My name is Fiona and I am the manager at our site at Willerby
I started at the company in January 2018 and became a deputy manager July 2021, I then became the Manager April 2023.
During my time working for the company, I have experienced working with all age groups in all rooms. I am currently level 6 qualified, and I loved learning new skills that would help me be part of the management team. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the children develop with our support and teaching in place. I am the site's SEND Coordinator and spend time working with other professionals to enhance the development of children who may need additional support.
