The nursery staff are very caring and plan exciting learning experiences for my 2 year old. I love the location and that nappies are included in the price. The food provided is fresh, home cooked and nutritious, for my daughter they provide excellent care for her dairy free diet. There are good home
links with daily updates showing of what children are doing.

My daughter started at this nursery in April 2019 aged only 4.5 months. The staff were amazing, they were reassuring towards me, very caring to her and sent photos and updates through the app throughout the day so I could see she was fine. The communication from the nursery to parents is outstanding
and we are always well informed of changes, upcoming events. Throughout the recent pandemic, the nursery has been very open and honest. They have communicated regularly even when closed and continued to provide suggestions of activities we could do at home that didn't require any extra money spending. When the nursery reopened they managed things brilliantly and even though things were very different for everyone they managed to make it all calm and relaxed meaning the children settled back in very quickly. I recommend this nursery to everyone who asks about childcare and cannot fault it.

My child has been attending this nursery for around ten months. We chose the nursery originally as it is a fairly new, purpose-built facility. The rooms are a lovely size, there are lots of activities and areas for my little one to enjoy. There's ample parking for drop off and pick up.
The added bonus
of a soft play centre attached, means that my child gets to explore soft play without lots of unfamiliar children, I believe that this has developed her confidence no end.
The staff are always friendly, happy to answer questions and ask if we've had a nice weekend. We are also informed about how well our child is developing with reviews, etc.
We love the stay and play events that are offered and all the other extras.
She is developing well with all the opportunities provided.
I feel safe, comfortable and confident leaving my child here on a daily basis and know that she's had a good day when she comes home.

It's hard to trust a stranger with the responsibility of looking after your child, but the staff and particularly our daughter's keyworker at this nursery have been fantastic. We knew it would be difficult to settle in but the staff were not phased and supported us and our little girl through the process
and made sure she was well looked after. They kindly upload reassuring photos via the app daily so that despite leaving her in tears I can see that she is happy and playing with other children during the day. Her keyworker regularly updates us on how her learning and development have progressed and often I can't believe how much she has taken in from the amazing stimulating environment they create. We chose the nursery itself as it stood out amongst others being purpose-built for a children's daycare - it's clean, has a great chef with a varied meal plan and spacious outdoor areas for all ages - not forgetting the lovely soft play which our daughter loves.

Our daughter has gone to this brilliant nursery for a little over 18 months now. She absolutely adores the staff and has made lots of friends. I would recommend it as the staff are really helpful and our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining. It has been a dream.

My daughter has settled in so well and all the staff are lovely and kind. I love how the children have plenty of space to learn and play and that they get to play outside and in the soft play a lot. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My daughter started OUAT (Once Upon A Time) in Feb 2019 and we have had a positive experience from the start. We have been very happy with her key workers (2) and the rest of the staff in her room. They are very caring and interested in our daughter which makes me feel happy about leaving her there.
There always seems to be lots for her to do and I love that she gets to go to soft play most days for her physical development. Our daughter has developed a lot since starting OUAT and we notice lots of things that we haven't taught her such as words and nursery rhymes. I have recommended this nursery to all my friends with babies.

My daughter joined the baby room in day 1 of the nursery opening last year. The facilities are nothing short of incredible but what really sets them apart is their culture of nurturing and developing the children in their care. My daughter loves the nursery and the staff there and you can't ask much
more than that. A key help is the food being provided, it really helps us as parents through the week as the on-site chef does a great job of providing nutritious meals (it's 1 less thing you need to worry about!) I would highly recommend speaking to the manager and the team if you are looking for world-class childcare. We have personally recommended the nursery to 3 of our friends all of whom now send their little ones to the nursery.

Our daughter (2 years old) started at Once Upon a Time 6 weeks ago and had previously attended another nursery.


She was initially apprehensive about starting a new nursery but this soon faded with thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of the wonderful staff at Once Upon a Time.


We have been impressed

by all aspects of this nursery, the staff, the facilities and the activities available.


In the short time our daughter has attended we believe the staff have really got a good understanding of her personality and character and have planned some fantastic activities for her - so much so that some days she hasn’t wanted to come home!


We already have our baby signed up to join in a few months.


We cannot recommend this nursery enough. It is in a different league to others in the area!

She absolutely LOVES it and has been so fantastically cared for by all the staff and has an amazing bond with her key worker. The team at Once Upon A Time made our child’s transition to their nursery seamless. Upon arrival, the staff are always welcoming and enthusiastic and take time to check how we all are. The facilities are clean, accessible and well thought out. Our child’s initial nervousness at joining a new nursery
was quickly resolved by her key worker’s persistent kindness. The outdoor area and homemade food are excellent and our child is in her element during both activities!


The nursery’s decision to use an app to keep parents updated with their child’s progress is convenient and user-friendly and means you don’t have to ask lots of questions at home time.


Definitely the best nursery I’ve used in turbo past two years.

I wouldn’t know where to begin to Thank all the staff at this nursery! My daughter loves everything about the place and so do I! She has overcome nappies, fussy eating, sharing and a vast array of learning and social skills! With every new business, you would expect teething problems but I sent my daughter
from day one of them opening and have never experienced any issues! I would say this is clearly because every member of staff is every inch professional and they know their stuff! It’s always an added bonus having a brand new shiny nursery but the constant upkeep and 5star treatment they give every child individually is great teamwork!

We already knew that the nursery staff at Once Upon a Time were amazing which is why we moved our daughter to this nursery.


We honestly can't fault this nursery, the staff are wonderful with the kids, my daughter settled no problem and absolutely loves going. More often than not I have to tear her

away at home time!


The setting itself is amazing, facilities are second to none and all of the rooms are outstanding in terms of resources and even down to the way they cater to things like naps with the lights.


The app makes such a difference to the experience and we love getting regular updates about her day!


Can't recommend it highly enough, will be so sad when it's time for her to go to school! Moving her was the best decision we ever made.

Our daughter loves this nursery which is super convenient for us to walk to, but also has free and easy parking. The environment is bright, clean and varied. There is a big soft play and an outside classroom and outside spaces. The toys are new, the staff are enthusiastic, genuine and loving. It feels
like the managers really care and really bring on and inspire their staff.
We love that there is an onsite chef as our wee 'un has a milk allergy (and because we all love food!). When we got married the staff went out of their way to do wedding stories with our daughter and had her make us a card. I kind of wish she could stay there forever and not have to go to school! Our little one calls her carers her big friends and comes home full of happiness and energy. We didn't send her to nursery until she was 20 months. We weren't sure about putting her in childcare, but she really does love it and she's gained so much confidence. Much recommended and won't break the bank!

Our son absolutely loves it at Once Upon A Time Daycare. The care is first class and every day is kept fun and interesting with a wide range of activities. The outdoor space is not at all overlooked and is very safe, whilst offering loads of interactive play.
Each day we get updates on what our son
has been doing via a mobile app, including photo's which reinforce how much fun our son is having and how happy he is.
The food is also pretty amazing! Loads of wholesome freshly cooked food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. I often wish I were able to stay for lunch as it smells delicious.
We are so glad we found OUATD and feel very happy that our son is being well looked after whilst we are at work, which is so important when you are leaving your little ones somewhere all day.

Our little boy loves nursery! The facilities (indoor and outdoor) are fantastic, as well as the day to day care he receives. There is a wide array of activities on offer, so much to do and learn...oh and the food is amazing!
Love the daily updates we receive on an app, which certainly helps in the
early days when they are a little unsettled.

I couldn’t recommend Once Upon a Time enough. The nursery is fabulous, the staff are wonderful and friendly and I feel confident that my 6 month old is being cared for in a stimulating and what I would consider, a fun and adventurous environment for the little ones.
I love receiving regular updates
of my daughters time at nursery and it’s settling to see photo updates of her laughing and playing throughout the day, via the ParentZone app.

When looking for a nursery for our little girl Once Upon A Time stood out from all the rest. The facilities are like no other nursery, absolutely fantastic. We took a risk when our old nursery closed and joined Once Upon a Time before it opened. It was a great decision and we’ve been very, very happy here. My daughter sometimes has difficulty settling and I love the immediate updates on ParentZone (with pictures!) to let me know she’s Ok. It’s safe and
secure, the soft play and outside spaces are great. The food is great and amazingly included - I don’t know of another nursery that includes nappies/wipes/food/baby milk. We’ll be sending our 6m daughter here later this year too. Well done guys on such a smooth start up.
