Funding & Fees Guide for In the Woods Nursery

  • We offer session prices and an hourly rate. Please call nursery for prices.

  • We offer 7.30-6.00, 8.30-5.30, 8.30-3.30, 8.30-1.00 as sessions.
    We offer hourly rates.
    We provide 2, 3,4 year old funding spaces which can be stretched to cover half terms or term time only. For funding options you can have 5 days 8.30-11.30 or 12-3pm or 3 days per week 9am-2pm or 9.30-2.30pm. We are signed up to the tax free child care scheme.
    Where possible will always try to fit hours needed into a session cost.

Lovely and understanding staff, from start to finish of the day. My daughter loves the food, and she has learnt so much and is now using words beyond her age. They are very understanding with every home situation and will help me the best they can. My daughter loves nursery and loves seeing her friends.

The staff are so lovely and caring they are all brilliant with my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves going here. She has come on leaps and bounds, always learning something new. The tasks and activities are always fun. Parents are always kept up to date with things. The bond my daughter has with
the staff is just amazing, couldn't ask for anything better.

The nursery are absolutely amazing, would recommend them to anybody, my son loves going and has made some great bonds with the staff, I love how they keep us updated throughout the day with all of the activities he does and what lunches he eats and how much. The staff have gone above and beyond for
us with sorting my son's EHCP appointments and talking us through everything, making us feel at ease about his potential autism and giving us endless advice and have been such a good help for us.

My son has attended In the Woods since June 2021 and apart from the first few weeks at drop-off in the morning, has loved it. All the staff have been fantastic, from drop off in the morning to pick up in the afternoon. The feedback at the end of the day is amazing and in-depth. The manager goes above
and beyond with trying to accommodate all the needs, from a shoulder to cry on after a bad day, to trying to accommodate changes of days when possible, to helping with additional needs. This nursery is outstanding and I am so glad my son attends! The quality of care is amazing and I love the fact I get a courtesy call if and when one is needed! Even the fact the staff know Makaton is amazing and definitely helps with speech delay. My son has such a strong bond with his key person and the activities they do are tailored to each individual child which is amazing! My son really has come on leaps and bounds since attending here and I will definitely be sad when he leaves for school.

So glad I chose this nursery for my son. He has been there since he was 9 months old and loves it here. The staff are friendly and very professional. Management are always open to suggestions and there to answer any questions I may have - thank you all.

The staff have been so helpful. My daughter started in October, and she has been very upset going in, but the staff have been amazing, giving her all the love and attention that she needs to settle in. I could not ask for more. She comes out so happy and smiling. They send photos throughout the day
and keep me updated on what she gets up to, which helps with the mom's guilt of having to leave them and go to work. I cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn't ask for a better nursery. The staff are polite and friendly and you can see that they genuinely care about your child and their wellbeing.
Parents are regularly kept up to date with information on their child, such as what they have been learning and participating with.
My child has thrived
in this setting. She had social anxiety when starting due to COVID, and struggled leaving me but now she is so confident and has lots of friends. A huge part of this is down to the incredible staff. I honestly can't thank them, or sing their praises loud enough.
Food is prepared on-site and is varied. Every day on pick up you are told what they have had and how much they have eaten.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 6 months. I'm impressed with how she's actually settled. Her key workers are fab so a shout out to them.
The staff as a whole are very good as I see it with the other children. Like most moms, it's a very nerve-racking experience making sure we pick the right
nursery and have peace of mind that they actually enjoy it.
I am always being reassured with pictures of her interacting and playing, which is lovely to see and hear.
My daughter was a shy girl and used to scream at everyone she didn't know so I felt like nursery was going to be a massive journey, but the staff have been so good and made her comfortable and settled her in.
This has made her come out of her shell and I can only put that down to the efforts and patience of the staff and being at nursery.
I'd like to thank each and every one of you for all your amazing hard work and efforts.
It's not an easy job as I can imagine so give credit where credit due. You all do an amazing job.

Everything about the nursery is perfect. I will be so sad when my son leaves next July. The staff are always welcoming and informative on how my son is doing. My son's key worker supported me so much in helping my son with his speech and he has come on so much since. Any problems, the team is always
there to support not just your child but your whole family if needed. I will always recommend this nursery as they make you feel like you're not leaving your child at a nursery, it's like leaving them with your own family as your children are treated like family.

My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old. She has made so many amazing relationships with the staff who she talks lovingly about everyday.
I love that we get opportunities to participate through stay and plays and other events.
My daughter has learnt so much and really has had her
special interests taken notice of and incorporated into her nursery experience.
Can't fault this nursery at all, sad she had to leave for school in July.

I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my son, as the staff do a really good job catering to each individual needs. They are so welcoming, friendly, and caring. I couldn't have picked a better nursery. My son's development is coming on really well due to going to this nursery; I can't thank them enough.

Wonderful nursery, wonderful staff, wonderful environment. I was very worried about my child going to nursery but the staff were so welcoming and handled the settling in so well. After nearly a year of being there, my child runs in every morning! Communication is great from both staff and management.
Meals are of a great variety and high quality. All are very supportive of working with parents on changes to routines, phases of growing up etc. I would highly recommend this nursery! Well done In The Woods!

I would like to say that In the Woods Nursery has been a wonderful experience and still is. The staff, from the nursery manager to all staff are absolutely brilliant when it comes to looking after the children's health and well-being. They're very approachable very attentive and the communication with

My son has attended here since 2020, he has been undoubtedly supported through every step of his learning journey. The staff are so lovely and approachable, they are so understanding of what it means to be a parent and always offer unconditional judgement-free support and advice. My son has flourished,
his confidence, independence, and resourcefulness are amazing thanks to the hard work, understanding and dedication of the manager and the staff team. There is no better community of people I would want my son in. Thank you In the Woods Nursery.
