The nursery facilities and staff are fantastic! Our daughter has been going for over a year and she loves going, which is a testament to the nursery. She has developed so much and always enjoys the daily activities. The staff are so friendly and make us feel so relaxed sending her here. The facilities
are great and the nursery is so clean and well organised. Their communications throughout the pandemic has been amazing and so reassuring, during such an unsettled time!

Our son has settled in so well at Snapdragons Nursery Redland. The staff are always very friendly, caring and helpful. There are so many wonderful activities that he gets involved in and the facilities are amazing. He has developed and grown in confidence during these past six months. We always feel
very happy and confident dropping him off, as we know he is well looked after and he has a great time. Would definitely recommend Snapdragons Nursery Redland to others!

As a first time mother, I was very anxious about putting my daughter in nursery at 9 months old, but the staff at Snapdragons Redland put my mind at ease from the first settling in session. The staff are so kind and caring and made the first few days at nursery so easy and comfortable for me and my
child. They rang every few hours to keep me updated and made the transition incredibly effortless. I cannot praise the staff enough. The location is fantastic and the building is always clean and safe. Thank you Snapdragons Redland!

We have found Snapdragons to be both a professional and friendly nursery. The staff work brilliantly with the children and our son has always enjoyed his days there. They are more than happy to adapt to each childs needs and really show an interest in the welfare of the children.

I have two children at Snapdragon,s and they are both really happy there to the point where the eldest is sometimes disappointed when she can't go at the weekends. The staff are all lovely without exception. The gardener/handyman always says hi, and it just has a friendly vibe. The facilities are great
with plenty to do. Also during the last 12 months, the nursery has been great with Covid - good communication throughout.

Very happy, and my child is making very good progress. The staff very friendly, and my child loves going to the nursery. My child changes 3 nurseries, and Sanpdrangons Nursery Redland and the previous one very good. I can't say the same for the first nursery she went to. I am very happy with Snapdragons
Nursery; I won't change any more.

Every single person at Snapdragon seem to know and care for my son. He loves going. He is proud of his achievements. He forms good relationships with his carers and peers. The management have done well to communicate clearly, consistently and in depth to ensure that we understand proactive plans as
well as Covid related reactive plans. Employees take the time to know us parents as people. Snapdragons feels like a community. We are delighted with the fun, education, nurture and nutrition that our son receives on a daily basis.

A fantastic nursery, full of opportunities and fun with learning at the centre.
Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting. I am sure this is down to the care and attention to detail from the Snapdragons baby pod team. The care from the staff is exceptional, and our daughter loves her
key workers; it is wonderful to know she is happy and comfortable from the moment we drop her off to collecting her.
In recent weeks, they have changed the way they use the app, showing snippets throughout the day, which is fantastic to see all the exciting things they get up to!
Their management throughout the pandemic and ‘bubble’ system has been outstanding, not once have we worried or felt un-safe sending out daughter to nursery.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since January 2020 and we have been so happy with our experience to date. The staff made the settling process really reassuring and I couldn't fault them, they also made the experience easier for us, as parents. Throughout the lockdown period, the nursery provided
us with weekly activity and food ideas which, given it was such an unnerving time, were hugely appreciated. The facilities and cleanliness of the nursery drew us to Snapdragons Redland and I recommend it to all my mum friends. I know my daughter is well looked after from drop-off to pick-up and the smile on her face when I pick her up makes me feel 100% confident in our choice of nursery.

Snapdragons Nursery Redland is just the start any parent would wish for their child. Our daughter is leaving with such a strong sense of community, friendship and creativity. Frankly, the preschool staff are the dream team. What an incredible, lovely and creative bunch all with such unique strengths,
talents. The office staff always go above and beyond to accommodate my family's weird work patterns and childcare needs.
We don’t want our child to leave. This is such an incredibly painful cord to cut. What a wonderfully vibrant, dynamic and pioneering nursery. A true home from home full of very happy children and staff members.

Our child's experience has been really good. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with how much they care and do for our child. We are constantly pleased with his development and that is down to the individuals that care for him.

We love Snapdragons Redland. The staff are committed and caring and the facilities are top-notch. All the staff are passionate about nurturing the children and build a wonderful rapport with them. We knew our daughter would struggle to settle into a nursery setting due to our to our personal circumstances
and everyone at every level of the organisation was supportive and kind. She soon began to love nursery and now has built strong and positive relationships with kids and staff alike. They managed the ever-changing circumstances of Covid-19 very professionally with clear and concise communications. The return to nursery after lockdown was seamless from a parents point of view. Their approach was very comforting. Overall they nurture creativity and kindness and the kids have a great time.

Snapdragons Redland is a fantastic nursery and preschool run and supported by kind, caring, nurturing and enthusiastic staff. We had one child in nursery and one in preschool, both are supported emotionally.

My child has always felt happy and safe at Snapdragons Redland and I am confident that he is well cared for there. The senior staff - management and key workers are very approachable and good at communicating. Some of the more junior carers are less good at welcoming children in at the start of the
day and greeting parents. Overall, I am extremely happy with the care, resources, food and activities.

We have been using Snapdragons Redland for just over a year now for our just-turned-four-year-old. The staff are very warm and caring and the management are very engaged and organised. We love the bond that has developed between our daughter and her key worker who really knows and cares about her. Our
daughter has also developed some great friendships at nursery. I really appreciate that the food is all healthy and homemade and uses ethical/local ingredients.

Fantastic nursery, feel completely happy leaving my little one there, the staff are all wonderful, the facilities are brilliant. I'm sad that we now have to move my child to another nursery due to work circumstances. Finding it hard to find a nursery as good as Snapdragons Redland. You are the benchmark!

Currently smaller setting until the renovation is completed, which allows good carer/children ratio. There is fresh food cooked on site every day. Carers are young, excited and mature, taking their job very seriously. Our carer is very sweet, devoting her time above and beyond. She adjusts her approach
according to the needs of our child, giving many cuddles during the day. Our daughter adores her. They love going out and they take them to the park when the weather allows, following the child's preference. Pick up and drop off has detailed information about their day and if they have any concerns.
