The nursery is set Stanmore recreation ground with access to all the facilities, children will learn and grow up with a love for nature.

Little Avanti Stanmore is in a magical setting, surrounded by trees, an open grass field, and an extensive playground. This is an inspiring place for children to spend their days.

After a hearty and nourishing breakfast, the children move to the activities for the day. These can include a variety of forest games, treasure hunts, climbing trees, digging holes, story-telling and much more!

Ages: 2-5

Sessions Offered: 8am-6pm, 9am-4pm, 8am-1pm, 1pm-6pm

Government Funded Places.

All children are able to access 15 hours universal entitlement, that gives 570 hours of free entitlement hours funded by the government from the term after their third birthday.

Parents can use this to mean 15 hours per week across the term time (38 weeks per year) or stretched cover the whole year (51 weeks per year).

The nursery also offers 30 hours of funded childcare to families that are eligible. Working parents of 3 and 4-year-olds are able to obtain an additional 15 hours of funded childcare provided that they meet certain eligibility criteria.

My daughter joined Little Avanti in Summer of last year. We had moved her from a different setting. It was the best decision we had made. I am incredibly happy with the care and environment provided at Little Avanti. All the staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about my childs development and
well-being. My daughter has flourished here, showing excitement each morning.
The nursery space is clean, safe, and well-organised, with plenty of resources and materials that engage my child. They are located in a recreational park which adds the aspect of being able to play and be involved with the outdoors and nature.
The staff take the time to communicate with me regularly about my child's progress, and I always feel informed and reassured. I feel comfortable approaching staff if needed.
Overall Little Avanti is a fantastic choice, I highly recommend it to other parents looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment.

It's been one year My son started Nursery we are very happy with the care and environment provided by this nursery. From the very beginning, our son settled in very well, and that is due to the high standard of care offered by the nursery.
The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring,
responsive and attentive to our son needs. They are always available to address any concerns and keep us updated on his progress by the app. Knowing this gives us peace of mind. We could see lots of progress in his development since he started and that is due to the different activities they do daily at the nursery. He simply loves it!

Our son started at Little Avanti three months ago and we've seen significant growth in his development. Thanks to the exceptional staff and his wonderful peers, he has become more socially confident and independent. The staff truly recognise each child as an individual, offering tailored support where
necessary, which brings great peace of mind to us as parents. Our son enjoys exploring a wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors and this has inspired him to engage in more diverse activities at home as well. He also relishes the variety of pure vegetarian food offered. It's clear he loves going to nursery, which speaks volumes about how safe, cared for and happy he feels there.

Our daughter has been at little Avanti for almost a year now. She enjoys her time there and we can tell this by the eagerness she has to go in and see her friends and teachers. She loves the outdoors and this nursery has a park at their doorstep where the children can enjoy a walk outside or even have
picnics in the summer months. The nursery staff have been very helpful during the settling period and are amazing with her as I have seen on several occasions. We have seen her grow in all aspects by playing with both children her age and older in a small setting.

The nursery staff have been amazing in settling our children in. They have given the children attention and support, and we can see how much our children have developed in regards to phonics, numeracy, behavior and relationships with their peers.
The indoor and outdoor setting is great. Having a park
just outside is very nice for the children, they can play on the swings and slides before and after their nursery session.
They receive healthy vegetarian food which they enjoy.
The nursery keeps us informed on a daily basis of key things that happen and we are welcome to attend concerts and celebrations.
The children are always eager to attend nursery and we know they are in a safe and engaging environment.

Our son has been at the nursery for almost a year now and we have very much enjoyed seeing him grow whilst he's been here. We love that all the to children are in the same room and they get to learn from each other in a smaller setting. The park and outdoor setting allows them to regularly explore and
we very much like that they go on trips to the country park, station, library etc and learn about the world around them. It is a lovely friendly setting. The nursery staff are all very professional, friendly, supportive and nurturing which allows our son to enjoy being in the environment. Even the staff who are not my son's key worker know so much about him and are always available to share feedback on his development. He comes home talking about the nursery teachers and activities he's done with his friends and really enjoys the extracurricular activities that are offered like yoga, learning Spanish and mindfulness.

An exceptional nursery which has regular communications with parents through email and a mobile app showing what our child is doing, eating and learning. Staff are friendly and empathetic. The nursery is also set next to green space which is helpful.

We started with a great experience, staff listened to our and our child's needs and started off with a great learning journey for our little one. We have been very pleased with the care and attention that our daughter gets in the nursery. The outdoor learning concept is quite a unique experience for children. Having a playground, open area and lakeside nearby adds to the nature learning experience. We love the open area concept which helps children
of all ages mingle and play together. This has helped our daughter develop her vocabulary and communication skills. The children are given fresh hot food every day which is fantastic and are encouraged to explore different types of food. The nursery organises various celebrations like Diwali, Christmas, Eid etc where parents are invited to celebrate with children. The care and support received by the teachers and staff at the nursery have helped our daughter with her social and communication skills (including potty training and using the toilet independently). Overall, we have had a great experience and will highly recommend it.

We are very happy with this nursery. My son joined in March 2023 and has settled in very well. He is very happy and is thriving at Little Avanti, he comes home with stories of his days and his friends and teachers. I think the staff are brilliant and you can really see the attention and care and love
they have for all of the children. The nursery itself is set in a lovely location, and I particularly love the outdoor outings they do with the children every day. Thank you so much to all of the staff that have helped with encouraged my little boy to continue to be independent and thrive!

We are absolutely delighted with this nursery as our son is very happy here! He joined the nursery in March and he has been thriving since. He was not so happy in his old nursery which was much larger with very large classes, and since we moved him to Little Avanti Nursery Stanmore he has changed so
much, he is much more happier and confident. He skips to nursery with the biggest smile and some days does not want to even go home! This is really a testament to the brilliant hard working and amazing staff at Little Avanti. We are so grateful for their amazing care and support of our child who thrives in the outdoors and garden play. We particularly love the independence and freedom that is nurtured in every child which comes from the patience each staff member has, which makes them happy in their own skin. The setting is absolutely stunning and the small size of the nursery allows each child to be tended to and nurtured with utmost love and care. He has come to love nature, be happy and talk a lot!

I transferred my daughter to Little Avanti from her previous nursery and the difference it has made is amazing. The staff are all very welcoming and caring, and the focus on child development is paramount. I have seen how my daughter has really developed as a little person and in her ability to communicate,
interact and build relationships.


I am very pleased with how she has settled in and she clearly loves all the staff often telling me about the adventurous she has been up to throughout the day. Would highly recommend this nursery.

We’ve had our daughter at Little Avanti Nursery for the past 2 years and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Right from the start, with the settling-in process, the staff were so receptive to the individual needs of the parent/child and I felt this gentle and accommodating approach got us off
to the best start. The allocated key person, alongside other staff members, provide regular updates in person, through the app, and in regular parent meetings. Staff are very friendly and really get to know your child on a personal level. I feel my daughter has developed significantly in terms of independence, communication, and playing with others. She was strongly supported through potty training too. The nursery places a large emphasis on time outdoors which is invaluable. My daughter has also enjoyed trips to the local library, parks and nearby shops all providing an enriching experience.

This is a fantastic nursery. The staff is incredibly nurturing and caring and each child is given sincere attention. The facilities are great as is the location which allows for regular trips to the playground, library and the country park for nature walks. The children are fed healthy, wholesome food.
The communication between staff and parents, particularly the manager, is extremely efficient. My daughter is beyond happy every day that she is there. Highly recommend!
