Medua Bilingual Nursery is a new nursery in Welling but has been operating since 2014 in a childminding setting. All employees are DBS checked qualified and have enough experience in the early years and pre-school education sector.

Medua Bilingual caters for children aged from 5 months to 8 years old.

The nursery occupies a ground floor unit with two rooms and another two more rooms upstairs, which are all divided into sections adapted to meet the needs of their children. There is also an outdoor play garden and a nearby park. The outdoor play area is well resourced and homely for the children.

Also as the name states Medua Bilingual is a two-language operating nursery, therefore French will be used as a second language during play. Although English is the primary language.

Medua Bilingual is OFSTED regulated since June 2017 and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. Standard reports, policies and other relevant information are available on the parents' notice board and on request. Their last inspection report was good (October 2019).

Medua Bilingual Nursery's aim is to provide a comfortable learning environment where children will feel safe and happy. They work in partnership with parents and other professional agencies. This is to help meet the required needs of their children through sharing knowledge and experiences.

Staff believe a child learns best through play and personal experience, so their intention, therefore, is to provide a balanced, structured free flow learning that will encourage lots of free choices and less formal areas of learning.

Very good nursery. Friendly staff and my child had an excellent educational journey. He was very well looked after. I would recommend this nursery. The fee is also affordable. I would miss the outdoor educative trips. My child learnt so much from here.

It is an excellent nursery, which is fully equipped with a team of very well-qualified and highly experienced carers.
The nursery is a must-have for working mums and enables us to dedicate ourselves to work. In addition, it is flexible and works around working mums' schedules.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Medua Bilingual Nursery for my children. My 18-month-old son has been attending this nursery for 8 months, following in the footsteps of his brother, who started there at 10 months old and continued until reception class. The care and attention my son receives
here is exceptional. The staff are warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the well-being, education, and communication of the children. My son always comes home happy and content, which speaks volumes about the environment and the quality of care provided.
The facilities are clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that promote learning and development. My son's progress in his development and socialization is amazing.

I couldn't be more happy with the service provided by the manager and her team. They go above and beyond for my two boys and it's truly appreciated.
As an example: last summer, she set up sessions on Saturdays to help children with speech difficulties, including the parents in the activities, and made
it fun for everybody. By the end of the series, my child's speech had improved tremendously. The kids are also well prepared for reception: my oldest knew all his phonics going out of the nursery and is now an avid reader and is also very good in French and asks about them often.
The little ones are also taught the importance of kindness, respect and teamwork. The nursery also organises fun activities such as trips to the sea, amusement parks, the library and swimming.
They also give regular updates on my child's progress and make a work plan with specific milestones to be achieved by the end of a certain period. In short, I am very pleased with Medua and highly recommend them.

My son is very happy to go to the nursery. The staff is competent and professional. The nursery provides the child with that initial environment where the experience of learning begins. Would recommend this nursery to other parents as well.

My daughter has been attending Medua Bilingual Nursery for nearly two years, following in the footsteps of my older son, who was also enrolled there. I must say, this is the best nursery we have found in our area.
The teachers at Medua Bilingual Nursery are outstanding. They genuinely care about the
well-being and development of my children in every aspect, from behaviour to academics. The bilingual program has been incredibly beneficial, and I have seen significant progress in my children's language skills and overall growth.

The staff have played a fantastic role in childcare for our little boy who has attended for the last 3 years. He is well looked after, always happy to go to nursery and his attendance has helped his development and skills learning. I would happily recommend this nursery.

Medua Bilingual Nursery has helped my daughter progress, learn, interact and play. The carers there take their time teaching the kids, as I know from mine, she has learnt so much and her vocabulary is very extensive for her age. Also, this nursery is accommodating for working parents.

My son really enjoys nursery. He has progressed well especially his speech and language. His social skills have improved lately and he also enjoys his weekly homework.

Our youngest seems really happy at Medua Bilingual Nursery. The staff are lovely, we're told every day of any issues or concerns. The facilities have been significantly updated since we previously had our eldest there a few years ago. We feel our child having started since he was 1 year old is learning
a lot there and we feel we have input on where the nursery can help putting our minds at ease. Well organised, bright and clean.
