  • 0-2 Years:
    Non-Farm Member Full Day (8am – 6pm) - £87.50

    Early Club 7.30am – 8 am is £5 per session, payable in advance via the parent area.


    We accept the 9-month, 2, 3 and 4 year old funding, however this funding does not cover certain sundries so any child using the grant will be charged a sundries fee of £2 per hour on these days.


  • We are approved providers of Hampshire County Council’s free early year’s educational grant for 2, 3 and 4-year olds. This funding is available for all children from the term after their third birthday regardless of family circumstances. We will supply you with all the required information and parent declaration forms for you to complete, as your child reaches the appropriate age. This funding does not cover certain sundries, activities, visits and hot meals so if a child is using the grant a daily charge of will be payable. Details on this can be provided from the Nursery Manager. Children eligible for 2-year-old funding and EYPP may qualify for a discount.


    There is a charge of £2 per funded hour for meals/sundries.

My son started at Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Pre-school Andover in September, six months after turning two. From the day he joined, we have been overwhelmed with how much they have to offer at Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Pre-school Andover and the variation of activities they do on a daily basis. The
staff are absolutely wonderful and show nothing but love and care for the children and help them so much with their development and next steps. The handovers at the end of each day are so detailed, along with pictures and videos, you definitely feel after reading them you have been on the adventures with them throughout the day. This also helps when you ask your child what they have been up to. If you're thinking about sending your child here, don’t think about it too long as places get booked up and you definitely won’t look back once you have signed them up. They have so much fun every day here, along with the added bonus of the farm onsite too, it really is a fabulous start to early learning for any child.

Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Pre-school Andover is such a fantastic nursery! My son took a good few weeks to settle in but the staff were always really helpful with encouraging him in in the morning. He used to be such a shy boy and now he has so much confidence! The children have such a range of activities
planned for them and I love that they have regular access to the farm. The nursery have been fantastic over the last year with the lockdowns. They provided regular activities and photos over Facebook and have provided such a stable environment for the children, where possible. The staff form excellent relationships with the children and are active on social media, encouraging children and parents to share things that they have been doing at home. I would recommend Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Pre-school Andover without hesitation.

We cannot rate Finkley Nursery high enough. Not only does our Daughter love going, but we have also seen so much progress in her speech, communication and relationships. The Finkley staff go above and beyond and are great at providing updates on Tapestry so we know what our Daughter has been up to.
Finkley have been especially great during covid, we were apprehensive about our daughter starting Nursery in June 2020, but the procedures they have in place are excellent. Thank you Finkley!

Finkley Down Farm Nursery is a fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going here and enjoys all the activities they do. They have a great outdoor space and the setup is really good. She gets to go to the farm daily and soft play. She’s learnt so much. Her key workers are amazing and she speaks highly
of them. She is so happy going into nursery every day. We never have tears. She goes 4 days a week so I am so pleased she loves it so much! The staff are all lovely and they have done such a great job keeping our kids safe during the covid lockdowns. They have had great procedures in place. I am also really impressed with the meals she eats - there is a great variety and she’s become much less of a fussy eater since joining Finkley. I can honestly say it is such a fantastic nursery and will also be sending my little boy here when he’s old enough.

Our son has been attending Finkley Nursery since December. He took a few weeks to settle in but now absolutely loves going. All the staff are so friendly and kind. He has a lovely relationship with his key worker, who really helped him settle and takes great care of him. Communication is excellent.
Management always responds promptly to emails and phone calls and the parents' app is a fantastic way to share photos and videos - especially since lockdown. The children are so lucky to have the farm. Our son gets so excited about collecting eggs and loves telling us about the pigs and cheeky goats! The play areas are amazing too. We couldn’t be happier with Finkley Down Farm Nursery and would recommend it.

This is such a lovely nursery which my son loves going to. Even in these difficult times, they have been in regular contact with activities for us to do at home with the children and doing live videos for the children to interact with and see while they are not able to attend, which my son has enjoyed
very much. Such lovely people and such an amazing nursery. Will be sending my youngest there, and will definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

I first viewed Finkley Nursery before it officially opened and there was just something special about it that made it the right choice for us. The location is ideal and we loved the fact it was linked to the farm. We cannot rate the staff highly enough. They have always been so caring towards our son
and also supportive to us as parents. Nothing is too much trouble. My son has really come along in so many ways and I feel confident sending him off to School after spending 3 years at the nursery. They have helped him grow into an independent little boy, full of creativity and he has a love of learning. He loves going to the farm, seeing the animals and playing in the range of different areas. We will be sad when he moves on from the nursery but excited for our daughter who starts in the Autumn. She will absolutely love her time there for sure. We booked her in when she was born as we know it’s so popular! Thank you to all the staff at the Nursery, we can’t wait to come back!

This is a great nursery. My daughter has come on loads since she started in terms of her confidence with meeting and speaking to new people. She’s formed a very close bond with her key worker and there’s always lots of updates and photos of the fun activities they get up to each day. They all get the
opportunity to go to the farm each day and meet the animals which my daughter loves. There are also generally lots of outdoor and indoor things to do and keep them entertained! Well done guys, highly recommend.

My son has been at Finkley Nursery since Jan 2019. He arrived with some speech difficulties and separation anxiety but (his key worker) made him feel supported, cared for and understood. She has taken the time to get to know him, explore his individual needs and help move him on in his development.

All the staff care and are happy to take the time to talk to you about your child’s day. I have found it extremely helpful having Tapestry to track what my son is learning and how much fun he is having. The nurseries communication is brilliant, all communications and diary dates are emailed with planning emailed weekly. It is a fantastic learning environment with exciting farm visits each day! I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Finkley Down Farm Nursery highly enough. Our daughter absolutely loves her Finkley days and cannot wait to go. She loves the variety that is offered with lots of outdoor play, learning about the animals, book of the week, show and tell and many more activities. It is great how they
also encourage values like tidying up, being helpful, being kind and caring. Having a key worker is great to have that consistency of care and monitor her development. The nursery is very up to date with technology, almost too much for us. The childrens days are logged on Tapestry we, unfortunately, do not have the time to log in and catch up with events on a regular basis. Overall a great nursery with happy staff and happy children!

Finkley Down Farm Nursery has been the perfect setting for my daughter since she started nearly a year ago.
She has been supported during the start of her time at nursery and also during toilet training.
Her key worker is always available at the end of the day to tell me what she has done and how
she has been which is a great opportunity for me to be updated and discuss and concerns.

Staff have been great at helping with settling in. We chose the nursery partly due to the daily access to the farm and animals. We also like the fact that the children are able to move freely around the facilities and are not confined to classrooms. We have been very happy with all aspects of care and

Charlie is the Nursery Manager of Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Preschool and has been working here since March 2020. Charlie has a degree in Children's Development and Learning and is Level 6 Qualified.


We asked Charlie what her favourite part about working with children is and she said;

I am the Deputy Manager here at the farm and I have worked in the Finkley family since we opened in September 2017!


I have worked in early years for 18 years and I pride myself on working closely with both the children and you the parents/carers.


I have a Level 5 qualification as well as extended learning in portage and special education needs in early years.

Kirsty-Anne started with us in February 2022 and is one of our Nursery Practitioners at Finkley Down Farm Nursery. She also has her SENCO Qualification and works closely with our settings SENCO to support any SEN needs.

Sarah is the Finkley Group Manager of Finkley Nurseries. She has been working at Finkley since it opened in September 2017, starting as the manager of Finkley Andover before being promoted to the Finkley Group Manager in June 2021, where she now oversees all of the settings.
