Little Rascals Pre-Prep is situated in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, on Clanricarde Gardens.

The Pre-Prep is housed in a stunning Edwardian converted house and is located only a short walk from Tunbridge Wells train station.

The Pre-Prep is split over two floors with the younger children on the lower floor. When developmentally ready, children transition to the upper floor.

Activities are play-based and centred around school readiness and preparing the children for the next big milestone in their development and learning.

The Pre-Prep has an outside play area where children explore and discover the natural world around them. This provides countless opportunities for the children to investigate the awe and wonder of outdoor learning.

The Pre-Prep also offers extra-curricular activities for children which include Phonics sessions and community visits to help children experience social activities outside the nursery setting.

The pre-school setting and staff are what sets Little Rascals apart from others in the area. We moved our kids to Little Rascals and it was the best decision! Our kids have grown in confidence and learned so much from the wonderful and caring staff.

Outstanding! My son is leaving Little Rascals in September to start primary school! We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery and Pre-Prep for him to attend!
I'm amazed at how well the team have handled returning after coronavirus and we felt completely at ease coming back in June and the communication
between parents and the Pre- Prep was amazing!
Pre-Prep have helped my son so much on his school readiness and offer so many exceptional activities! We will miss you all!

Little Rascals has been the nursery for both my grandchildren. Both little ones have thoroughly enjoyed their time there. The learning experience is outstanding, and the staff have always been amazing, taking care of both children like their own. I would completely recommend this nursery. It is amazing.

Little Rascals Pre-Prep is a place that makes you feel comfortable and safe, that you are leaving your little one in good hands. The care is amazing and the learning is outstanding! Everyone there is always welcoming, friendly and kind. My daughter loves going to Pre-Prep and enjoys seeing all her friends

We absolutely love Little Rascals Pre-Prep! It's cheerful, fun and there are always amazing activities for our little one to do. The staff are fantastic, always friendly, loving and caring. My Daughter has been attending Little Rascals since she was 2 and I can’t recommend the nursery and Pre Prep enough. The staff are so friendly and warming and I know when I drop my child off she is in the best possible care. They keep me well informed of all the information I need and my daughter loves
going and adores everyone there. Since she has been at the Pre Prep she has come on leaps and bounds with her phonics and the age-appropriate learning is done in a fun and creative way. She really looks forward to going and we will miss it when she starts school in September but what great memories she will have to take away with her!

A wonderful nursery where my daughter has developed wonderfully. She has been with Little Rascals since she was 2, and has really enjoyed her time there. The entire team in both locations have been amazing in supporting her learning and I'm very happy with her progress. Even with the lockdown interruption,
I am confident that she is ready for the step up to Primary school, and that is all thanks to everyone's efforts at Little Rascals. She (and I) will miss it, I'm sure!

My daughter has attended Little Rascals for 4 years and I couldn’t wish for better care for her. She can’t wait to get there of a morning and the staff have become like family to her and also to us.
She has thrived at Little Rascals and they have helped enormously with her development and confidence.
She
starts school this September and although she is ready for this new chapter, part of me would like her to stay at Little Rascals forever.

If Little Rascals did GCSEs and A-levels, that'd be the kids' education sorted. I don't want the kids to leave. They don't want to leave. Enough said!
1,000 characters really isn't enough to even begin to explain how much my wife and I love this place and the people in it. The dedication, love and
attention they've shown our kids at such an important stage in their little lives is nothing short of incredible. Their patience, creativity and one-on-one involvement seems to know no bounds. And if anyone should take the credit for our two being such happy, bouncy nut jobs, it's Little Rascals (not us).
To everyone who's looked after our children over the past 4 years, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We'll miss you.

I highly recommend Little Rascals nursery, both my children have attended and have just blossomed under the love and care of the teachers and staff. The facilities are lovely, especially the outside space and staff are so creative with the activities and go to so much effort.

This nursery has a home from home atmosphere with loving, caring staff. They cover all aspects of the curriculum with a fun attitude to learning.
The facilities and range of equipment to enhance a diverse learning experience are excellent. The food is superb, and every dietary requirement is catered
for. Children are encouraged to be independent but also, to form friendships to be caring towards others and to share.

My eldest has been at Little Rascals since starting at the nursery just before he was 1 and the entire team have been great throughout. All the staff go above and beyond to help the children (and us parents!) feel comfortable and happy from drop off to pick up and everything in between. He is off to
school in September and it’s going to be really sad to say goodbye!

We enrolled both our children (then aged 2 and 4) into Little Rascals Nursery and Pre-school when we moved to Tunbridge Wells in September 2018.
We had moved them from a nursery in London that we had been extremely happy with, but Little Rascals still managed to exceed our expectations.
The level
of care, stimulation and education provided by the staff there is exceptional. The environment and food are excellent and, most importantly, the kids love it there.

My little girl has been at Little Rascals Pre-Prep since August 2019. She has absolutely flourished under the attentive care of the wonderful staff in both younger and older Pre-Prep. I feel all the staff have made meaningful relationships with our daughter, finding common ground with her and really
making sure she is well cared for every single day she is there. We have been especially lucky with her key people who we have really bonded with and give amazing feedback at the end of the day so I really get an insight into her day. Now, the Pre-Prep is managed by an amazing duo. They are more than just a little bit special. They are both so hands-on with the running of Little Rascals, involved with the children, caring, on hand to answer any questions and have helped my family enormously. I cannot more highly recommend Little Rascals.

I simply cannot fault this nursery. From the staff in the rooms to the management, to the Head Office. They care so much for the children, treat them with respect, and my child has such incredible fun when he is there. He learns so much and doesn't even realise he is doing it, and he is being prepared
really well for school. The staff are always on the ball, pragmatic, considerate and engaging.
There is plenty of space, and the different rooms with different focuses mean they are stimulated and happy, in addition to the outdoor space they have in the wonderful sunshine.
The food is creative and nutritious, and my son eats all of it!
This review is for June 2020, clearly a difficult few months due to the pandemic, but they have stayed in constant communication, provided us with learning resources whilst the nursery was in lockdown, and take home entertainment packs, and made the environment safe and comforting for when our children returned. It is a top star nursery.

Bryony has worked at Little Rascals since 2017, working her way up from nursery practitioner to Pre-Prep Manager.
She has loved working with all of the age groups through the nursery and Pre-Prep and loves getting messy and crafty with the children.


She has a BA(Hons) degree in Childhood and Youth studies and Educational studies.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Raechal has worked at Little Rascals since 2022. She joined the team as part of the management team and brings with her 10+ years of knowledge and experience.
