Overall Experience

From the first point of contact regarding visiting the nursery all of the staff I have dealt with have been professional, kind and welcoming.
My son attends nursery one day a week and has done since September 2018, I was initially worried he would struggle to settle due to only attending once a week

but I was wrong. The staff were excellent in helping him and me settle and provide continuity of care meaning he always has familiar faces welcoming him on a morning. This has meant he happily goes to the staff giving me a big wave and a kiss on a morning.
The staff are quick to send over photos and videos during the day, meaning you always feel part of his day.
I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone as my son has shown amazing development since attending and genuinely loves his day at Zizu's. The relationship he has formed with his key worker is evident in their interactions and highlights her dedication to my child and the nursery.

Overall Experience

Had my daughter in this nursery since she was 6 months old and I could not fault the place in the slightest. The bond my daughter has with all the staff is amazing and genuine, she recently moved up to the next room but settled in no problem.
The staff are lovely always make you feel welcome when

you come in. The nursery, in general, is great, always so accommodating to changes in my shifts and always try their best to help with last minute changes.

A particular staff member in the Leo Lions room is a credit to the nursery, such a genuinely lovely girl who always made my daughter feel special and loved. Even when she’s not in nursery she still asks for her!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Zizu's for making the situation of going back to work so much easier.

Overall Experience

My child has been going to this nursery for nearly a year. She has developed so well. She wants to go to nursery in the morning. The staff are brilliant. My daughter has built many relationships with the staff and the children. It’s made her more confident. The whole staff and the owners are very understanding

and great at their jobs. Well worth putting your child in this nursery.

Overall Experience

We have been pleased with the development of our son. His interaction with children of a similar age has really helped bring him and made him more socially aware. His key worker is obviously very keen to do the best she can to help his development.

Overall Experience

Really lovely nursery. Took my two boys. They love it here. Great atmosphere and the staff make you all feel so welcome. It's also a great location being right in the heart of Middlesbrough so makes it great for me when dropping them off and going to work.

Overall Experience

Zizu's was the first nursery I visited in the summer and it really set the bar high for the other contenders and I have to say none of them came close. The building is bright and friendly and the staff are even more so. They all know my son very well and greet him with big smiles and cuddles every morning.

He's engaged and stimulated while there and is knackered by the time I pick him up and on days where he's had loads of fun, he can be unhappy to be leaving.
Receiving regular updates on his activities is very reassuring and the care and affection that is shown through all aspects of the nursery mean I wouldn't leave my little boy anywhere else or with anyone else for such a long period of time.

Overall Experience

My two daughters, aged 8 and 5, have both attended Zizu’s nursery since it’s opening. From the start, I have felt comfortable leaving them there and they have both thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at the nursery. There are plenty of activities to keep the children entertained, all age groups, and I

am confident in the staff supervising the children.

Overall Experience

Zizu’s is a first class childcare provider and in my opinion, provides a unique type of childcare in the town. It is well managed and staffed and the facilities are stimulating, clean and conveniently located for families from across Teesside. The services provided offer very good value for money and

are very flexible. My nephew loves going to Zizu’s and has experienced so much from being there.

Overall Experience

Zizu's is excellent for developing the ‘whole child’. The environment is lively, stimulating and conducive to learning. The staff are well trained, emotionally intelligent and look like they enjoy coming to work. Whenever we visit the little people are engaged and excited to be there. There is an understanding

of how to support learning both in and out of the classroom. Zizu's programme is wide and varied and meets the needs of all. My nephews’ development has been accelerated since joining the nursery. Thank you to all the staff for their efforts and we wish you continued success.

Overall Experience

We were in town from the States visiting family. At some point, it was recommended that we should see my niece and nephews day care. I joined one day on a trip to pick them up and ended up getting a full tour.

What a stellar facility. We have nothing like this in the US. Nothing that combines warmth,

education and technological security and monitoring. We've been advocating since that the ownership extend their operation to America and we're hopeful that they do.

Really impressive nursery. I wish we could enjoy all its advantages.

Overall Experience

When we chose Zizu’s the settling in period was very well managed to ensure the best for our child.
The facial recognition system allows parents/carers to drop in when they need too and it saves taking the staff away from the children to answer the door.
Each day, I receive an update on what they’ve

been doing and how she is getting on.
The staff are all very friendly and do their best to settle and entertain the children.
They are accommodating with her meals, they encourage new things and where she doesn’t eat much, alternatives are provided - this is a big relief to know she is eating throughout the day.
In comparison to her previous childcare (which was a childminder), this is far superior and my daughter seems so much happier and stimulated. She sings a lot of nursery rhymes all the time since attending, which is a pleasure to watch.
I have and would recommend Zizu’s to anyone.

Overall Experience

Such a gorgeous Nursery!
After a past negative experience with another childcare provider used for my eldest, I was really apprehensive about finding a new one for my youngest little girl. On visiting Zizu's my apprehension soon disappeared and my mind was put at rest. Both our girls have been going

now since March 2017 and I can not fault this nursery!!! Such a warm loving environment that both our girls love. Our youngest has come on so much since starting.

Overall Experience

Having my eldest daughter collected from school and taken to Zizu's is extremely convenient for me. Even better that she enjoys her time so much with the amazing staff. The location in the centre of town is excellent, on-site parking even better!

Overall Experience

My son has attended Zizu’s for almost 18 months. The staff are always very friendly and professional and welcoming.
