Overall Experience

My child started off in the baby room and has gone through all the way to pre-school. I can't recommend this nursery enough, all the staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They cannot do enough for the families they look after. My child had separation issues from me when he first

started, the staff were incredible, met his needs by comforting him, encouraging him and making him feel safe - he is now super excited to go in each session! As a parent, having such trust in someone else to care for your child is an amazing feeling, and I trust this nursery wholeheartedly. He had some allergies which he has now outgrown, but the staff were excellent in keeping him safe and included in food-based activities. I feel like the nursery has dealt with the covid pandemic in such a great manner, ensuring all children and staff were safe. Thank you to all staff at Felicity's.

Overall Experience

Felicity’s has been brilliant for my child. I was worried about my child starting a nursery from such a young age (seven months) so I choose for him to go to a childminder. When my child hit two I decided it was time for them to start a nursery and I actually wish now I had chosen for him to join Felicity’s

all along. My child has become a lot more verbal since being there in his own way or communication, extremely happy, very eager to get into the building, openly hugging staff and holding their hands. Nine times out of ten he’s outside, showing changes when I have gone to the park. Within weeks they’ve noticed that my child should seek speech and language therapy, as well as coming up with/developing a game for mum and dad and the nursery to both do. In order to help him develop his speech/understanding and hopefully help with my child when in a frustrated state. They’ve also provided me with personal support, understanding how hard it can be sometimes as a mum to juggle work hours and childcare.

I can’t recommend Felicity’s Fledglings enough, my son has attended for three years, starting at the baby room. He has made some fantastic connections with the staff and speaks about them fondly, he always looks forward to attending. He is smiley and chatty when he comes home, telling me about all of

the wonderful activities he has done and about all of the carers, who he loves. My son had a tough time transitioning after the first lockdown and the nursery were superb at encouraging him and me! In no time he was back to his usual bubbly self and coping with crowds once again. The whole team are marvellous and treat the children with so much love and respect. The facilities are great with lots of different activities on offer for the children. Thank you Felicity's Fledglings team for making nursery a second home for my son.

Overall Experience

My son started in the baby room and moved to the toddler room and in January moved up to preschool. He absolutely loves it. The staff are all amazing and treat each child as if they are their own. No problem is too small and the staff goes out of their way to help you with any concerns you have. My

son walks into preschool without even saying goodbye to me he’s so happy (the staff makes him turn round and say goodbye to me). Can’t recommend Felicity’s Fledglings enough.

Felicity's Fledglings is a superb nursery. All of the staff are so caring and supportive towards not only the children in their care but the parents as well. My son has been with them for nearly 8 months and he has come on leaps and bounds with them. I have never had to worry about him there. With all

the extra anxiety for parents around the pandemic, they have been fantastic about extra safety measures and support for the families as well as the children. Even after moving out of town, I have gone out of my way to keep my son with them, wouldn't consider putting him anywhere else.

Can’t fault this nursery, my sons always happy. Doesn’t matter if I forget lunch randomly as they will supply it with short notice. Anytime he’s had a fall or injured there’s always a sheet for me to sign. The only nursery my sons been to and the only one he will stay at untill school!

Excellent nursery! We moved our daughter to Felicity Fledgings when she was approx 8 months, as we were not happy with the last one. Our daughter was welcomed into the nursery and made to feel very comfortable, very quickly. The staff are friendly, helpful and are always on hand if we need anything

(one lovely lady dropped our daughters' shoes at our house one evening). Our daughter loves nursery and always comes out with a smile on her face. We get to keep track of how she is doing on our app and it tells us what she has been up to. We are so happy we moved her to Felicity Fledglings, as it is certainly done her the world of good! Thank you to you all.

Overall Experience

As parents we have been absolutely thrilled with the care our daughter receives at Felicity’s Fledglings. The staff are so kind, welcoming and supportive to both ourselves and our daughter. We have watched her confidence grow hugely over the past 18 months of her attending, and her speech and development

has come on leaps and bounds. It is such a relief to know that she is so happy and cared for at nursery whilst we are working, she absolutely loves being there. It has also been really helpful and reassuring to receive regular updates on her development via the mobile app, and we enjoy seeing what she’s been up to on there. We always highly recommend Fledglings to any of our friends and colleagues looking for a setting for their child.

Overall Experience

I have 2 children at Felicity's, one of my children needs extra support and I feel very well supported and they are doing their best for my child. They also look after my little girl well, I feel I have a good relationship with nursery and any concern they take on board. The staff are lovely and helpful.

The staff knows my children very well which is something that makes me very comfortable, they have attended Felicity's for 2 years and I have no faults.

Overall Experience

Felicity's Fledglings is a wonderful nursery. My little boy has been there for nearly two years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. He is thriving there. The staff are always so friendly and loving toward him and they communicate really well with his development and progress.
As a shift worker myself,

Fledglings are so accommodating to our awkward shift patterns which makes us feel less pressured.
My husband and I feel part of the Fledglings family which provides us with reassurance and safety, they look after the children with such love and guidance. I would recommend this lovely safe, and professional setting for any child.

Overall Experience

After an awful experience at another nursery, I changed to this nursery. Right from the start, they were very helpful and understanding of what myself and my three and four-year-old boys had been through with their previous nursery. This nursery is fantastic, my boys love it there, they have an amazing

connection with the staff there and are always so happy to be going. I could not recommend this nursery enough, the best thing I have done.

Overall Experience

My son has attended since opening and he has opportunities doing so, too many to list. Parents and staff are invested in with lots of opportunities for socialisation and education. So many improvements to the building and equipment have been made in his time here. What it lacks in outdoor space is more

than made up for by enthusiasm for getting the children out in the local community, preschool have just started using a local forest school. He is always so happy to attend and is welcomed by enthusiastic staff. He has a hot lunch and eats things he would not touch at home.
He has medical needs and SEND which are extremely well catered for by working with other professionals and in partnership with us. This is a place I always feel listened to and supported. Use of family app has made good communication even more efficient and allows us to share news and achievements at home easily as well as receive news and observations. He has been given a good start here, would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

My daughter started at Felicity’s Fledglings last June and she settled really well, thanks to all the fabulous staff. She loves her time here and always comes home having had a lovely day. We are always made to feel important and the girls are all super happy to help with anything they can.
I was

so worried about her starting nursery but the manager was so helpful, talked me through, made me feel happy and calm and worked around what we needed to help her settle.
We love the new app that is used to monitor her progress, the staff upload observations and photos of what they have all been up to and keep me up to date with where she is with her development.
We have fresh cooked lunch each day as I know I’ll never remember to pack a lunch for her. It always sounds tasty and she loves to feed herself and make a big mess but she always comes home clean and tidy.
I can't thank the manager and all her fantastic staff for everything and we have years of care yet to come!

What a fantastic nursery, my son can be difficult at times, but the manger and her staff are brilliant with him and support his needs when he struggles to adapt. This was my first time using a nursery as I've previously used a childminder. I can honestly say the change in him is fab, he loves going

to nursery and he has formed such a bond with several of the staff. I'm also always accommodated for last minute, which is a total lifesaver. Thank you all.

Overall Experience

Can't recommend this nursery enough. This is my little girls third nursery and she absolutely loves it. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful and she is learning something new every time. She is so much more confident now. All the little extras they do (park visits, afternoon teas, Christmas

plays) is wonderful. I would not go anywhere else now. If you are very nervous about leaving your child, don't be, this nursery is amazing.

My little one goes to Fledglings and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Every single staff member makes you feel welcome and at ease. The staff are always so polite and helpful, my little one has come on leaps and bounds and this is definitely due to coming to this nursery. I can’t ever imagine her

Overall Experience

I am very happy with the nursery I chose for my son. He is autistic so needs a bit more care and attention and I can’t thank this nursery enough, they have been so welcoming and very good with my son.
I have major anxieties with my son and choosing a nursery for him that made me feel comfortable was

the key and this nursery ticked all the boxes and I couldn’t think of a better nursery.
Very highly recommended!
