery for a little. Thanks to the staff, he’s managed to get back into potty training smoothly! Always comes home with a smile on his face and tells me about his day.

I was very nervous about my daughter starting nursery as she was 1 and never been in a nursery setting before. All the staff have been great for not only my daughter but for myself, making me feel at ease. I love the app, the way I can just send a message while I’m busy at work and get a response is
brilliant and I’m not hanging on the phone and getting her diary with photos is great! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are so helpful and easy to talk to. I know my daughter is well looked after, fed very well, and the activities she does are lovely! Also how they keep parents informed on any illness that any child has come down with is good. Myself and daughter are 100% happy!

Great nursery - supported me and my daughter through potty training and always lovely staff. My daughter has made lots of good friends and enjoys the staff. No complaints. My daughter has increased in her learning and in behaviour there has been a positive impact. My daughter never really liked trying
new foods, since starting nursery and increasing her hours she enjoys the dinners and is more open to trying new things at home. Thank you!

My Son has been going to Banana Moon for over a year and he absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing, kind, helpful and caring in so many ways. I can’t put into words the experience we have had and the support to our son and ourselves as his parents. They always have activities for the children to
do and events and like to include the parents. They have helped my son come out of his shell and given him so much confidence. I couldn’t thank them all enough it’s such an amazing group of people who love what they do!
