We have had absolutely nothing negative to say about this nursery since our little boy started, he has made some lovely connections with a number of team members, and it is so clear to us how fond they all are of him, making leaving him there while we go to work that little bit easier! Even when we
have had to try overcoming some challenging behaviour from him we have found the staff very supportive and non-judgmental in tackling it with us and communicating to us what they feel triggers this behaviour. What we love most is the constant updates we get either through the app or every pick up, and the way he is spoken about in his reports is so clear that they have really taken the time to get to know him properly. Couldn't be happier!

My son has attended this nursery since October 2024 and we have had a cracking start! The staff in the baby room made us feel very reassured leaving him from the get-go, never once have we felt worried or anxious leaving him from being so young. They quickly learned all of his personality traits and
always gave us detailed insights into what he'd been up to that day. We loved the photo updates and excellent communication with what he's eaten when he's slept, and details of all his nappy changes. Since moving up to the tot's room he's continued to flourish and he's loving all of the activities and eating all sorts of new foods he won't have at home! Thank you so much to all staff, reception included for always seeing to our admin queries, etc. 10/10 all round for us. Thank you all!

After visiting a few different nurseries, this one was by far the nicest, cleanest looking nursery with the biggest outside area and the most welcoming friendly staff so I immediately signed my son up to start here. My son started here in the baby room in 2022 and has now moved all the way up to preschool.
Every single member of staff has been so friendly and nurturing and have treated my son like one of their own. I know he is in safe hands and he loves his time at nursery.

My little boy started nursery in January. Prior to him starting the team were so helpful, with regular email updates, arranging his settling in days well in advance, and answering all our questions and queries as new parents dropping our baby off for the first time! Since he has joined they have been
very helpful in providing updates about how he is settling in, and the app serves as a great peace of mind.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Thorpe Park since April 2023. To say we are impressed would be an understatement. The staff are friendly and have got to know us so quickly. I have been impressed by the friendliness and kindness of every staff member since our daughter started. She has now
been in 3 rooms- babies, tots, and toddlers- and her key worker and the rest of the staff in each room looked after her so well. She has developed so well since attending and loves her time there. The nursery is all-inclusive so not having to worry about sending nappies or food etc is so helpful. The food they provide is brilliant, the nursery is always clean and there is a wide range of activities on offer, with different options including seasonal activities being provided each day. Our daughter has many friends at nursery and comes home to tell us all about them and her carers. Fantastic nursery and couldn't recommend it any more.

My son currently attends this nursery setting and the childcare he receives is exceptional. My son is so excited to tell me about his day when he gets home and his development has progressed massively since attending and that's all down to the wonderful team and excellent management. Overall this is

Fantastic nursery, well run and more importantly my little one absolutely loves it, he eats well, sleeps well and comes home exhausted from a busy day. The staff are great and informative and the food is nutritious and healthy.

Our experience of Kids Planet Thorpe Park has been a really positive one. The staff are very friendly and helpful and take a genuine interest in the children. In each room the staff have taken time to understand my daughter's needs and have worked with her and myself to make sure that she felt settled
and happy at nursery. The office manager is incredibly accommodating and gets back to any correspondence quickly and is only to happy to help. The facilities are great and you really do get what you pay for. Can't recommend the nursery enough.

Amazing! All the staff are just brilliant! My daughter has been made to feel welcome from day one. She is currently in babies but moving to infants soon! I couldn’t be happier. She loves going and never wants to come home. We have also noticed a huge improvement in her development. From crawling to
walking and now she is really trying to talk! It’s amazing to see. I can’t thank you all enough. I would recommend this nursery again and again.

Both of my daughters have attended Thorpe Park and have absolutely loved it. It’s such a beautiful setting with such an amazing team, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The resources are lovely and they have a fantastic outdoor space. We will be so sad to leave when our leaves in August to

This is a fantastic nursery, my son has been going for a year now after he joined just after his first 1st birthday. He has learnt so much from nursery and it has really aided his development. The staff are absolutely brilliant, they are so caring and knowledgeable and really take the time to get to
know each child and what they like, need and want. I picked this nursery off gut instinct and it was right. I know that he is safe and the staff look after him when he is there, I don’t have to worry. He will be staying until he goes to school.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 14 months old and is now 3 and a half years old. The quality of care from the team who work there is amazing! The nursery environment is gorgeous, it feels very calm and they really encourage creative and imaginative play. My daughter loves going!

My little girl has been at Sunbeams since she was around 8-months-old, and I have always felt confident leaving her. I love the girls at Sunbeams, and I think the nursery is just brilliant, I have nothing but praise and recommend them to other parents when childcare becomes a topic of conversation.
If my little girl has returned to the nursery after being poorly, the nursery is happy to accommodate my calls when I ring to check she has settled back in well. My little baby has turned into the most clever and confident little girl, and Sunbeams have played a huge part in this. Thank you, Sunbeams.

Our daughter only recently started at Sunbeams for a day and a half each week, given she is in the baby room, our experience is limited so far, however from what we have experienced so far, we would for sure recommend Sunbeams

I have one child who attends Sunbeams, and I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone. In fact, we already have, and our friend's daughter is joining the nursery shortly!
Our daughter loves going to nursery, and we feel safe leaving her there as the staff are great and the facilities
are excellent. We love that there is a big outside space and lots to do in the rooms themselves. Our child is developing really well, and it's been nice to have two 'come and see' meetings in the 7-months she has been there and regular progress reports. My one ask would be more pictures of her on the app so we can see how she is getting on, but we appreciate this isn't always easy when looking after so many children. Thank you, Sunbeams, for making the whole nursery experience really easy for us as a family!

Difficult to really judge as it’s our first child and has been through a Covid period so have little to compare with. Overall, very pleased with the nursery and how they look after her and her development. There are a number of things that were indicated prior to commencement that hasn’t been seen yet,
such as sit-in days and progress reports that have only just started. Also, they did say they change the menu regularly, but whilst varied, the food doesn’t seem to change much. It would also be nice if the nursery brushed their teeth, but this isn’t currently done.

Amazing nursery and amazing staff. All three of my children love it. They can't wait to go, and all the staff are lovely and know the children and parents well. Sunbeams Thorpe Park is an amazing nursery. My daughter has been there since baby room and is now in preschool and has grown so much, and it’s thanks to the ladies that work there. Nothing is too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make sure my little girl grows to her full potential.

love that she can just be herself, which is crazy and full of energy. I would definitely recommend Sunbeams Thorpe Park to anyone who was seeking a nursery for their little one.

Hi, my name is Anna. My passion for childcare started in high school whilst studying childcare at GCSE which led me to go to university. I gained a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth studies and also gained my Early Years Professional Status. Working with children fascinates me as I love to see the learning and development they accomplish before they go to school. I have been working in early years for over ten years starting out as a nursery nurse, quickly becoming a room leader and then progressing to be a deputy manager. I joined Sunbeams in 2016 as nursery manager and have loved every second of working here. Being a mum myself to two young girls I understand it can be nerve racking time when starting your child at a nursery so we want to ensure we support both yourself and your child with this transition.”
