Partou King Street Day Nursery & Pre-school in Bristol city centre, provides exceptional care and education for children up to 5 years old.

The nursery on King Street provides a wide variety of educational experiences including cookery, dance and Forest School classes – led by qualified teachers and childcare practitioners.

The highly-qualified team prepares children for primary school using Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines. King Street Nursery educators put a strong emphasis on learning through play and tailor activities to children's individual interests and needs. Staff have paediatric first aid and safeguarding training and all have undergone enhanced DBS checks.

Children at the nursery enjoy a varied seasonal menu filled with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables – which can be altered to suit any special dietary requirements.

The converted property has been designed to be a cosy yet stimulating environment, with a Forest Room, soft play areas, the 'children's den' and a lovely terrace. Children often take snacks and books to Queen's Square, where they enjoy stories together under the trees.

Absolutely wonderful nursery! All the staff are amazing, always smiley and kind. My daughter has improved so much in the past few months. She didn’t speak English at all and now her English is very good after just four months of attending the nursery. She is so happy to go to nursery and I couldn’t
be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

I am so pleased with King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre, it took a long time to choose a setting for my little one and I could not be happier! I feel like the staff know my child very well and their reports on her progress and areas of interest are very consistent with ours at home. The staff
are so kind and caring. Her key worker is fabulous but I can also tell that all the staff care, as she is happy with any member of staff she encounters. Even though my child is only twenty months old, they take the time to nurture her developing character and interests. The outdoor space is smaller than most nurseries but I do not have an issue with that at all. In my opinion, it's about the quality of provision not the size of the space and the provision that I have seen here is great. The communication is great too, I know the details of her day and what she has been busy doing. At the end of the day I pick up a little girl who is happy and smiling.

We have been incredibly pleased with King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre for our child. The staff are wonderful and communication is always excellent. The longer hours have suited our working hours so well and it is wonderful to hear about each day and the variety of learning that is happening.

King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre has been absolutely fantastic for my daughter. She started at two years old and with the fantastic staff welcoming her, she quickly got used to the routine of attending nursery. The care and attention King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre provides is exceptional.
They create an atmosphere where children are cared for, educated and nurtured. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, they have managed to keep the nursery running with no issues. This has meant that at a time when many children have missed social contact, the children of King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre have not. The location of the nursery is great, the building is lovely and the food is wonderful. Most importantly the staff are kind, caring and diligent. Thank you King Street Nursery, Bristol City Centre for having such a positive impact on my daughter.

King Street Nursery has a wonderful team. Every person we have met has been incredible smiley and helpful. Communication is fantastic both generally and on a daily basis and we feel really well informed about how each day has gone for our little one. The longer running hours are really useful to fit
in pick-ups/drop-offs alongside work. After a brief settling in period, our little one is always excited to go in and talks about her key adults constantly at home. As first-time nursery parents, we feel really reassured that our child is in a kind and caring place.

My son loved going to King Street and had a real bond with his key worker, after only a few visits he was always happy to go in. We only changed nurseries due to relocating.
Communication was always clear at every pick up with time spent to explain what he had eaten that day and what he had been up
to. I can highly recommend King Street, the staff are so personable and really care about each child individually.

My daughter has been in this nursery for well over two years. She enjoys going every day. The activities are fun and varied. Things I would never think of at home. She brings behaviour home from nursery that they have been working on, e.g. tidying up! She loves the food and eats it all on most days.
The staff are excellent and very accommodating. My daughter loves them and the thing I like best is that they clearly care for her too. She also comes home with lovely hair most days. Thank you King Street ladies.

Absolutely lovely nursery, all the staff are so friendly and helpful.
My daughter has settled in so well in the last two months and loves to come home and show us her latest dance moves and songs.
They always inform you what the children have done that day, what they’ve eaten and what they’ve enjoyed.
Would highly recommend!

King Street Nursery has been fabulous, they are such a great team. They were amazing when my son was in Jesters and now that he is in Knights I could not praise them enough for the time put forth! I feel so secure and safe having him there four days a week, they are such wonderful bright people to educate,
support and love our children. If I could swoon over them anymore then I would, the manager leads such a great team. All I can say is thank you, and keep up the amazing work. Thank you team King Street.

Great nursery, staff are friendly and you can tell they are really passionate and care about the children there.
The only thing I would say that lets them down is the time it takes to receive updates about my child's progression on the app, you sometimes have to wait a while to receive an update.
It would be great if any posts could be made instant.

Our son has been attending King Street for a short while, he loves to explore his room and loves the selection of meals on offer.
He enjoys going outdoors and always has messy clothes which I like as it shows he has had a fun day!

My son has been coming to this nursery for the past three years. He enjoys his time here doing activities and getting to play with his friends. The girls are always friendly and let you know what he's been up to. I find it's the little touches/activities the girls do for festivals, events and holidays
that make it so wholesome! It's a lovely nursery, lush staff and I'll be sad when he moves on to big school.
