Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool offers childcare and education in a caring environment for children aged six months to five years. The nursery’s setting provides children with a rich learning environment where they can develop and learn to express their individuality.

Learning through play is promoted at Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool and all activities are designed in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as set out by the Government. This enables children to develop emotionally, physically and academically. Activities are both child- and adult-led and take place indoors and outdoors, allowing for further learning opportunities.

Staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge, ranging from academic, university qualifications to life experience, all of which enables them to provide children with the best care and education possible. Each child has a Key Person who is responsible for their learning and wellbeing at the nursery, and staff receive extra training when necessary to support individual children of all needs and abilities.

Parents are very much involved in their child’s progress and they are welcome to meet regularly with their child’s Key Person to discuss their wellbeing and development.

Since he joined the baby room over a year ago, our little boy has loved going into nursery every day. All the staff greet him so warmly, irrespective of the area they work in, and know him by name. He has made some great connections with adults, all of which he names and talks about at home. He loves
the food as he eats everything (and more). The app is a great way to keep informed of what he has been up to in the day in terms of food, sleep and nappies as well as seeing the activities he gets up to as well as a great way to communicate any questions which are always quickly answered. The activities are always varied and interesting and parents are encouraged to join in on themed days. Our experience of this nursery has been so positive and we look forward to our little boy spending the next couple of years happy here too.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! Our little boy has been struggling with his speech and the staff have been so proactive and supportive in helping him and us. This is a lovely nursery. Our toddler has a great time here and has connected well to his key workers graduating from 2-3s into the preschool room. They made sure to support his transition as he was moving by himself since his friends hadn't quite turned 3 yet!
Our baby girl has also been carefully
looked after in the baby room and they have dedicated time to making sure she feels comfortable in a very new environment.
We feel reassured by the friendly team who have been looking after both of them and providing the children with a breadth of seasonal activities. Love that the nursery also pays special attention to children who learn additional language(s) and celebrates multicultural events!

Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool has been a fantastic choice for our family and we couldn't be happier with the experience!
Our son has been attending the nursery for two years now and he loves it so much that it's often difficult to bring him back home. He's always eager to spend
more time with his friends and teachers. The staff are exceptional, creating a warm and nurturing environment that has truly helped our son flourish. They're always happy to chat with us, providing thoughtful updates and offering plenty of support, which gives us a lot of peace of mind.

Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool for seven months and we have had a great experience. She loves going and has so much fun, we have noticed so much progress with her eating, talking, physical movement and more. All the staff are lovely, the baby room staff
have built a great relationship with us and our daughter, they give great feedback which is personal and detailed. We have felt comfortable leaving her there since day one. We love finding out what she's been up to throughout the day and seeing photos and observations through the week. Any concerns have been addressed and action is taken quickly. We couldn't reconnect the nursery enough.

Our son loves attending this nursery and has really developed since he started earlier this year. He has a lovely bond with the workers. The app is really good, giving you updates each day and pictures too. All staff seem very friendly and clearly care for the babies and children.

The staff are always so happy, as are the children, and I've always found both my girls feel cared for and connected to the staff. The garden area is a huge plus, offering so much opportunity to play and be free in such a fun environment.

Our son has been attending the nursery since he turned one (now in pre-school) and is always excited to go, in fact yesterday he didn't want to leave! He attends 3 full days a week and is always impressing us with things he has learned that week. He loves all of the staff and we have every confidence
that he is being well cared for. We get regular updates through the app of activities undertaken that day including pictures. The facilities are great, especially the spacious garden and our son loves to be outside as much as possible.

Bright Horizons Worthing is great. We've sent both our kids there, which was an easy decision because our first child was so happy and settled. There's been a good continuity of core staff in that time who looked after both kids. The nursery is clean and spacious with a garden that both our kids love
playing in. They've been supportive with things like toilet training, and when my daughter went through an extra-emotional phase the nursery staff supported her with extra measures to ease her into the setting each day. They also supported my daughter with preschool learning so she already had a good foundation to learn reading and writing when she moved on to school.

Great nursery, our daughter has been developing really well and is really happy there. Staff know every single child by name and are very friendly. The nursery is very clean (with a no-shoes policy), it has its own cook who cooks fresh meals and a big garden with wooden facilities for kids. Most importantly
we see how that out little has been progressing really well.

My son joined this nursery just before his second birthday and he absolutely loves it. He has learned an incredible amount and has become the talkative little boy. The teachers and staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and nurturing, providing a loving environment for the children.

Both my children have been attending Bright Horizons Worthing for over a year and they love it. Our experience has been very positive from the response and handover we receive from the lovely staff to the clean and well-kept facilities. The nursery is very well maintained and organised, has lovely rooms
and a spacious garden for the children to play in and learn. Good balance of tailored and age appropriate activities. Particular effort is placed with various events for children and to include parents from newsletters to events parents can join in. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My daughter started in April after looking at many different nurseries; this was by far the best one for her!
She has grown so much with confidence in the last few months; her language skills have improved greatly. She loves the activities and is learning so much. The staff are absolutely amazing
and always keep us informed via the app. I feel so comfortable leaving her there, knowing she is happy and safe!

Bright Horizons Worthing is by far the best nursery setting in Worthing, and its reputation is well known. All the staff are well trained, professional, responsive and, most importantly, enjoy working with all the children. The curriculum offered is varied and stimulating. It particularly comes across
how well the setting is managed by the manager and team. Any issues (of which there are few) are handled so that parents' feelings are validated and listened to, and staff act on any feedback. The setting itself is spotlessly clean and feels very homely. There is a great sense of inclusion amongst the parents, with regular activities to help everyone bond and be kept in the loop. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful group of people looking after our daughter! Many thanks for your continued support and hard work!

The nursery has been great for our son, who settled in quickly after we relocated. The staff always seem so interested and thoughtful about every child at hand over time, and any small issues raised are very quickly dealt with in a way that makes us feel in safe hands. Our son goes in happy and comes
out happy and is always full of stories and excitement about his day. They do a wide variety of activities, and we get lots of lovely updates and photos. The space is really inviting for children, and I’m yet to meet a staff member that doesn’t appear to enjoy their job.

My son has attended the setting since he was 10 months old and we cannot rate it highly enough. As we head off to school this summer, I am confident that my son has been prepared by the staff at Bright Horizons to have the best start possible. He comes back excitedly chatting about the things he has
done during the day and has a close relationship with his key worker. Having been at the nursery for such a length of time, it is wonderful to see staff that began with him in the baby room progress to management and develop in their careers and qualifications too. I feel that there is a real culture of nurturing for both children and colleagues. We will be very sad to leave!

My son attends two full days a week and absolutely loves it. Me and my partner feel really relaxed when he is there and the management in the baby room is amazing. They always give a full handover of his day and do so much with him. Couldn’t recommend a better nursery.
