The staff are very attentive and I always feel like when they debrief me at the end of the day, they fully know exactly what my child has been doing that day and how much food they have had. The app is updated regularly as well.

I previously had my daughter at another nursery and after bringing her to Brightsparks it was like a breath of fresh air. I could relax when I went to work, knowing that she was being thoroughly looked after, at the age of 7/8 months old. It was also warming to know that Brightsparks separate the babies
from the toddlers, giving them two separate rooms as naturally, this is completely two different stages of a child's development, which I feel gives a more safer environment. The staff are always willing to help, along with listening to any concerns you may have. My daughter's development has improved massively since being at this nursery. I also like the fact that they have a live app, that allows you to track your child's journey throughout the day, seeing what food they have eaten and seeing pictures of them learning and playing.

My son started at this nursery in May 2021, he has progressed so much since he joined. He is well looked after, and as parents, we feel we are very well informed of his progress on a day-to-day basis. It is very useful to see how well he napped, what and how much food he had during the day, and most
of all, they seem to have a lot of activities throughout the day, and it is always reassuring to see how much fun he has at the nursery, and how much he learns through those activities. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery in the area.

My son has been attending Bright Sparks Day Nursery for 6/7 months, and he loves it.
He still goes crying, but the ladies always reassure us that he is okay by either calling or messaging us with a picture.
He only attends one day, but I have noticed a massive difference in my son's speech, eating,
sharing and overall the way he is developing in his areas.

My daughter started at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham when she was fourteen months and the staff here were absolutely amazing in helping her settle in. She is now nearly three years old and absolutely loves going to nursery, she talks about all the fun activities she does and the about the wonderful
staff to anyone who will listen. She has come on so well since she started and has really advanced with her development. Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham teach a very wide range of fun, educational activities and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their little one, even though your not with your child whilst they are at nursery. Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham staff keep you well informed and up to date with what your little ones are doing, eating, sleeping and activities, with pictures and videos.

My son has attended Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham for the last seven months and he absolutely loves it! When greeted at the door by staff they are welcoming and happy to see my son. This is so reassuring at the “dreaded drop off.” Once I pick him up, they are informative about how his day has gone
and happy to answer any questions I may have. They have a range of activities within the nursery to stimulate and support my sons learning and development. They have even organised a trip outside of the nursery to the local park! I am happy that he is happy to attend Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham.

My Daughter has been at this nursery for nearly 2 years now, and I cannot express how brilliant they are! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My daughter is always talking about her friends, and the staff and all the things that they have been doing, and always comes out of the nursery
with a massive smile on her face. The communication is outstanding and the staff always keep you up to date. The staff are very dedicated and hard-working. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. They are all very friendly and polite.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Brightsparks Nursery Eltham and as parents, we can only speak very highly of the nursery. My son started Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham when he was 15 months old. Being a first time mum, I was nervous about leaving him, but I need not have worried. After a few days of tears, from both Mummy and my son; the staff were great in helping me feel confident in not worrying and all the staff
helped my little boy settle in. My son is now 22 months old, and he really loves going to nursery.
I cannot thank the staff enough on how great and supportive they all are. I really appreciate the daily feedback and updates on all they have done and how he's getting on. The online learning journal that tracks your child’s development is also fantastic. The pictures and videos are most appreciated, more so during this pandemic. I would highly recommend Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham.

My daughter had attended another nursery in the previous year from age 2 which she really liked so initially I wasn’t sure if I should put her into a new setting. However, I’m glad I did, as once she started at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham she loved it! I noticed she instantly warmed to the staff
at the nursery as she mentioned how nice and caring they are! Also, she has made a lot of new friends. Within the past few months, she has shown development within her own self and I am happy that come September she will begin reception and the nursery have contributed towards her preparation! So we have them to thank.

The SENCO and the manager have both reassured me and that has really helped reduce my anxiety and stress. My husband and I visited several nurseries in our area and we couldn’t be happier for choosing Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham.
Our daughter absolutely loves going there and you can see a genuine bond between her and her key worker. As a 19-month-old she taught me how to act to the ‘hop little bunny’
song which is incredible.
The management is very attentive, flexible and responds to any query within a matter of minutes, which is invaluable when you put your firstborn into someone else’s care.
Cannot wait to see our daughter develop more and more at Brightsparks!

Brightsparks Day Nursery is a wonderful place. The staff are caring and my two little ones absolutely love going there. The manager and staff are constantly finding new and great initiatives that really support the children's development from creative and stimulating activities to a book a week the
children can bring home - which is great with libraries being shut at the moment! The nursery has dealt fabulously with the challenges of the pandemic so much so that the kids are none the wiser to anything going on.
The staff provide consistent feedback on how the children are doing through online journals which include pictures, videos and detailed comments on what the kids were doing at the time. We even had a telephone "parents' evening" recently!
A really amazing place for my kids. Thank you for your amazing work!

I feel the staff and level of learning and safety of my child receives are top-notch. The nursery strives to meet the learning goals for the children to be ready to enter primary school whilst keeping the children safe.

When I found this nursery, I was not sure how everything was working inside and how safe everything was with the virus situation.
The manager showed me everything properly and really helped me and responded to all my questions. We are really like how helpful and lovely the manager and her all bright

My experience so far had been amazing. My son's speaking ability went from 30% to 62% within a short period.
Staff always do their best to keep me updated with my son's performance, his eating habits and how well he engages with other children.

My son has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham since he was 8 months old. He is now almost turning 4 and will be transitioning to school very soon. Over the last years, my son has been looked after at Brightsparks with much care and support. Staff members treat children in a loving and caring
way, which is fundamental for children to grow up happy and confidently. My son has been identified as having special educational needs and has received great support from Brightsparks Day Nursery. This support made him overcome some of his difficulties and improve greatly in many areas. He has also been supported in his transition to primary school. I’m very pleased with the care my son has been receiving at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham and recommend it to parents looking for a supportive environment for their children.
