Banana Moon Day Nursery Gloucester is a fun, stimulating and secure educational environment for children. Operating between the hours 730am-630pm.

There is a high quality of care and learning given to children at each stage of their development.

The nursery has an in-house kitchen producing freshly cooked nutritious food twice a day. A snack is also provided twice a day with fresh fruits and vegetables. Babies are supported to have a balanced diet with their weaning menu which is regularly updated with parents input.

There is also an outdoor playground and an exciting natural adventure area.

The staff support all children to learn with enjoyment and challenge, having a balance of child-initiated and adult-led play-based activities.

Banana Moon Day Nursery provides all children with a firm foundation on which to build future academic, social and emotional success.

Everyone at Banana Moon has made my and my twin's transition back to work/nursery so easy. I was anxious about leaving my 9-month-old twins to go back to work as I have never left them with anyone before, but the staff have been fantastic, and after the first day, the anxiety and guilt disappeared,
knowing that my girls are happy. Also, being able to keep up with them on the app is great! My first month with them has been perfect.

Banana Moon has been such a caring and nurturing environment for my child. The team are professional and happy and has always ensured the best for my child. The staff have been excellent all the way through my child’s years, from six months to four and a half years. I would strongly recommend them,
and I can’t thank them enough.

From Aug 19 - present, my daughter has been attending banana moon. All staff she has been involved with have been friendly, professional and shown a keen interest in her development.
She has grown so much confidence since being at Banana Moon, and I feel she is more than ready to take the challenges
that school will bring.
I am away a great deal with work so do not see my child on a day to day basis some months. Every time I come home, I see a change in her, and that is down to not only her mum but the staff at the nursery.

Lovely staff, good communication every day at end of the day. My son is Muslim, and they included and celebrated an eid party for them, which I thought was really thoughtful. Never had any problems. My son loved it there. Will be sending my youngest when it’s time.

My child loved their time here! The staff are lovely and kind. They looked after my daughter really well and provided in-depth care and amazing lessons as well as play. As my daughter has additional needs, I was worried about leaving her in any setting. However, Banana Moon did really well and proved
to me that there is great childcare out there.

Excellent staff. My little one is a very fussy eater, but did great progress attending this place. Also, they have a nice outdoor space for the little ones to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and happy to help the children to progress in anything that you think is important.

Banana Moon are wonderful, my daughter is always so happy to see them in the morning. They welcome her with smiles and hugs. They look like they have a lot of fun with different sensory activities, music and my daughter always eats and sleeps very well. They are also very quick to respond to messages
and have made every effort to make space for my daughter even at very short notice.

Excellent staff. Respect all cultures and backgrounds. Very helpful. Good atmosphere.

I am very pleased with Banana Moon all the staff are lovely and after a few weeks of tears from my son settling in he now loves going to nursery. So lovely to see him full of beans when I collect him I can see he’s had a fun-filled day.

My son started Banana Moon Nursery Gloucester in the summer and I can say as a new mum to a 16-month-old it’s the best thing I have done! The teachers are all so kind, brilliant, attentive and truly take care of our bundle of joys, and the most important thing as a mum is knowing my son is being taken
care of. Since he’s started I have noticed such good qualities in him already with his development and it's because of his nursery teachers! I would recommend Banana Moon to any parent any day of the week it really is the best place for them!!

3 of my daughters go to Banana Moon and they are all happy, confident and most importantly feel safe at the nursery. Words cannot express how much we recommend Banana Moon Nursery. My little boy's confidence has come along in leaps and bounds and he is doing so well. We have just had our little ones 1-year review with a health visitor and they couldn't believe how much he talks and does and that's all from nursery
input. Being a lockdown baby we wanted him to be more social and around new people and little ones. We love the app with the daily updates so we can still be Involved and updated.
The staff are incredible and we trust them fully.

Both of my daughters attended Banana Moon Gloucester. My children loved going and had so much fun while there, the daily dairies on the online app are great I could see what my children did daily from food to the activities she was doing while there, as well as a personal hand over by staff on collection.
All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I know my daughter will miss nursery so much now she is off to school and I can't thank Banana Moon enough for helping to get her ready for big school.

Our daughter has attended since she was 1 years old - having joined in the middle of the pandemic. I was worried about the whole process but she absolutely loves it!
She has come on leaps and bounds and talks about nursery every day asking if she is going!
The staff are all friendly and approachable
and we are kept updated via an app.
Wonderful settings both inside and outside for babies and toddlers alike.
Fantastic nursery and we will be sending our little boy next year when I return to work!

This is an absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter settled in straight away without me even feeling guilty. She has updates on her progress in every attended day, it reports everything she has done and what the staff do with her. Even with pictures to keep you feeling you are part of their day. She
enjoys all the meals and snacks given. They all have a very big welcoming manner and there is no doubt in my mind how much they care and want to support every child that goes here. My daughter had made such progress attending here for the last few months to which all family members had commented on. Well done to every staff member here and I would definitely recommend Banana Moon.

My boys aged 2 and 4 started at Banana Moon Gloucester last year, the staff are lovely and helpful, my boys both love going to nursery and they are always eager to go. They have lots of fun and always come home having done different activities and they enjoy them all. The staff have a strict allergy
policy and I know my son who has a nut allergy is in very safe hands and if needed they are all first aid trained. I was recommended the nursery by a colleague and we cannot fault them at all. I have and will continue to recommend the nursery to friends and family.

When my daughter started coming to Banana Moon, she was very shy and not very confident. She has been coming for over a year now and she has settled in so quickly. The staff has helped my daughter find her confidence and not to be so shy and explore new things. The staff are so friendly and caring towards
the children and it is a very safe place to let your child explore and learn new things.
