Overall Experience

My son is years old and has been going to this holiday club since last year. He is so happy and looks forward to term time as he knows he's going to have much fun with the club. They offer brilliant activities and lots of play for kids. The food is very good and caters for all needs, my son always screams

at me he wants to be picked up as late as possible he loves it that much lol. Thank you to all the staff for your incredible support to help develop our boy into a beautiful little person very loving and caring.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise this nursery enough for their efforts. All the staff are approachable, friendly, caring, and go beyond. My daughter had been to previous nurseries to this one but I was never one hundred percent happy until she attended Early Steps. Being in the childcare sector myself, I found everything

I wanted for my daughter at this nursery. She was happy from week one when she previously had not settled at other nurseries. She has formed strong, working relationships with staff and they really made her security and confidence a priority. Also, I especially liked how this nursery uses the curiosity approach. The learning environment and activities are both engaging and based on individuals' interests. Most importantly the children there feel safe, happy, and secure.

Overall Experience

Fantastic nursery with very helpful and kind staff. My daughter has been with this nursery for over 2 years. We are from Poland and my daughter firstly had a problem with communication but now she is happy every day to come and learn something new and meet and talk with friends there. Recommend them

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to Early Steps Day Nursery for a few months and it is the loveliest nursery we could have asked for.
Every morning she is excited to go in and see the staff and every evening she can't wait to tell me what she's been doing and who with. She's always tired after nursery which

is a good sign because I know she's done plenty of running around in the garden! Early Steps don't post updates about meals/toileting/activities etc. on the app but I trusted them from her first day and I knew she was in good hands.
I think being a smaller nursery is a bonus because they have more time for each child. The owner in particular has got to know my daughter very quickly and they have a lovely relationship.
Also, the effort that the staff have put into including our daughter and respecting our beliefs (as Jehovah's Witnesses) is amazing. One member of staff especially has gone above and beyond to learn about our religion and accommodate it in activities.
I can't fault this place, thank you Early Steps!

Overall Experience

I genuinely can't fault the staff and service at Early Steps, Dudley. My little boy has been going there since he was one. He's now 19 months old and the progress he has made over those 7 months has been phenomenal. He absolutely loves it there! When I go through the staff members' names of a morning

with him, he gets all excited about getting to the door to see which friendly member of staff will greet him that morning. He walks straight in without a care in the world, because he absolutely loves it there! He sometimes doesn't even want to leave! He goes 5 days a week, full time. The staff are very helpful, caring, and really supportive. All members of staff are approachable and I feel like they genuinely care about my son which is a great relief! They are happy to chat at the door, on the phone, or over email about your child. They are always happy to help and you never feel like you're bothering them! The Nursery is clean, tidy, and Covid safe. Best nursery in the area, by far!

My son has recently started attending Early Steps Nursery Dudley and we could not be happier! The staff are really friendly and he has progressed so much in the last three months, considering he was in lockdown the whole time before he was here, now he is interacting with staff and other children which

Overall Experience

Since my daughter started last year, her speech has come on loads. As a key worker they have kept open which enables me to go to work. The only thing I find is that my child does not eat some of the food and only that choice is offered. They encourage outdoor activity which is good as my child loves

being outdoors.

Overall Experience

Lovely nursery, put you at ease. My daughter initially would cry every day and not leave the girls alone, yet never complained. Reassured me when I called and was anxious. Ended up increasing my days and now she walks into the girls and has a lovely time. Price is next to non to some that I have also

some that I have viewed and know that others go to. The curiosity approach is also so good at letting the kids find their own way of learning, definitely have found that my daughter is developing more since enjoying nursery. Definitely recommend; have been excellent through covid-19 also if alerting families if concerned. Their app for your child's journey is also fantastic.

My daughter has been with this nursery for over a year now. They are absolutely fantastic, I would recommend them to everyone. My daughter has a health condition and they have helped with that every step of the way. Even raising money for her charity. I will be very sad when it comes to her leaving

as I know she loves it.

Overall Experience

I had to change nurseries during the lockdown as my children's previous nursery closed. Due to being a keyworker, I had to move the children to a different setting and this nursery was recommended by the previous nursery I was at. Because of all the restrictions in place, I was not able to view the

nursery but from the very first day after picking my two children up from the new nursery their faces beamed with excitement and happiness and they had a good time. The boys continued to attend nursery with smiles for a few months and even when it came to the old nursery reopening I asked the boys which nursery they wanted to stay at and it was always going to be the new nursery. I took the happiness from my boys and secured their place at the new nursery where they have continued to have an amazing time. The staff have been so accomodating and friendly and put me at ease every day I had to leave the children. Highly recommend.

Amazing bunch of ladies here, I felt like my child fitted in straight away and they are all brilliant with her! From the first day I took my daughter in for a viewing, I felt very much at ease. Her first full day I felt totally at ease leaving her and as it was the first time I had left her I knew

she was fine with all of the girls there. Brilliant, nothing is to much for them and are there for anything needed, she eats pretty much all of the food that they provide and she's so comfortable in coming to nursery. Highly recommended!

Early steps in Gornal is a lovely nursery. The staff are very professional and are a great bunch of ladies. My daughter has been going to this nursery for two years and will be sad when she leaves in July. They have handled the COVID-19 issues brilliantly and due to being a keyworker, my daughter continues

Fantastic nursery, my children’s development has come on so much. Every day they amaze me with what they know and it’s all down to the early steps team. Overall Experience

The girls are extremely well cared for and nurtured by the staff. They meet all their needs and I feel safe leaving them at nursery. The staff are exceptional at bonding with the children which makes the girls feel secure. There are lots to do and the girls talk about the adventures very enthusiastically.
