Such a good nursery. Staff are so friendly and approachable. My son always enjoys his time at the nursery and always seems to do lots of different activities. He has really developed since attending and we are very impressed.

We are so happy with Daisy Fays Chiverton Cross. Such a friendly nursery that do lots of activities with lots of variety. We know when he comes home that he has had fun and been well cared for. All the staff are friendly on drop-offs and pick-ups - time spent going through his day. My painting on my
birthday was so thoughtful - by my desk now.

Daisy Fays were so welcoming to our girls, from the first day they felt right at home. They do wonderful activities - creative and educational. They are so warm and affectionate with the kids.

Both of my girls have been at Daisy Fays Chiverton, one from the age of 10 months to school age and the second has been there for almost a year. I have always felt confident in the team in providing a safe stimulating and caring environment. The girls have loved going to the nursery and enjoy a number
of activities and most importantly developed in an environment alongside other children.

My son is extremely happy at Daisy Fays and has loved it since he started. He is always delighted to arrive there. I've been really impressed with the nursery's system and how they have adapted to keep everyone safe over these fast few months. All correspondence is efficient and I've been grateful that
the nursery have done their best to accommodate any requests when we have needed an extra day here and there. Highly recommended.

Daisy Fays have adapted well to these uncertain times and has remained consistent with their approach to the care of the children. The staff are friendly and utilize the eylog system well to send home observations of my child. We recommend a friend to the nursery who now attends also. My only other
piece of feedback is that it would be great to know how my child interacts socially at nursery as this is something we don't see at present due to covid.

A lovely welcoming nursery where everyone is happy and friendly. We love receiving the eylogs which tell us about our child's day and is great for talking about the nursery day at home with pictures for prompts. My little boy has made great bonds with the practitioners and loved that they go outside
to play no matter the weather.

My son has been at Daisy Fays for 3 years and have never had a problem. The staff are really attentive and all the children have excellent relationships with them. My son learns so much - not just numbers and the alphabet - also have to treat others with respect and compassion. He loves his nursery
days and I trust the staff completely with his safety and well-being.

My daughter goes to nursery two days a week and has done since the age of eight months old and absolutely loves it. We get daily updates on the parent app, which I think is great and puts your mind at ease if your child has just started. The practitioners are wonderful and my daughter has formed a close
bond with them. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both our children wake with excitement for a day at 'the cow'!
The staff are brilliant with the girls and one member of staff, in particular, has been brilliant in introducing them both to the world away from home, keeping us so well informed along the way.
Of course, a little more outside space would
be lovely and the communication from management could be improved at times but overall the girls have a really positive experience from their time at Daisy Fays.

My son has been with Daisy Fays since he was 7 months old, he’s now 3. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making his journey such a pleasant one. He is always excited to go to nursery and loves socialising with all the friends he has made, its great to feel so reassured when leaving him there for

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old (now 2yrs 4mnths). I’ve decided to leave a review after reading many questions about various nurseries in Cornwall on an online parenting chat group.
I have found Daisy Fays wonderful. If I’m honest, it wasn’t the nursery I thought
I’d send my little one too. I was thinking more a forest school type nursery, but I’m so pleased I made this decision. My daughter has made so many friends, had the opportunity to enjoy lots of different activities including visits from the dentist, firemen, not to mention a whole host of creative activities and play. The one thing that always strikes me is the calm atmosphere, despite the amount of toddlers and babies! There are always plenty of toys to go around and the children always looked entertained and busy playing or reading or having cuddles. The staff are wonderful, very caring and you can tell how much they care about the children. Thank you!

Such a wonderful and caring nursery.
Our son attended three days a week and absolutely loved it.
He had a few health issues but the staff were always professional and I didn't feel worried to leave him.
We were sad to leave when our son went to reception.

We moved my daughter to Daisy Fays nursery as we were having problems with another nursery.
The staff at Daisy Fays were very professional and made it such a smooth transition for my daughter! They were very friendly and caring. It was a very difficult decision as a Parent to move my daughter with
only a few months before she started school but as soon as I walked into Daisy Fays I knew I had made the right decision.
What an absolutely amazing nursery! She has learnt so much and grown in confidence!!

Daisy Fays Chiverton is very welcoming and the staff are always smiling no matter the time of the day or day of the week. My little girl felt instantly settled here. The feedback on a daily basis is brilliant and they are more than happy to answer any questions I have. Part of us choosing this nursery
was the cleanliness after visiting others it really did stand out. I also love that in the under 2's room there is a dedicated nap room with cots and pushchairs to ensure nap time is as comfortable as possible.

I have been working for Daisy Fays for over 6 years now and I am now the manager of Daisy Fays Chiverton Cross.


I enjoy all aspects of my job from the organisation to the nurturing of the children who come through our setting.

Watching them progress from babies to then graduating is such an amazing opportunity for us all and knowing we have given our all to the children in preparation for school is a huge proud moment for me within Daisy Fays.


I love to spend time with my family and our favourite thing to do is to go away in our newly renovated motor home. We love to explore different parts of Cornwall, but we still haven't managed to see My family all enjoy clay pigeon shooting and my husband shoots professionally- so again we love to go away on little adventures with him and explore.


I love to cook for my family and friends and love nothing more than a BBQ with all my family!!!

I have been at Daisy Fays for almost 4 years. I am now the Assistant manager and Room lead to the Happy Hens.
I love the age group I lead so much as they begin to further their vocabulary and their little characters begin to shine so much.


I thrive from watching the children progress through the setting and then flourish as they leave for their school journey.


I am a busy mum to three children so at the weekends you will normally find me out and about exploring the beaches of Cornwall. I love a sun lounger and a holiday abroad with all my family making beautiful memories.
