Thank you for the points you have raised.
However, our nursery policy states that when children are off sick that full fees are still to be paid.
Our baby room has internal windows so natural daylight does come through. There is a ventilation system installed bringing fresh air into the room. Children in our settings also benefit from outdoor play throughout the day, allowing them opportunities for further fresh air.
The air freshener smell you have mentioned is actually an air ioniser located in the children's toilets next door.
The flooring throughout the nursery is swept and mopped thoroughly every evening.
It is well known that when children first start attending a nursery they tend to pick up many bugs until their immune system develops.
The issues you have raised have all been discussed directly between yourself and the manager.
