Overall Experience

My 18 month old daughter has been attending Rainbows Childcare from 12 months old and now does 3 full days per week.
We've been very impressed with them so far and our daughter absolutely loves going here. The nursery staff are always kind and I feel they go through a great effort to get to know the

kids and let us know how they get on each day. We get updates throughout the day on nappy changes, meals eaten (which is great for our picky eater) and nap times.
We're also kept up to date on any illnesses reported within the three age groups that may cause concern as well as pictures of any special activities the kids get up to in their nursery days.
Altogether very pleased with sending our girl here and would definitely recommend the nursery.

Overall Experience

Very nurturing care provided, excellent response and communication both through email and telephone. The food/meals provided were very varied and always sounded nutritious and yummy. Activities that were shared on the app look varied, fun and interesting and photos/write ups were always insightful

Overall Experience

This nursery is excellent. Our son is very happy there. All the staff are very engaging and the children are very confident as a result. They have one to one meetings with parents and try to help us maximise our child's learning and capabilities. They stayed open throughout the pandemic and communicated

well throughout. I would really recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

Overall, we love Rainbows. Our eldest has attended for four years now, and they've been really supportive at every stage. I'm particularly impressed at the preparation taking place in pre-school to prepare the four-year-olds for "big school" whilst still emphasising play. Our youngest is in the baby

room and is very happy and settled. She talks about her favourite members of staff often at home. It's a wonderful setting for young children. We have seen a slight dip in communication from management following the recent ownership change; hopefully, just a blip.

Overall Experience

Our eldest daughter started at Rainbows last year, following previous attendance at two different nurseries that were disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and a house move. I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with the nursery. The pre-school staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which given

the challenges of the past couple of years, was absolutely vital. It really is a wonderful place to care for your children in preparation for starting school. Our youngest daughter started later in 2021, and I can confirm we are just as thrilled with the experience since she joined the baby room, who have been incredibly kind and nurturing.

Overall Experience

Our 2 daughters have both had a fantastic experience at Little Rainbows and we were all very sad to leave. The staff there have given them a great time and made the transition into childcare very easy. Many thanks to all.

As restrictions relax we are starting to undertake some improvements to the building and facilities and are also re-looking at our activities in line with the revised EYFS.

The nursery and preschool staff are so friendly, kind and caring. Without exception, they have gone beyond the call of duty for our daughter. She has been so happy and nurtured. A wonderful place to care for your children and to prepare them for big school.

Overall Experience

We are very happy with the care and support that Little Rainbows provides for our daughter. From the moment we drop her off in the morning we have total confidence that she will have an enjoyable and structured day. She always talks about the staff and other children which reassures us that she is very

engaged and enjoys her time at Rainbows. The staff are always very diligent and inform us of everything she does in the day including meals, naps as this helps us appreciate what she's been up to and understand how well she follows routine.

Overall Experience

I couldn’t choose a better Nursery for my daughter. I fell in love with this nursery when we went for a show around. All the staff are highly qualified, very caring and you can genuinely see how much they love their job. The variety of activities that they offer is amazing and I can see how much my

daughter has fun there. The nursery offers a big outdoor space and a good variety of food. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, to the point most days she doesn’t want to come home. All the staff are really friendly and attentive to all the children there. Overall Experience

We recently moved to Hungerford and we were keen for our son to go to a nursery that would support his continued development. Having met the manager and being introduced to her Team we were struck by their professionalism, their attention to detail and just how happy all of the toddlers and children

seemed. Our son attends the Cottontails and is extremely happy, enjoys socialising with the other toddlers and taking part in the fun activities organised by the Team. Although our son has only been attending the nursery a short time, we can really see how quickly he is developing through the support and care of all the Team. I would highly recommend sending your little one to Rainbow Nursery.

Our son has been attending Rainbows since he was 7 months old. We could not have asked for a better environment to help him learn and develop. His confidence has grown so much over the 3 years he has been there and Rainbows has played a huge part in that. Every time he has moved into a new class we

have genuinely missed the team he is leaving behind (and so has he) only to find the next team are equally as wonderful! We could not be happier with this nursery and neither could he. Thank you to everyone at Rainbows and I could not recommend you highly enough.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been attending little Rainbows since she turned one. I was very apprehensive of leaving my first baby with others but seeing how quickly she settled into the nursery and how caring the staff are eased my worries. My second is due to start soon and although again I’m a little sad to

have less time with him, I know that he will be very happy being looked after by the wonderful staff. My daughter loves going to nursery and seeing her friends (this includes the staff) and she certainly has gained a lot from being there. One thing I admire about little Rainbows is how all the staff know the children’s names even when they have not yet had that child in their group - it makes it feel very personal.

Overall Experience

We looked around a lot of nurseries when choosing for our daughter, and Rainbows stood out straight away. We could instantly see that the nursery struck that precious balance between being professional educators and nurturing carers. Our daughter has thrived at Rainbows, in terms of her early years

learning, her social skills, relationships, confidence and creativity. She loves all the team and can’t wait to get there each morning. We always receive great feedback about her day and the development journals, that are always well-maintained, are a precious memory of her journey. Lots of varied activities, outdoor play, reading and creative play. To begin with, I was so anxious about leaving our little one at nursery but the team put me completely at ease. They are always there to support parents through any difficulties and they feel like an extension of our family. Baby number two is due soon and we will definitely be signing them up to Rainbows.

We have used Rainbows Childcare service since our child was six months old. He has thrived while he has been in fulltime nursery care. The staff are very friendly as well as being understanding of our needs. This is our first child and they have provided valuable guidance and routine to our little one's

Overall Experience

Our little girl seems very happy at Rainbows. The staff are lovely the main reason for choosing Rainbows in the first place. We get good feedback and information on our daughters day. They do lots of activities including a Christmas concert, Outdoor play and an incredibly varied menu whilst there. The

only slight criticism is that of an administrative level the nursery is very slow to respond that is the only area for improvement we can see. Otherwise would have rated excellent overall.

We recognise that we need to improve our 'office' support - our main focus has been on the children and making sure they are happy and enjoying their time with us. We have (for the first time) just added a dedicated administrator in the office to the staff team to speed up responses to admin and fee queries from parents. She is on a steep learning curve but I am sure you will see a significant improvement over the next few weeks.

Overall Experience

This is a wonderful nursery where my child is very happy. In fact, all the children are very smiley, calm and occupied in a positive way.
They provide children with a variety of good food and special compliments to the staff, they are extremely kind, supportive and caring.

Overall Experience

We knew the moment we stepped inside Rainbows in 2014 that this would be where we would send our children and we've never regretted that decision over the last 5 years. Seeing our youngest son excited in the mornings when he knows he has Rainbows makes it clear that the nursery is an exciting place

to be for a 4-year-old and this makes it easier for us as working parents. Each week at drop off and collection the staff are always smiling and full of energy which is great to see. Our son especially loves the wide-open garden where he can run around, play and burn off some energy! Handover at the end of the day is great, as the team will always have a story to tell you about your child as well as what they've been doing and eating throughout the day. As a family, we like the "extra" things that Rainbows offer like the ever amazing Christmas performance. Our boys have learnt so much at Rainbows and it made the transition for our eldest into primary school so easy, thank you to such an amazing team!
