A good atmosphere with a feel-good factor and staff with a sunshine smile even on the gloomiest Monday morning.

Suzanne is a Qualified Early Years Teacher with 30 years experience in the Childcare and Education Industry. She joined Burgess Hill Girls in 2016 after relocating from London where she worked across a variety of settings, including a social enterprise, local authority family and children’s centres and PVI Early Years settings, all at management level.
She has dedicated her whole career to supporting families and their children so they can experience the best possible start in life.
Suzanne’s move to Sussex has been liberating in more ways than one, swapping daily gym workouts for hikes and camping adventures with her family and her dog who pops into the Nursery now and then to enjoy a cuddle with the staff and children.

Nicole first worked with Burgess Hill Nursery as a student on a level 3 childcare and education placement. She later joined the team on a permanent basis as a Nursery practitioner and continued with her professional studies.
Nicole is now Early Years Teacher qualified and supports the Nursery to deliver high standards of care and education by working closely with parents, children and staff.
Nicole is a fun loving member of the team and enjoys celebrating the small achievements with her class, usually through song and dance.
