Our wee one loves going to Wise Owls Nursery. She has been very happy and content there ever since day 1, back in October last year. There isn’t a single negative thing to say about Wise Owls. There are so many wonderful features about it. Two of the big factors that stand out are the food and the outdoor
activities. A daily menu of delicious home-cooked food is prepared especially for the kids in-house by a pro chef. Our wee one invariably scoffs the lot. The commitment to spending as much time as possible outdoors in nature, is remarkable too. Sometimes they head to one of the local play parks and at others, up onto the woods and to the purpose-built forest classroom. This is brilliant. They get to learn, discover and play in the open air well away from the hubbub. Communication is excellent mostly using the family app with at least one post on their activities with photos each day. Wise Owls is outstanding in the dynamic and imaginative way it is run by the manager.

Wise Owls have consistently gone over and above the expectations we have of a nursery. Their care for our daughter is wonderful and their ethos and direction is superb. So many times they have had the opportunity to take the easy option but the staff at the nursery always do what is right for the children,
not what is easy.

Great nursery, all the staff are very helpful and attentive to each child’s needs and wants. They have a great focus on outdoor play along with lots of fun activities inside, great mixture of things to help the little ones grow and develop their characters. The staff work tirelessly to keep the children
entertained and always learning. Definitely go over and above on a lot of things. Thanks, Wise Owls.

I would not hesitate to recommend Wise Owls to anyone in the area. The nursery has a home from home feel and all of the staff show care towards the children. They have managed to provide outstanding care for those who have needed it in the past 12 months and have kept all channels of communication open
to those of us who have not been able to use the services because of lockdown. My child was delighted to go back to the nursery and was helped with the transition back in and the staff couldn’t have made it easier. Forest school is amazing and is definitely my daughter’s favourite two days of the week. She absolutely loves it, even in the rain. The food provided is also fantastic and whilst at Wise Owls, my daughter is more open to trying new food and they have encouraged her to develop her palate, which has really helped us at home. Wise Owls is a fantastic nursery.

Such a welcoming, caring nursery. My child adores Wise Owls. The staff create a safe, loving, stimulating and learning environment for all the children, as well as excellent food prepared by their in-house chef. Children can go to Forest school and embrace the outdoors in all weathers. Boredom will
never be an issue. An outstanding nursery that constantly innovates and chases new ideas and experiences with the children.

Absolutely outstanding level of care and support to our child - and us! The manager and her team managed to deliver an excellent and safe service throughout the pandemic, also providing online sessions for those who were at home. Wise Owls Nursery Moffat is going from strength to strength, we feel so
lucky to be able to send out little one there.

Wise Owls is one of the best nurseries and after school care clubs I’ve ever come across with an amazing blend of fun innovative original activities that really stimulate and energise the children. My children can’t get enough of it and always want to stay longer when I go to pick them up. Somehow
they (Wise Owls) manage to achieve an environment that not only allows but also nurtures the slightly zany out of the box thinking that children are so good at and that us adults have forgotten, whilst always maintaining boundaries of good safe behaviour and incorporating educational and mind-developing themes throughout. I literally could not rate them more highly as a nursery and Out of School Club.

A nurturing and home-from-home setting where the child is placed at the centre of everything they do. There is so much kindness from everyone who works there. It has a lovely family feel to the setting and I'd highly recommend it.

Our baby boy has been attending Wise Owls for a few months now and we can not fault the nursery at all. My baby settled in straight away and looks forward to his nursery day, every week. We love getting little updates throughout the day about what he’s been up to and knowing he is happy. Would recommend

My nearly two-year-old daughter and I have been attending mother and baby/toddler classes at Wise Owls Nursery since she was seven months old. The Nursery itself has a welcoming and homely feel. It really is a home away from home for your child. The staff are very caring, friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
The Nursery has lovely equipment and resources including a walled garden where the children are encouraged to play, learn and explore whatever the weather. Even though my daughter does not attend full time, her wellbeing, development and learning is of the utmost importance to the Wise Owls Team and as such, I have seen her develop alongside the other children over the past 12 months. As parents, we cannot recommend Wise Owls highly enough.

My daughter has been attending Wise Owls for 10 months on a part-time basis since she turned one, and thoroughly enjoys her days there. I know this because she is super excited to get in the door when I go to drop her off for the day.
I have watched her grow in confidence around other children and
her speech and language development is in no doubt as a result of the time spent with Wise Owls' fantastic team.
The communication to parents is excellent and the sheer variety of activities on offer along with the home-cooked food makes Wise Owls a top-class childcare provider.
I can’t imagine it would be easy to find anywhere else that comes close to this standard of childcare elsewhere and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to prospective parents.

This team really are second to none, how they juggle absolute safety and welfare for the kids, fun activities and outdoor fun is incredible. Our son has grown in confidence and is coming home with the new words and things he’s learnt. The manager and the team are just totally committed to giving the

Wise Owls is such a homely and welcoming nursery. The staff are absolutely fantastic and really get to know all of the children individually. The focus on outdoor play is brilliant and our son loves his days outdoors at Wise Owls. The involvement in intergenerational and community projects is wonderful
and of huge benefit to the wider community as well. As working parents, Wise Owls offers year-round, flexible cover which is invaluable to us and always keep us updated throughout the day on what our son has been up to. The range of activities they offer is unparalleled and the benefits to the children are invaluable. There is nowhere else I would send my son. I cannot recommend Wise Owls highly enough.
